    @RogersHelps Is Rogers cellular service down in the Toronto downtown east area - Queen St E and River St? Cant seem to get any service - did have 3G for a bit then nothing. Restarted phone and still nothing.

    @RogersHelps Help! I have been on a chat wait since 830 this morning. Just set up my internet but the signal is terrible in several rooms in the house. I need ignite pods and am willing to pay for them, but I can't get through! Please help me out here.

    @MichaelFarrace @RogersHelps Emergency services work even without a SIM card in the phone. Your phone will always route through the nearest cell tower when you call 911
