49 mins online trying to upgrade a @RogersHelps plan. Submit the order. It's says OOPS something went wrong. Your order may not have worked. Now on hold on phone for 36 mins. As usual. The wonderful NON CUSTOMER SERVICE of Rogers strikes again.

@RogersHelps Update. When actually cancelling the rep offered $1 less than Bell for still worse service (500mbps vs bell's gigabit). Too little too late. If you have the worse product don't mess with your customers.

@Simon818 @Rogers Ugh. I broke away from Rogers a few months ago. I've had a strong dislike for them for as long as I could remember. The outage in July was the last straw and I told the family, I'm out. I don't care how cheap the plan we share is. I'm not doing it anymore.

@RogersHelps on the phone for almost 2 hours to get our account fixed. A representative changed our account plans without our knowledge and consent. Unacceptable customer service.

@RogersHelps @Rogers I really wish Rogers goes bankrupt, I hate their internet service. I pay $150 a month and get 0.15mbps upload speed and 19mbps download speed. Its been like this from last 7 moths. I called them multiple times but they don't care about their customers at all

Wanted to port over to #Rogers and get a new device but they had link someone else's account to mine with dues. Spent 3 hours on the call with support with 2 hours 30 minutes on hold. In the end I got hanged up on with no resolution. Great customer service, Thanks #RogersHelps

@MarkBourrie It comes in waves, duct cleaning for a few days, then credit card problems, then CRA, then today back to Rogers (who I talked to ages ago and was told they don’t make cold calls). @RogersBiz is this still true?
