    @TELUSsupport It took 2.5 hours to get through and help somewhat solve my issues of being overcharged $55 dollars a month for the last 4 months. Been talking to @rogers already about switching my phone and @shaw to see what their best plans are . 20 years of service you guys really don’t care

    @Rogers I just missed an important interview as recruiter couldn’t reach me,I kept on waiting for her call and didn’t realize it was showing no service on my phone. I tried my husband’s FIDO network whch didn’t work.I might have missed a great career opportunity #rogersoutage

    @RogersHelps @Rogers This is absolutely ridiculous. How can you justify not even providing updates to your PAYING , LOYAL customers. Working hard my ***. This is unacceptable. We probably won't even see a credit to reimburse us for this. ****** customer service, ****** service period.

    Really hoping no one is trying to reach me with any kind of emergency. Any ETA for a fix or explanation on what’s going on with cellular talk and data service @Rogers @RogersHelps? I would hope I’m not paying for service today.

    @CP24 I’m so disappointed @Rogers all are devices are with them. I pay so much for a tiny fracture of service in return? - and now this! It’s takin awhile for them to find a solution without any explanation. This is outrageous 😒😡

    @RogersHelps @Forrza Luckily a family member on another cell service was able to find out which hospital the ambulance took my mother to!! She apparently tried calling me all day. Not impressed @Rogers

    Said this to my partner earlier, but if we can have nationalized cell-service outages, seems fair that we should have nationalized services too... @Rogers @Bell
