    @RogersHelps Tried many times. It still did not work. The agents tried it it did not work - they sent reset links on email but I never received the email. Yes I checked junk mail.

    @RogersHelps What is included with the home phone service in the Ignite package? Impossible to find any info unless you have desktop computer. Cel phones are redirected to your rogers home page when trying to find info about IPTV.

    @RogersHelps I wish your company was clearer that individual stores need to resolve issues. In my case I was led to believe my plan included US texting - so I’ve racked up probably hundreds of dollars of texts in the last few days. But you are also unable to tell me the amount :/

    Happy anniversary to this tweet. Interesting timing as I FINALLY cancelled my @RogersHelps @RogersMediaPR this past week. They had more than a year to fix this. They never did.
