    @Rogers worst company ever. Tech told me I would need better modem. Store says I can’t have it. Called back and told me to keep one I have. Time to switch providers. Fiberstream here we come.

    Worst customer service ever. Have been on the line for more than an hour with @rogers trying to get answers to why some services suddenly cut off without warning. Finally hung up, just like they wanted, cuz work tomorrow. I hate you #Rogers #worstCustomerService

    @RogersHelps HELLO @RogersHelps, I am one of the clients (AC 789133451) of your bundle (Home Phone, TV & Internet) services. After 2 months of service, I found that I am deceived in your home phone, which was said to have Canada-US wide calling service. Now it was found just for a local call.

    @WaterCarol @RogersHelps 🤣yeah a gesture but not help. I know my bill will be well over $300-400 dollars. No tv no gaming face time with mom who has Alzheimer’s, aunt who can’t have visitors and is isolated. @RogersHelps needs to figure out a better plan.
