Had @Rogers internet now for about 3 months and I’m very dissapointed. Paying for 1G service and getting less than 200M hardwired is ridiculous. Never thought I’d start thinking about going back to Bell but here I am. @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps closing it as 17'52 on Nov 11th which ignores not just that Nov 11th is a fairly key day but by that time at this time of year the sun has set so I would never have checked my email on time to stop him from doing what someone else had tried to do early on.

@Rogers Any idea how long my home services will be down? Bell had their customers restored in 30 minutes. It took me 3 hours to get thru to a live agent using my Virgin cell service data to find out if it had been reported. Then I got dropped.

well @RogersHelps, after being on hold for 3 hours trying to give you a chance to keep me as a customer, best of f-ing luck to you! here I come @vmedia literally 3 hours of "hey, I'm going to change if you cant at least match them" and off to infinite hold land I went.

Yet another day with a Rogers outage in the west end of St. John’s. @RogersHelps its ridiculous at this point. Our service shouldn’t be going out multiple times a year. What happened to regaining our trust?
