    @RogersHelps cable service issues today in Guelph? TV channels not working this morning. After rebooting the Rogers modem (unplugged, waited a few minutes, plugged back in) they came back, but my Internet is still much slower than it should be.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers I switched to Rogers last year sepember month by wind back time. They offered me $300 cash back bcz I got the new phone with Rogers, but I never received the bill credit until now. For the last 7 months, I'm trying to call them but no help Pls help

    @WickedBoots66 @RogersHelps Same here. This is not a user issue. No access to CTV from my set top box, my phone or my computer. Full Stb reboot twice, modem reboot three times. You have an issue

    @JinqiangZhao @Rogers I’m having same issues. Have to get up frequently to unplug and replug boxes. Two technician and both said problem fixed now. Few days and it comes and goes. I’ll try one more time today and if not solved I’ll switch to BELL. Not like it’s cheap!!
