@ynwa2050 @570NEWS @Rogers I’m usually against large companies like this but this really was a bad software patch that bricked the 3G / wireless systems - nothing they could do.

Given the economic impact of yesterday's @Rogers outage, I don't understand how they figure a simple "oops, we're sorry, it was Ericsson's fault. Anyways..." is going to suffice (I understand they have no legal obligation to compensate customers).

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions due to the outage a whole business fay was lost with very little communication explaining timelines. 1am until 8pm EST doesn't leave room for recovering that day. @RogersHelps how will you help your customers who run small businesses and lost more time?

@blazin_errl @matt0126matt @RogersHelps They’ve switched the hardware more than once and it’s still the same issue. The problem it’s **** in my area.. nothing more nothing less.
