Some weird dude shows up, trying to upsell us on everything but he tell us it's 20 less per line if we follow his advice. We fall for it. Get our bill today, 150$ higher and after hour with support. You guys should really increase it. Even in the states you can get up to over 100gig up and down for less than the price of your highest package.

On July 15, I was billed again and told there was no cancellation request on file. Always get written confirmation. @Rogers
