@RogersHelps Also curious ... why is it that video ads work no problem at all when I’m in my limited phase of unlimited data ... but a page with only copy or an iMessage is delayed ? I don’t get it ...

Anyone else try and upgrade phones through @Bell and gets absolutely shafted by backorders? Poor customer service. Thanks to @Rogers for the prompt customer services getting my phone order in correctly!

@RogersHelps ...the most they can with this pandemic going on but it's tough to do so. If you have to get more people on board or upgrade servers to fix the problem, just do that! You have the money and power to do it so what's stopping you?

  • yveresse_ Yveresse (@yveresse_) reported

@leftbutton @RogersHelps I agree, I missed out my finals because of the awful service. I don’t have wifi connection til now and I am using my data to voice my concerns. Rogers should know how important wifi connection is nowadays since everything is from home. I should change my provider if this happens

  • ButlerLonney Lonney Butler (@ButlerLonney) reported

@RogersHelps The Wireless Code prohibits a service provider from changing some key terms (including the price of the service) during the course of a fixed-term contract, unless the customer consents. ... The notification sent to the customer must explain the change and when it takes effect
