So Canadians have some of the most expensive phone plans in the world yet @RogersHelps can't maintain service... American plans range around 25 bucks a month for true unlimited data etc.

Best part of my day? Eight calls to @TELUSsupport because my Telus tech showed up this morning to do an install and left without getting in the building. Apparently, he’s the only person in the world unaware that the @rogers network is down and you can’t reach people by phone.

@rogers @CTVCalgary Cell service is still intermittent, I have had my friends call me on rogers and telus and only one call today came into rogers and 9 now in the other provider. MSGs UC2, H2H and Busy, sometimes answering service. texting works. 47.5 hours of failures now

@RogersHelps so ignite was fine this morning after being down all day yesterday...And now as of 4pm it's pausing freezing every 30 seconds...Your technical wait time is currently over 2hrs...Explanation please?
