@RogersHelps my husband purchased NHL live recently only to find out today that our Sportsnet account is covering NHL games. Can you issue a refund to us because this is not right and we had no idea SN was going to offer this. Thanks

@RogersHelps It was switched a few days ago. But data on it is slow now etc. I'm not sure what is wrong with it.

@RogersHelps There was nothing on the website other than the time it went down - which was completely inaccurate too. That's the point I am trying to make to drive home. Your customer "service" is terrible.

@RogersHelps Customer Service= EXTREMELY POOR! I give it 0/10. They most certainly hire people with an I.Q. of less than 23!! I cancelled my services and my account with Rogers/ Shaw and I SIMPLY need a confirmation at my gmail account . A SIMPLE fking mail of confirmation.

Trying to deal with @Rogers for internet could not be more frustrating. Modem has yet to arrive. Call one number, they put you through to another. Then that one puts you through to another. The 4th or 5th gave a phone number to call. That number? OUT OF SERVICE. Sat on hold today for 45 minutes. Do you want customers or no? @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps we have no service in Aurora. Is this due to a downed line from the storm? Site only says Eta is 7pm. I have branches fall on my rogers line into a house. The line still seems connected. I removed the branches from the line

@MactelecomN @Rogers That's actually considered a tripping hazard, tech should of booked it in as special request order to direct bury, if direct bury can not be done then they are usually required to direct bore a duct under the paved areas or concrete if they don't want to cut it. The Op manager for that area likely doesn't care or want to budget for it, the local contractors won't touch it or put it in the ground until the orders are given and $ given out by corp. Realistically they should of denied service to this home until one of those things could be done, unless it was to replace an existing working service line that is. I worked for Eastlink in the Martimes for almost 15 years, we had some strict standards on this sorta thing.

@RogersHelps I canceled my contract, but I'm being asked to call a number to return my device. I've been calling every day for a week, waiting 1-1.5 hours on hold. All I hear is music. Nobody answers. I want to return the phone. Someone call me, or I'll sue and I won't pay that damn bill.
