Our internet service keeps dropping out, and at times is at 10% speed. For 2 days customer service insists there is no problem. There is. Please fix it.

The outage not only disrupted our tv computer and so on What about those users not on Rogers who rely on wifi that's not there. Now I am burning up $$ and data usage from my own carrier. Having Bell home Phone on their legacy LAN allows you phone to work even in an electrical outage.👍 The legacy doesn't allow home phone to work in an outage at all. WIFI runs the home phone on Ignite. 👎
