@TELUSsupport It took 2.5 hours to get through and help somewhat solve my issues of being overcharged $55 dollars a month for the last 4 months. Been talking to @rogers already about switching my phone and @shaw to see what their best plans are . 20 years of service you guys really don’t care

@odspoverty When you cancel your old plan make sure they cancel the right one. @Rogers totally screwed me today and canceled my new plan "connect for success plan" the same day I got it. Now I have two different internet plans and none of them are the subsidized one. Need to call a yet again

@Rogers And I’m switching to telus. Rogers is garbage! Been screwed over enough by their cell phone plans. Won’t be by cable/internet.

@Rogers Your priority is profit and poor customer service.

@Rogers I’ll believe it when I see it... highly doubt there will be an increase in jobs from a company like Rogers..And less competition in the Canadian mobile market just means more of the highest cost cellular in the world!! This deal should NEVER HAPPEN!

@GetConned @Rogers Problem is Albertans are too complacent and telecoms probably pay off government. System is rigged though, been robbing us for years.

@RogersHelps I hate your self service app!! Good god! @RogersHelps help!

  • NickWalsh_FSHS

@MuscleORACLE @Rogers You're getting warmer. Shaw currently employs 2600. Rogers is only hiring 1800. Mergers never create jobs, only "efficiencies"

  • what_now2021
    WhatNow2021 (@what_now2021) reported

@Rogers Fees will go up, up, up and customer service will plummet further into the dumps, if that’s even possible.
