@RogersHelps this is my third night in a row with major problems. Landline internet and Ignite slow, buffering or flat out dead. Unusable. I hate complaining all the time but a) I’m paying for this and b) some of us work from home now. This isn’t really acceptable service.

@RogersHelps that’s a joke ! 3 hours on the phone and #Rogers thinks turning my phone back to 3G and charging me the same is a great solution to a sudden lack of signal and my # being spoofed ! #rogerssucks

@RogersHelps I’m at my wits end. This internet service is the worst I’ve ever had. We have two kids doing remote learning and one adult working from home, and the constant service interruptions are embarrassing and I’ve had enough. I’m done. Say goodbye to $400+ per month.
