    @TELUSsupport It took 2.5 hours to get through and help somewhat solve my issues of being overcharged $55 dollars a month for the last 4 months. Been talking to @rogers already about switching my phone and @shaw to see what their best plans are . 20 years of service you guys really don’t care

    @Rogers When people call me from Rogers to sell me plans and I tell them I already have a Rogers bundle, they hang up without saying Thank you. Especially the men, they just rudely hang up. Does Rogers know this?

    @Rogers it is mind boggling that a communications company is so lousy at communicating. It's jaw dropping that 13 days after initial call - still no resolution. Conclusion: Rogers is disdainful of their clients.

    @RogersHelps Boosting of the biggest network but i guess the network of employees is not enough. Get enough people on board to help your "growing" customers. Been waiting for 1 hour, 24 minutes to get through to a live agent. The last time I gave up after waiting 1 and half hour!
