Dear @Rogers @RogersHelps I used to be a long time customer till 2021. Recently got a call from #winback team and offered me good deals but bcz i was not settled in, I requested call back in 10-20 days. Never heard after that. Any updates...? Am I going to get a call?

@rogers "All Canadian customer service" is either really stupid or idk is just really stupid ..I had a argument with a worker that my phone should get 5G and it doesn't....I own the phone and they lied to me and now I got the phone and no 5G...wtf? They argued to death thenHungUp

@RogersHelps thanks. Over 3 hrs on the phone (incl. 1 ghosted callback) because even though we had it hooked up last week & already paid for an entire month, you decided to cancel our services for no reason. $10 credit helps our 4 day wait and our canceled first mothers day plans

@RogersHelps @Rogers is home phone wifi service? Yes? Then why must we pay for wifi service and home phone service if we want home phone? Does anyone or anything monitor all phone calls? Why or why not? How long are logs, records kept? Notes too? Who can listen?
