    @RogersHelps what do I have to do to get my install rescheduled? I've contacted live chat 3 times now, and get told to call back later... issues with my account, account is locked etc. Why is this my problem!?!?! Why do I have to call more than once?

    @RogersHelps Another hour on the phone,for the same issue we were previously disconnected on, and another disconnect. I guess Rogers has shutdown their customer service altogether.
