@RogersHelps my husband purchased NHL live recently only to find out today that our Sportsnet account is covering NHL games. Can you issue a refund to us because this is not right and we had no idea SN was going to offer this. Thanks

I worked for @Rogers for 3 years. In 3 years I got one 10 cent raise. My starting salary minimum wage. All it call centers start at minimum wage. Now they are choosing buyouts to save more money. I have watched their hiring and firing policies for a decade and have come to the conculsion that Rogers is one of the worst employers in Canada.

@EdmontonOilers @Rogers @RogersPlace Few people fathomed losing to the Ducks… People were licking their chops when the Oilers got home ice advantage against the Ducks! Could be worse, they could be down 0-3…

@Rogers Somehow my cellular service for my watch is gone , and I’ve been paying for it for years .. don’t even know how long it’s been cut off but I’ve been paying for it

@TheTorontoSun @Btowie21 "Voluntary buyouts" are often a face-saving precursor to mass layoffs. Any @Rogers employee who turns down the buyout is playing with fire.

Could @Sportsnet get a better camera angles down the lines @Rogers center. Really getting tired of having to guess if #BlueJays hits are fair or foul in the corner. It's their home building for God sakes.

@Rogers @VojvotkinjaSRB @rogers Why was my service cancelled without my consent or knowledge. How could this happen. Who approved it. How is this possible. Now I don’t have services. What is this unbelievably bad experience

@RogersHelps No—my call got disconnected after waiting 1h48m. I need technical help that self-serve tools can’t fix. I’ve been trying to reach Rogers for a week with no success. Even the store told me to call support. Why not hire more Canadians and fix these long wait times?
