@RogersHelps wifi/internet has been down since 7pm in Pickering/Bay Ridges area in addition to the cable (both HD and 4k) pixelating constantly as well. Have re-booted both boxes and modem many times and called Tech support. They say it’s an area issue and could last all weekend.

@Rogers pretty sad getting bounced from one operator to another. English should be required as a first language if you're working the phones! Wasted 45 minutes of my life trying to change a service and poof...they dropped the call. Well done @rogers Time to cancel everything!
