    The change to Infinite plans are pretty terrible for those of us with multiple lines and bonus data on ShareEverything. After many loyal years I will be leaving @Rogers

    Concentration of power can cripple the system, today @Rogers went dark on all cellphone services without acknowledgement. More than 7 hours of no calls, texts or maps. Never experienced such an irresponsible behavior from a communications company before.

    @aredlight1 @Rogers Agreed !!!! This is insane that they’re handling it this way. Technical support just hangs up and won’t even answer. I had to press 0 from a land line a million times to get through to someone. And at that had to wait 42 minutes

    @maej43 I was just able to send an email (not to Rogers).I’m just getting caught up on everything. Wifi is working as well. Maybe the issue is resolved? @RogersHelps can you pls confirm the issues in this thread are resolved or give a rough time as to when to expect the issues resolved?
