@Rogers we recently got Roger's but decided to cancel within the 10 days grace period. So I am guessing the bill of nearly 400 for 9 days service is a mistake.

  • albuckle Ashley B (@albuckle) reported from Corner Brook, Newfoundland and Labrador

Our @RogersHelps internet and home phone seem to be down. Cable still working. #nlwx #dorian

@RogersHelps going on 4 days with no internet and barely any mobile network service after the storm in Ottawa, is there any ETA at all for any resolutions? I have summer courses and people telework from our home.

  • MyaOttawa Mya Warken (@MyaOttawa) reported

@Rogers read the room! Ottawa was hit with a massive storm. Power out three days and counting. Citizens asked to stay home. And you have sales people going door-to-door. On a holiday Monday. WTF.

  • schwabber2714 Matt (@schwabber2714) reported

@Rogers looking to report a new outage (separate from the one caused by the storm on Saturday as service had been restored) affecting the L1C2Y2 area code.

  • financialsource Mark Freedman (@financialsource) reported

@RogersHelps is this a joke? No recent updates for two years? A community forum that is out of date? #fail

  • parthwebdev Parth (@parthwebdev) reported

@RogersHelps is there a reason why the internet is intermittent in L4L, Woodbridge,ON. I mean after 2 days of outage, got internet like for 2 hours in the afternoon and now it's gone. Please help us, we need to work tomorrow.

  • scBlais Scott (@scBlais) reported

@kyliverse @RogersHelps The transparency is terrible.

  • CsShamita Shamita Chaudhuri (@CsShamita) reported

@KevinFrankish @RogersHelps We got our internet back around 11am today. Thanks Kevin. It’s crazy how a 2 min storm caused an 18 hr power outage and an almost 48 hour internet outage. This, in a first world country…unbelievable!!

  • TimJArmstrong Tim Armstrong (@TimJArmstrong) reported from Cambridge, Ontario

Closing in on 72 hours without @rogers service. A large profitable company like @rogers should have a better network deployed that can withstand a windstorm.

  • Seb_Palazzo Sebastian Palazzo (@Seb_Palazzo) reported from Brampton, Ontario

@RogersHelps my family lives in Brampton and we have had NO internet service for 2 days now.
