    @TELUSsupport It took 2.5 hours to get through and help somewhat solve my issues of being overcharged $55 dollars a month for the last 4 months. Been talking to @rogers already about switching my phone and @shaw to see what their best plans are . 20 years of service you guys really don’t care

    @RogersBiz thanks for wasting my time on the phone for hours to cancel a contract I cancelled 2 YEARS ago. Rep guaranteed I’ll get a refund for the full amount. My final bill shows I owe $1.03. Not about the dollar. Your company is a bunch of bloodsuckers. **** YOU. Never again.

    @Altherevguy @Rogers Long wait times? Try 10 days with internet continuously going out. We’ve had 4 service techs out, lost track of how many reps I’ve spoken to on the phone, still not working. Senior techs were supposed to be replacing the entire box for the building on Friday but didn’t happen.

    Is it too much to ask @Rogers to deliver a stable and reliable connection? Every few weeks my connection gets unstable, they fix it, and a few weeks later, I have the same problem again and again. This is really getting old #CRTC
