sarahpvictoria (@sarahpvictoria) reported@RogersHelps Thanks I will go tomorrow. I’d like know the rationale though for moving to automation-online support but still not being able to email an eSIM QR code. Why are fees going up?
-
Shawna R (@shawna_r80) reported@RogersHelps I did already. You told me to call tech support. I waited 2 hours just to have them hang up on me.
-
John Tucci (@john_tucci) reported@RogersHelps How can I? Most of the time you go through the verification and then it says that they are too busy and hangs up. I had to call the sales department and get her to put me through. After support answered, he wasn’t helpful at all. I asked to pass me on to the cancellations.

Mike Gunn (@One_Gunn44) reported@CanadasLeafs @Rogers I Waited online for over 2 hours wanting help with a move… and was disconnected. I have been a Roger’s customer for over 35 years and this the peak of horrible customer service. #rogers
