    @Rogers seriously…how long is it going to take to restore services in Hamilton? This is getting ridiculous. We better be getting some kind of refund. It’s been almost 2 days and on a weekend to boot. And to think I just switched back to you a couple weeks ago. Bad decision

    @DarkElfLX @RogersHelps 100% agree. When I called this morning they said that I had an open ticket and should get a response within 24 hrs. When I went to MyRogers it told me there was no outage yet I am still staring at a blinking orange light.

    @RogersHelps What a disgrace of a company. Any honest and/or competent regulator (hey @CRTCeng) would have forced improvements ages ago. What a racket - highest wireless and Internet costs in the world and service reliability of a remote island. 😮‍💨

    @RogersHelps We have not had service since 11pm Friday! Its Sunday at 4 pm and nothing. I need my service to work and school. I dont have unlimited data for this. The interruption in service is costing me alot of money using the data I need that I dont have. How much longer can this take?!?!

    A bundle of hanging Fiber along the street was damaged due to a fire ~11:30pm Friday. As a result of no redundancy and compounded by poor communication. Right now, 41hours late I have my services restored. @RogersHelps people should be fired for how poorly this event was handled

    @RogersHelps honestly Rogers, your customer service is such garbage. 2.5 hours on the phone yesterday, 1.5 hours today, and then the agent just abandons the chat…it’s like you want to make it hard
