Hey @Rogers, I might tell you to shove your cellular service up your arse. I gave #YouPeople my business continuously since 1988. #DonCherryIsRight while @Sportsnet & @RonMacLeanHTH are the demise of what was #Canada.

@RogersHelps Your going to refund 5 days service! So on an average of 70 dollar monthly bill your crediting account automatically $11.66. Which is nice but what you really need to do is pay your workers more so that they can make better decisions when updating your network. More fail safes!

Patricia Hitchon (@PatriciaHitchon) reported from London, Ontario
@RogersHelps We are still having problems w/ ignite TV freezing & volume cut out. This is Wednesday - Are we ever going to get our service back? I agree 5 day refund isn’t enough.

@RogersHelps What about the impact/credit for last month outage in Ontario post storm.. We were without internet and phone for entire long weekend +2 days.. 6 days no internet...?

@RogersHelps Phew, glad that's out of the way. Rogers now know the significance of an outage from customers. Begs the ques. Was this not know prior to the outage? The board need to reward, not fire the CEO.

@CBCRaffy @Rogers @CRTCeng Everything has to pass through canadas New ministry of truth, right? There ya go...the system had to be taken down so all the pipes could be re-routed into said ministry. This CRTC nonsense is just a cheap smoke screen. .

John Hansen (@JohnHansenCa) reported
@RogersHelps I find it inexcusable that you designed your network to allow a single failure to take out both cell service and internet service. Like designing a building with the feature when the elevators are out of service the stairs become unusable.
-
Annie Jones 🏴🇨🇦 (@PowysGyrl) reported
@RogersHelps What about people who use your prepaid services? Can you add a few days until the next top-up date to credit is for services lost as well? I mean, I did pay for the service I didn’t receive.
-
Kelly (@KLRobbins01) reported
@RogersHelps When will it be fixed? You want to earn the trust of Canadian's, then fix the issue. Forget the credit - we want service that is uninterrupted. I have ignite TV and the cable freezes up, goes silent and jumps STILL - 5 days in.

Cody Lobreau - BeerCrank.ca (@cdnbeer) reported from Brandon, Manitoba
@RogersHelps I've been with Rogers for 17 yrs and I'll be switching to Bell or Telus once my contract is up. TWO outages in just over a year?! That's not reliable at all, also if 5G is supposed to be the "next great thing", the latency is always over 100ms, that's bad service in modern times

@C_Lee8891 @SkyDaGingerGuy @RogersHelps So you literally had nothing edible? Not one single thing? Maybe cancel the cell/internet so you can afford food. You clearly have larger problems with finances.
