これは何の意味もありません (@TRSbizarro) reported@RogersHelps @towerguymatt And if you are unable to do so, leave this platform. You aren't even able to actually perform customer service here so what is the point of this page existing? its completely ******* useless.

Curtis Martin (@CurtisMart32873) reported@Uncle_Jed_1 @RogersHelps reason i bring that up. its yet another issue where a lack of action led to the exact problem the report was supposed to prevent Canadians need to drop the party loyalty and push for candidates that put forward a plan that actually answers questions not bring more questions

kaleemullah (@kaleemullah19) reported@RogersHelps @RogersHelps I have already contacted technical support multiple times. I waited for over 2 hours on the phone, and a ticket was created. Today I also waited over an hour in the Anna online chat queue. I started at around 95 people ahead of me, and when it was finally my turn, the system suddenly ended the chat without connecting me to an agent. That was extremely frustrating. My internet has now been down for 2 days, I had to take leave from work because I work from home, and the earliest technician appointment I was offered is Monday. I don’t think this level of service is acceptable. Please escalate my case and advise what Rogers will do regarding compensation for the service outage and the loss it has caused. -
🦅🐙 (@corruptedloln) reported@ghostwolfman @RogersHelps Truly insane, I feel bad for the employees (or AI) who are clearly just following their corporate scripts.
-
Krista P (@kristakree) reported@RogersHelps My dad who is with Bell, got free 50 gb data for their outage. What exactly is Rogers doing for their customers given your (much longer I might add) outage?
-
これは何の意味もありません (@TRSbizarro) reported@RogersHelps how so? If you have automated systems to detect interruptions, would those same systems not tell you exactly where the service interruption originated? if so, how would reports from customers be of anymore help than what your systems are already telling you?

sarah (@dawnthehorizon) reported@RogersHelps I have 5G turned off, opting to use LTE and the same thing still happens in my home. Sometimes turning it into airplane mode then turning it off works, but it still will go into SOS mode. Simply put, I’ve never had this issue in my house until I upgraded, and got 5G access.

Z (@zohrasool) reported@RogersHelps I don’t know. I saw there were service interruptions in my area yesterday. How do I get compensation for lost services when I needed it the most?
