    @TELUSsupport It took 2.5 hours to get through and help somewhat solve my issues of being overcharged $55 dollars a month for the last 4 months. Been talking to @rogers already about switching my phone and @shaw to see what their best plans are . 20 years of service you guys really don’t care

    @RogersHelps Tv and internet service cutting out every 5-10 seconds... again. Never had as consistent problems with any other service provider. I'm just curious if the money being saved on horrendous infrastructure is worth the potential customer loss.

    @RogersHelps So you're not going to look into the situation? You don't care about where it's affecting customers? I'm in a public place. Look into your network, or admit @Rogers is content with **** service as long as collecting money

    @RogersBiz @caliber_comms We are just in one giant open world prison... that has smaller more restricting prisons for the trouble makers... once the wardens get the rest of the security cameras up to monitor us 48hrs a day, 365 days a month, then people will see it... when its too late...

    @Rogers every week internet is down and I have to call and wait for hours for technical support. Resolve this or cancel the account. I can move to Bell

    Worst experience with @RogersBiz had corporate cellular plan. Changes were made to account after account hack, reported still Rogers is charging me for the extra money even though they promised will deduct the charges for what I not used. Still having bill for more amount.

    @RogersHelps LTE fails, switched too slower network settings (3G/2G only) & able to use Last time I messaged over @Twitter & even called in to #troubleshoot, was asked to drive kms to test different areas, talk to my neighbours about their home internet - all @Rogers did was waste hours
