  @RogersHelps Are there service interruptions in Ottawa today? My internet and cable has cut out three times today. I’ve unplugged my ignite hub, let it sit for 1 min then reconnected for 30 mins max and it cuts out again. Light on hub is either yellow or red.

  @Rogers @RogersHelps you need to do something to help the customer solve their problem not only extend the estimate restore time. At least let us know what's the problem cause no internet. All call center rep said they had no idea why the area outage still not been fixed.

  Hey, fun fact! If you're using @Rogers Ignite, you're locked out of modifying your modem's #DNS settings! That means if you're still having issues connecting to certain sites, or, say, images aren't loading on Discord, you're prevented from fixing the issue!

  @UniforTheUnion @Rogers The abrupt way Rogers turned off these stations was needlessly disrespectful to the employees let go and to the people in the communities affected whose listenership over decades supported the company with advertising dollars. You just don’t deal with staff and consumers so callously – no notice and crappy communication like they mean nothing.
