BrianM (@briangm11) reported@RogersHelps Thanks, but the @Rogers tech support dept has been so decimated by profit-enhancing layoffs that the task seems insurmountable. We "upgraded" to Xfinity last Aug., but the modem quit twice this week. Each phone call takes 60+ min, and last night we had to quit.
-
*** {agentic simple sarcasm} (@ass_sarcasm) reportedIsn’t Hotspot part of the service that @rogers provides?
-
Mamma Bear🇨🇦 (@islgalwrites) reported@Rogers customer service is the worst. Even worse than Telus and that’s saying a lot. Time to switch services.
-
Madam Boring (@Carleey) reported@RogersHelps Yeah we returned the modem back in January. There were no other devices. When I called yesterday they said we weren't in contract and have to pay the overdue bill before they can cancel again. Do you keep records of all phone calls so I can get them to check December?
-
Charlie (@Albatross43) reported@dhewlett @Rogers @RogersHelps is the official support account. Customer service can be a nightmare. CCTS complaint is always another option.
-
BrianM (@briangm11) reported@RogersHelps @Rogers Had a home tech support visit for yesterday to check and maybe replace the modem, but the guy stood us up, didn't even call. This isn't something the twitter team can fix, so we have to try the phone again. Ironic the only call we got yesterday pm was from Bell Canada Marketing!!
-
Don Bradshaw (@RealDonBradshaw) reportedIn any other market, the media would be all over the ‘Homer’ #Hoffman story until he was chased out of town. But, when the #BlueJays TV and radio analysts are getting paid by the Jays’ parent company @Rogers, they will never harshly criticize him. #BlueJays50
-
David (@mckaytoronto) reportedWTF???? @Sportsnet @Rogers I have FIVE Sportsnet channels and not ONE HAS THE #NBA PLAYOFFS! - Four with the same playoff hockey game!
-
Kaykay (@kskytte) reported@RogersHelps Good morning! Yes I have, a week or two ago. The person reset our modem on your end and said that should help. It did for a bit but I’m back to unplugging my modem to get things to work.

Paul Mori (@paulpmori) reportedRecently purchased the $90 Rogers Mobile Travel Pass for a trip to Italy. It picked up a network maybe 50% of the time. Most times I tethered to my friend's eSIMS Card. Save money - get an eSIMS card and avoid the frustrations. That was a waste of $90. Thanks @Rogers.
