    @TELUSsupport It took 2.5 hours to get through and help somewhat solve my issues of being overcharged $55 dollars a month for the last 4 months. Been talking to @rogers already about switching my phone and @shaw to see what their best plans are . 20 years of service you guys really don’t care

    @RogersHelps The TV is not working for the past 4 weeks. Something is wrong. The CityTv channel and Global channel has been down since for the past few weeks. Please fix up the TV channels. That is all I am saying.

    @Rogers when are you going to get your customer service right. On hold for an hour finally speak to an agent and she puts me hold. 50 mins later still on hold for a total of 1.5 hrs on hold. Do you want my business?

    @Rogers what a terrible service, i have been hold for 2 min from one of the Customer representative, since more than an hour no responds, still i am on call waiting for responds, it will be first and last services from rogers very terrible, dis appointing very bad

    @Rogers when they think that your going to fork over your cash to them and add services they answer the phone with no hold time whats so ever when you have an issue your on hold for an hour +...what a disgrace! Now they'll turns Shaw into **** too.

    almost 30 days and @Rogers still don't know how should I return the old phone even tho they charged me a new phone setup fee and I paid for the remaining balance for the old phone. #poorcustomerservice I can help you @Rogers to set up a simple process.

    @Rogers outage since approx 7pm...still no internet so no cable or home phone and so no Alexa or furnace...so no hot water....umm a little weird how much relies on internet

    @RogersHelps 1.Since Jan. 20th, our tv & internet have been continuously dropping. A tech came out yesterday, and now we have no tv or internet. You credited me $13 for my issues since Friday. This is ridiculous. Your tech said its the outside connector box.
