    @RogersHelps how long does it take for outages to be reported? there is nothing listed for my area despite being told there is an outage by your support staff. I've been without the service I pay for for over 6 hours now

    A @Rogers technician came to "fix" my cable internet today. So while he was here he cut all the "bell" phonelines. Now my front door buzzer doesn't work. I can't buzz in my nurses for cancer care anymore. I genuinely didn't think I could have rogers more than I did before. Wow.

    @RogersHelps And yet the connecting families doesn't know about it because you don't report when you are starting to carry that customer with the government's connecting families program. Which is essentially illegal. Not you not Rogers. Neither have registered me and CF number
