Hey @RogersHelps why is it every time I call tech support the wait is 45-60 mins on hold? Do you have that many people having problems with Rogers? Seems like you'd address this by hiring more CS, or is the idea to frustrate your current customers into switching to Bell?

Hey @RogersHelps…what’s going on? Email has been down for several days; says I need to change my password but when I try to do that it tells me that “something’s wrong on your end”. I’m about ready to quit Rogers…certainly will not spend hours on the phone with you!
