Just got an email from a member of the @Rogers Executive Response Team confirming that the credit will be equivalent to TWO DAYS service for their absolute failure on Friday. It's not even worth waiting for the credit before switching providers. #RogersOutage #RogersOutrage

@RogersHelps It’s not just this time. I’ve been a customer since 2007. Rogers doesn’t care for customers as in old days. We need to know as much as your call center folks to not be taken advantage of. So many hrs of my life lost on hold or being transferred 5 times.

Prior to the whole #rogersoutage over the weekend I had already signed up with Bell. Monday I asked @Rogers to cancel my line on Sunday, the @RogersHelps set the wrong cancellation date. Now in a loop with chat trying to restore it. They also removed the credits. Unethical?

@RogersHelps Is it true that “all you have to do is remove your SIM card” to access 911? How many people carry the tiny tool (or know where it is) to remove the SIM card? In emergency how practical is it to figure how to remove your SIM card? Please advise if I’ve misunderstood
