@RogersHelps My phone has been down all day, as has my daughter's. I missed an important medical consultation as a result. I will be expecting a sizeable credit towards my next bill, in keeping with the exhorbitant rates demanded by Rogers for the privilege of an expensive paperweight.

@Rogers when is the service in Brampton, On coming up? We missed doctor apps and call from the hospital for an emergency. This is beyond ridiculous and we will expect compensation for the outage. We have two phone lines with you and cable, now we are thinking about leaving.

@RogersHelps @Rogers Rogers should pay the damage to those whose income depend on cellphone and cellphone data, we couldn't make any living today, and Rogers should cover the loss.
