    @the_hutchery @RogersHelps Thanks for the advice. Already did that twice last night but it seems to be some kind of outage or service issue in my area based on what they told . It could be impacting my speeds even though the wifi just normally disconnects when there's an outage

    @Rogers Just do you are clear, and I’m sure you have herd this before, U treat your costumers like 💩. U hang your CS associates out to dry with ur 💩💩💩 system, horrendous training & 💰 grab. I’ve been a customer for 20 years, but not for long. #Rogers #Shitservice

    @Rogers Are there issues with the network? My phone is showing no "LTE" and keeps jumping occasionally into "Emergency calls only". I have rebooted the phone, no change.

    Spent an hour on the phone with @RogersHelps over the weekend, re-confirming 20 times that I wouldn’t get charged a $450 fee, only for them to not only charge said fee they said I wouldn’t have to pay, but also got charged an additional $40 DOWNGRADE fee?!! Wtf 🤬
