I really don’t like to use this platform to complain. But if any of you use Rogers and have elderly parents please cancel ! They put my parents at risk and my dad had to goto the neighbours at 2 am to call 911! His neighbor also hasn’t had phone either who are also ill! @Rogers

Dear @Rogers I've already cancelled 3 of my cell lines, believe when I say Telus has been calling. You changed the due date of my phone bill so you could collect like $11 in late fees. Soon it's going to cost you $370/mo from a decade long customer.

I must say "Rogers sucks" at least once a week. And here again today, the @RogersHelps Ignite App is not working on any of my devices. Worked a few hours ago, no problem, but not working now. Why does Rogers suck? Because of things like this.

Recently I changed over from a digital box to "Ignite Rogers". I also have being on #ODSP my internet package is not good for the Ignite @RogersHelps really frustrating after I been told I should have no issues @CRTCeng
