@TELUSsupport It took 2.5 hours to get through and help somewhat solve my issues of being overcharged $55 dollars a month for the last 4 months. Been talking to @rogers already about switching my phone and @shaw to see what their best plans are . 20 years of service you guys really don’t care

@RogersHelps I need my voicemail password reset. I’ve been on the phone for over 2 hours with 4 different reps that can’t help me. Each time they transfer me to someone and we start from the beginning with no solution. Please help, my time has been wasted and it’s ridiculous.

@RogersHelps internet down 4 times today. Reboot modem, finally told going to be down 3-4 hours by Rogers. Called them 3 times already. Never any offer to give a discount either. So fed up. Happens way too often. In Newmarket Ont long time client

@RogersHelps still waiting for manager contact 1 week later and my modem issues continue to be unresolved. Ripping off customers with faulty quality equipment and service is deplorable .. when will you take accountability???
