    @TELUSsupport It took 2.5 hours to get through and help somewhat solve my issues of being overcharged $55 dollars a month for the last 4 months. Been talking to @rogers already about switching my phone and @shaw to see what their best plans are . 20 years of service you guys really don’t care

    Thanks @AboutRogers for the misley $12.25 credit for an outage that I lost over $4k of potential business . I think I’ll be switching soon @rogers

    Sometimes I feel like @RogersBiz call centres likes to get abused. Like Rogers genuinely likes it low key. I mean, if Rogers CARED to reach an agreement with customer more, maybe they won’t have problem. Only difference is I don’t like being abusive, both we both are.

    What the companies like @Bell @Rogers @TELUS don't understand is that by the time you have to call them, you are ready to cancel the service. They get one or two chances to help you before you will just choose a new service provider who you don't have to phone for a while.
