    Had @Rogers internet now for about 3 months and I’m very dissapointed. Paying for 1G service and getting less than 200M hardwired is ridiculous. Never thought I’d start thinking about going back to Bell but here I am. @RogersHelps

    @RuthKapelus @RogersHelps It might be different in Canada but the lesson learned down in the states is that taking stations and parsing them out to become streaming you’re actually going to pay more in the long run for watching something that I think he would by separating it out

    Does @Rogers website ever actually work? Seriously, ever? I have wanted to upgrade my services and get some new phones, but the “Technical errors” are straight up ridiculous. Why would someone purchase media services from a media company whose website is not functional?

    After I asked the @RogersHelps agent to read my messages, they again asked a question that I had *just* answered. This was after over two hours of "support" and I'd missed most of the game. I stated it was CLEAR that they were not reading my messages.

    Day one of reminding #Canada that @Rogers is Verfucking awful, rips off #Canadians and cakcles all the way to the Verfucking bank like a Saturday morning cartoon villain. This will be a daily occurance #Canada. I'm a pretty pissed off Red Mage.

    @RogersHelps outage again in Brampton. Every 4-5 days there is an outage - what is wrong with you Rogers? Dont tell me to DM, Ive already talk to an agent. Just tell me when the hell will the outage resolve??

    Incredibly disappointed by my experience with @Rogers customer service today. Can't think of a single good reason why I shouldn't switch providers first thing tomorrow.
