@mcmanus17 @RogersHelps Check to see if there is an “add-on” on your plan. I don’t have a 5G supported iPhone yet but I looked into it and with bell you had to do it through the bell app to get in the 5G network. No fees.

@RogersHelps On phone for 1 hR 45 min with Maria in Brampton Ontario to ADD service. She quoted me a price, 3 times...then when generating work order, she said "oops" wrong price. Asked to speak to manager and after 1 3/4 hours on the phone I WAS DISCONNECTED #baitandswitch

Dear @Rogers My home services is not working due to the modem need to be change which I can't get in the store I have to wait till tomorrow evening for a tech to come by .. why not have these equipment available at the stores

@Rogers worst company I ever seen in my life, please do not choose rogers, they will charge you for the service that you are not going to use if you travelling out of canada. They will force you to pay.

@Videotron Well #Videotron needs to take a cue from #Rogers because they have the exact same remote and modem and we were able to ffwd with their service no problem. @RogersHelps
