Sam Glass 👨🍳🇨🇦 (@ChefSamGlass) reportedHey @Rogers @RogersHelps I've sent you a DM and am still awaiting a response. I've wasted almost 2 hours trying to solve a billing issue. I've dealt with 4 agents today already, being passed from one to another. What gives ? #customerservice is terrible.
-
Jeff (@SeNoR_Jeff13) reported@RogersHelps @MerileeToo I've just had a few emails come in but some are still missing, hopefully the problem is being restored and the rest will show up soon.
-
Cheryl (@CCintoronto) reported@RogersHelps No one answers the phone for tech support? Ever????
-
Bluebird (@BluebirdX11) reported@RogersHelps Not a small number in SW it is pervasive based on those I’ve spoken with. So the marker on the website calling this a small SE problem is not true.
-
Tyler Higgs 🇨🇦🌻 (@UberJumper) reportedI've spent 3 hours (2+ hours on hold) with @Rogers today to try and change our Shaw internet service to their 5G Home internet. They seemingly cannot do it. Apparently their Shaw team can't do it, and neither can their wireless team. Not ok Rogers.
-
Honeyboy Wilson (@HoneyboyWilson6) reported@plkampe @Rogers Put yourself on the do not call list. You no longer have a relationship with Rogers and if they continue to call, you can file a complaint.
-
B Dub (@TheBigBDub) reported@Lidsville @Rogers 🚨 PSA:March 2026, Telus, Roger’s, and Freedom all had data leaks. As a result, bad actors are calling clients as if from a major provider and HAVE enough client details to make people believe it’s a legit call. Nobody in Canada should be providing anything on a cold call now. 🚨

Matthew B (@CavalryCanuck) reported@Rogers it sure would be nice if there was a sports radio station in Vancouver so I can hear about of this is a good or a bad thing.
