@RogersHelps Day 3 with severely reduced digital cable channel access and no CRAVE or On Demand services in North York. At least give us an idea when those of us who are paying a small fortune for your service can expect, uh, actual TV service to resume.

  • Topher_Ng Chris Nguyen (@Topher_Ng) reported

@CottageLife420 @Rogers My coverage suddenly went down as well.

  • M__Zaki Mohamed Zaki (@M__Zaki) reported

@RogersHelps @BrendaM41641614 We still have the same internet outage since Friday morning, this is the third day. Postal code L5M5E2. We depend on the service to do our jobs from home. If you don’t restore the service today we will not able to work on Monday. That’s really a big problem.

  • edupogo31 Eduardo Pogorelsky (@edupogo31) reported

@vote4robgill @Rogers This is nothing for all the trouble I had to deal!

  • DezanSocial Jon Dezan (@DezanSocial) reported

@vote4robgill @Rogers What do you want?? You pay for a service, that service was unavailable for 2 days so you're getting compensated for those two days. If your life depends on cell service this much then you should have a contingency plan for this stuff. Like I do, running a social media agency.

  • mxgan604 mxgan604 (@mxgan604) reported

@sophie1608 @KStronghound @RogersHelps I went to CIBC and pulled out 60$ no problem. Y’all just didn’t even ****** try eh? 911 went through all day. it’s an emergency call. Gets connected to the nearest network. Y’all are just so tiring

  • ReformTarion Barbara Captijn (@ReformTarion) reported

@jfmezei @mgeist Rogers locking their retail outlets in Toronto and making customers stand outside and beg to come in to get issues resolved is not a "technical issue" though, it's very, very basic customer service. Even that they seem to have to care about. @RogersHelps

  • DavRoJo2013 Roger Davis (@DavRoJo2013) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers Dear Tony Staffieri the outage was almost 48 hours - Not 24! No $s can compensate for the apparent incompetence that precipitated this #NationalOutage. As an almost 4 decades customer an apology falls short of ans appropriate remedy!
