@RogersHelps Can I do the chat while away from my home wifi (but on the rogers cellular network)? Or do I need to be home and on wifi when chatting with them?

Landed in #Portugal and grabbed a Vodafone SIM card with 60gb of data, unlimited calls and even some international call minutes for $25 Euros. Meanwhile plans from many of Canada’s telecom providers would be well over $75 dollars for the same service. @Rogers @Bell

@RogersHelps going on close to 48 hours of no service with zero accountability and no expected resolution time. Area of outage is Yonge and York Mills. Two days of being unable to work because of zero internet.

@RogersHelps I have done that twice. I have waited hours on the phone. You removed in store help. You removed Sunday calling (the biggest lol - it’s the only time people have time). There is literally no appeal of a bad “rogers helps”

Terf of the north (@terftasticwoman) reported

@globeandmail It's absurd that they have to do this. @Rogers makes it nearly impossible to cancel. They probably owe me $500 and I'll never get it back. It's offensive.

Why does the ceo make 31 million a year and still have to down size its work force? @Rogers
