    @RogersHelps I have been trying to reach someone for days now. I finally get someone otp and of course she hangs up. To say I’m irritated and frustrated is an understatement. I would like some assistance with my internet billing issues. Why is it so hard?

    @PTantakis @RogersHelps This is why you should never rely on ISP-provided email accounts. Always use something like Gmail or another 3rd party. Never put your eggs into one basket.

    You know @Rogers, I wouldn't be so ticked off that you try to upsell me your new product but the fact you push it on me while I'm getting NO service, and on top of that, you want to force it on all of us while giving LESS really pisses me off. Are you trying to be Canada Post?

    @FP_Champagne You better not let the @Rogers Shaw deal go thru cause if Rogers cant prevent their services from going Down constantly or having weird outages in certain areas or losing everything for Hours on end They dont care about their product or customers...

    @RogersHelps I was locked out of my email account on Sunday and waited on the phone for over 4 hours to get someone to fix it. I woke up this morning to find that I am locked out again! I sent a DM to @RogersHelps over 2 hours ago. I’m still waiting!
