@TELUSsupport It took 2.5 hours to get through and help somewhat solve my issues of being overcharged $55 dollars a month for the last 4 months. Been talking to @rogers already about switching my phone and @shaw to see what their best plans are . 20 years of service you guys really don’t care

@BlueJays Hey @Rogers @TD_Canada you should be more worried about why you're in the Epstein files, than this ******* crap. Karma will get you.

@myrnalambert @RogersHelps @Rogers If you file through the CCTS, Rogers is required to formally participate and respond to the complaint through the process. It usually also escalates it beyond frontline support, so it gets assigned and tracked instead of being bounced around. #Rogers

@RogersHelps My location doesn't show in any of scheduled outage areas. I live at 2450 watercolours way, K2J7B1. Basically waiting since 70 minutes for someone to pickup call and 40 minutes to your chat agent but none is responding. Your services have become very bad

@RogersHelps anything going on with 5g mobile networks today? I have to force my phone to use LTE instead of 5g. If I keep 5g on, mobile data and sms not working

@Rogers calls me so often to sell cell service I don’t want that it’s making me reconsider the services I do have. You should be able to remove me from marketing calls (and your third party marketing calls too).
