@DarkVoid1990 @sammie_toscani @Rogers What is pathetic is that you haven’t grasped just how much damage was done by that storm with trees down and power out all over Southern Ontario. Do you think they can fix all outages all at once? Do you think they aren’t addressing the situation? Pathetic.

@RPdarling3 @RogersHelps My 90 year old father spent a full hour on the phone with Rogers before someone could confirm that the whole area was down. What a waste of everyone's time!

@RogersHelps @Rogers Its understandable with severe weather there can be problems, but your lack of communication with customers is completely unacceptable. I get better info and support from Toronto Hydro and that bill is a fraction of my Rogers monthly.
