It also kicked me out of the chat queue twice after waiting more than 1 hr each time. Absolutely incompetent and atrocious customer service. The government needs to legislate you guys to have actual customer support.

I tried calling Rogers support which resulted in three distinct AI chatbots speaking to me simultaneously, and then they hung up. Pure chaos. @RogersHelps
