    @AboutRogers @RogersHelps Two days before the outage in July my internet went off. 11:21 PM I called Rogers and booked a installation for a new modem, but the Technician never show up because it was the day when the major outage was happening.

    @Rogers y'all need to cool it with the pathetic "thanks for your loyalty" stuff, it's making me so sad. No one wants an increase on their data plan when the **** only works like 20% of the time.

    @RogersHelps Internet is down once again from today afternoon. This is very frustrating. Our work is getting affected because of it. Technician will arrive only on Saturday evening to fix the issue. This is insane. Guess time to move on from rogers

    @RogersHelps If you’re gonna make it impossible for your clients to make changes to their service online, you need to staff your call centres better. Three hours on the phone to change my plan is unbelievable.
