    Had @Rogers internet now for about 3 months and I’m very dissapointed. Paying for 1G service and getting less than 200M hardwired is ridiculous. Never thought I’d start thinking about going back to Bell but here I am. @RogersHelps

    @Rogers 4 days straight now.. I can’t send text or use any data… I have LTE service… wtf is going on..? I don’t pay outrageous prices to have data speeds from the 90’s

    The issue goes away when the temperature goes up! It is not a fluke that this happens. It is simply bad infrastructure or @rogers equipment on the street. As soon as temp goes above zero, it goes away. Below zero, constant drop of internet.

    @RogersHelps What's going on with @Rogers Cable TV & internet service tonight in downtown Toronto? STB has been pixelating & stuttering since around 9:30PM and my desktop PC speedtest just now only had 2.1 Mbps upload (normally around 30 Mbps) & 11.4% packet loss. 😡🤬👎

    @Rogers So I haven't bren able to stream as of late because of your connection not being stable to YouTube. You guys having a problem over there?. Even my download speeds are off by like a third.

    @Rogers let me know how to escalate this beyond the typical call to CSR or help on Twitter. I pay over $500 a month for your services and have for years. I just can’t anymore. If my payments were as inconsistent as the service during the cold, I’m sure the motivation to act ...

    @RogersHelps Just want to tell you guys that the customer service experience on both Live chat and Twitter has been worlds better than the phone support I've received over the last 2 decades (phone support has improved as well but I haven't had to deal with retention so well see)

    @Rogers I have tried to deal with the CSR on the phone and I know they are following their script, but someone needs to really look at the nodes or someway to keep them warm as it is 💯 a temperature issue. Not my cable to my house as it was changed and rechecked recently...
