@Rogers @RogersHelps after waiting over 90m for a call back, I was connected to an agent who left me on hold for over 25 mins when all I wanted to do was add a channel. The call got disconnected and I never heard back. Horrible customer service and you can’t blame this on Covid!

Welp. Looks like no streams going forward until @Rogers runs us a new cable. Hopefully the temporary fix the tech implemented today means I’ll be able to work uninterrupted this week. The constant disconnects are more than a little obnoxious.

@RogersHelps is there anyway you can pass along feedback for the tech driving 190296 here in Ottawa? he’s the real mvp in getting our internet and our neighbour’s internet fixed - sort of a bandaid today until a team follows up this week, but the work he did today should fix it!

@RogersHelps has been terrible throughout the pandemic. Early on they said they weren't sending ppl into buildings but I just lived with subpar internet for the last few months. But it's gotten intolerable again, 2.5 hours on the phone, Rogers still hasn't hired more CSR

@RogersBiz and managed to tailor something - something that is value to the customer (who doesn't use all the bandwidth etc.) and something that keeps the business with Rogers. This year I've got a flat no. $82.55 - just risen 4% from $79 and was below $65 6 months earlier.
