    1/2 I walked into a @Rogers store to get rogers preferred program details and deals to get a new phone and essentially port my number PS "even after the service outage" and a not so interested employee from rogers store located at 4553 hurontario street Mississauga

    Asking @RogersHelps to compensate me for overage data charges that I had with Virgin due to the giant Rogers outage. Instead, "customer service" said "it's our discretion to use other services", and preferred to shame me for using the data to work that day?!?! (1/2)
