    @RogersHelps One simple Set top TV device is viewable on my network yet I have to call to activate it. Left messages all weekend long and now going on to hour #2 on hold for ‘specialist’. 😡😡😡😡😡fknrogers

    One of the reason I left @RogersHelps TV was the stupidity of the technical service and having to spend hours and hours of my time on hold waiting for equipment that is plug and play

    @RogersHelps No. That was not my question: Why, because I pay for your internet AND I’m under 65 years of age is the option to receive paper billing removed? So if I switched my ‘net to @Bell does that mean I could receive paper billing if I cancel a service that is one of your criteria?

    @RogersHelps Our Ignite internet/TV are out but when I check our network status online, it says no issues in our area. I believe we’re out due to the storm and was wondering about an ETA for service restoration. Thanks!

    @RogersHelps I have had no phone tv or internet since yesterday am. After 3 calls yesterday an appt was booked for 8-10 am today. I calked after 10 and was told the ticket was closed. The tech never came but said he did. I was literally at the door waiting. Horrible service!!!!
