@RogersHelps how does one escalate repeated ongoing outages in the same area? me and my neighbours have been suffering down time on and off every other day for weeks. It is ridiculous that a company is allowed to charge money for a service that is so unreliable. L5W 1P9 Postal.

@RogersHelps I think your internet is subpar. You charge way to much for numerous disconnections throughout the day. You suckered me into another year contract and charged me more for it. It’s no wonder I changed phone providers. Never again

@RogersHelps Gotta love rogers Havent had service since yesterday and wont till atleast 8am tommorow. 2nd time in 3 weeks my lines been cut by construction workers hired by the city of mississauga. And you guys are gonna cut the edge of my driveway AGAIN to install a new line
