I could speak to a person @Rogers who sympathized but sent me to @Yahoo. Can’t reach anyone live from #Canada but did get response to my Twitter DM saying they can’t help and talk to Rogers. Meanwhile, my sent email seems to disappear every 2 weeks. Don’t see a virus or filter.

@RogersHelps It's extremely frustrating to keep having these internet issues. I'm also confused as to why my Wi-Fi stay connected for 24 hours without problem And now it's not coming back even after I reputed the modem.

@RogersHelps Why is RDS (#617 in Toronto) blacked out ? There is NO reason for it, since blackouts only apply to out of market NHL games. The broadcast is a sports highlights show, followed by a talk show. This actually happens a lot. Please fix ASAP !
