They are now telling me 5 days (from this past Monday) is when the department Iβm looking for will call me. Originally on Monday I was told 24-48hrs. Yesterday I was told 72. And now this. This is horrible service.

The cell signal dropped as expected but there was no satellite connection for SMS. Is this area not in service due to traffic or something? Pretty disappointed.
