@CraigPeacock99 @RogersHelps Exactly... I saw tjlhe packages 75 95 125 Reduced speeds(supers slow) once u go Over the 10Gig threshold. There's the catch. Nice try Roger lol

@RogersHelps I have been facing intermittent internet issue for last 1 month. I have called help desk several times, few of the time technician visited my house but it was not resolved. Then help desk recommend to use Ignite Internet for higher package, I even took that as well

@leftmindset @SAndersonshpk @Rogers I can vouch for that. Years ago, we were with Rogers and the service was so bad, they charged us thousands for no service. Switched to Bell & have never had a problem & their customer service is prompt and friendly.

@RobinADupuis @Colleen90544980 @Rogers I got mine from costco too & some service reps at rogers are blaming the sales rep from costco. I can't help but feel they use third parties on purpose to have a scapegoat.

@RogersBiz struggling to transfer my e-sim to the new iphone 13pro. Transfer from 12pro went smooth but esim never got transferred. Now my phone isn’t working at all. Call centre tried couldn’t help. Rogers store said they are having system difficulties activating new sim! Help!
