@TELUSsupport It took 2.5 hours to get through and help somewhat solve my issues of being overcharged $55 dollars a month for the last 4 months. Been talking to @rogers already about switching my phone and @shaw to see what their best plans are . 20 years of service you guys really don’t care

I am not a fan or Rogers Ignite TV. It tapes the wrong things and On Demand has less shows to choose from, if the show is delayed due to sports like golf you don’t get the show you get the golf instead. Problems since day one @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps Internet service has been down in the M4X area since 2:00pm! It’s now almost 7pm and still nothing. On a Saturday with family and no internet service And not even an email message or text to update anyone. #shameful #disgraceful #rogers.
