Been talking to @rogers already about switching my phone and @shaw to see what their best plans are . 20 years of service you guys really don’t care

I called through Cable Tech support, and it rang like someone was going to answer but it was just a man,women & children screaming at each other in the background.... I assume somebody left themselves logged into their telephone/softphone and walked away
