@RogersHelps I am a very patient customer. But since December 20-ish, the service has been very spotty and then now tonight we are missing an event on tv that is taking place 2 hours away from my City. What gives? This is a lot. A whole lot. At this point there should be a rebate

@RogersHelps the worst service in my experience. Trying to cancel service. Sent the entire day being pushed around between chat and customer service agents. Have been on call since morning 11am and still holding. An hour to get to supervisor, pathetic service.

@RogersHelps This is the 3 service interruption since December 20 in Fredericton. We have no cable, Wi-Fi or home phone. What gives, and what is the plan to find a permanent solution to this very unreliable service? And about giving affected customers credits as this reoccurs?

@Rogers @RogersHelps Day 4 of me trying to reach customer service to cancel my connection. Here I am waiting on call for an hour each time to talk to your agent and wasting my time, still no luck.. I am not paying any additional charges for extra days.
