@TELUSsupport It took 2.5 hours to get through and help somewhat solve my issues of being overcharged $55 dollars a month for the last 4 months. Been talking to @rogers already about switching my phone and @shaw to see what their best plans are . 20 years of service you guys really don’t care

@Rogers I am in North York - Bathurst and Patricia Ave and I still do not have phone service!!!!!!! Time now is 11:32 a.m. @RogersHelps I know ur working on it but I want a refund for the day or however long it takes you to get the service back on line. This is ridiculous!
