Listen, LISTEN. @fordnation and the OCP have not updated companies like @Rogers so now I have no guarantee that a technician can fix my Nana’s box that I’m paying for. It hasn’t been updated since March of 2020. Smdh. So I’m paying for services that don’t work @RogersHelps smdh.

@Rogers @NHL Get Bell at least they teach customer service! Rogers Fido no customer service harass a elderly man for something he never made one payment on phone broken Fido refused to cancel account address on the bill I never lived there! Harassing calls to pay for a broken phone!
