    @RogersHelps my husband purchased NHL live recently only to find out today that our Sportsnet account is covering NHL games. Can you issue a refund to us because this is not right and we had no idea SN was going to offer this. Thanks

    Day One for NHL Live via @rogers and...it doesn't work. Complete fiasco. 2021 is off to a terrible start!

    @RogersHelps @Red__Wilson Hundreds of people are having the same issue. Maybe you guys can try and come up with a real fix instead of asking everyone to send DMs.

    @RogersHelps Not working for me either on the Apple TV app (not on the iPhone nor via a laptop browser). I accepted the new terms & conditions & everything

    @RogersHelps Hey Rogers, my NHL Live account that I paid in full for continues to tell me my credentials are invalid on both my firestick and smart tv... I can sign in on computer but that is all... this is the first night of having it, very disappointed

    @RogersHelps @tagger2012 I am also having the same issue and currently using other methods to view. Do I need to do something to get this fixed? or just wait it out?
