Noel O Brien (@headaball1) reported from Cox's Cove, Newfoundland and Labrador@Rogers we recently got Roger's but decided to cancel within the 10 days grace period. So I am guessing the bill of nearly 400 for 9 days service is a mistake.

🇨🇦Life Of Nigh🇨🇦 (@LifeOfNigh) reported from Corner Brook, Newfoundland and LabradorIs anyone having major issues with @Rogers I've had to go upstairs 3 times already today to reset the modem. Is there a way I can bring the modem down here while the my parents/landlord is gone away? The girl in the other room is getting annoyed also. @RogersHelps please!

Kelly (@AlbertanKelly) reportedMy internet/cable has been down for 24 hours. @Rogers (with Shaw). Never had this happen before. I actually appreciate the updates - apparently a cable was cut by third party contruction but, 24 hours is a really long time. I feel for everyone in my area who works from home. There better be some compensation for this.

david myers (@myersinktown) reported@Avry How is a market of 5.6 million people not able to support one sports station? @Rogers abandoned western Canadians.
-
Mark Meunier ⁜ (@MarkMe60) reported@MichelleRempel @Rogers It was crazy. I turned on 660 in my car, like I always have, and it was just gone. WTF Rodgers!!
-
melo (@lifeonwax79) reported@teapot_toff @Rogers Just cancelled my Rogers subscription, never again will they get a dime from me.
-
Cheeky Monkey (@cindyintoronto) reported@BluelineBardown @Rogers I got rid of Rogers from my life 10 years ago. I have been free of stress since that time. They are one of Canada's worst & most hated companies for a reason🤬
-
Em (@moonlitnachos) reported@RogersHelps Hi Eric. I spoke with two different Technical Support reps and both told me they could not help me because I wasn’t a customer. I have already been on hold for 2.5 hours, I am not calling back to wait on hold again. If someone can contact me, I will speak to them.

re:printed 3D (@reprinted3D) reported@3DInPhil @RogersBiz @Bell With so many companies competing in the same spaces these days, customer service will really determine which will succeed and which will fail.
-
@Ralphthedog (@RandyRedSox) reported@Rogers after cancelling Sportsnet 650 I will never spend another dime with Rogers!!!!!
-
Ben (@Canhistoryrules) reported@teapot_toff @Rogers I have no problem with being upset over fees and costs. It’s way too high and competition would be great. Sadly AM radio is dying in Canada and globally. I’ve seen more people saying they are upset on this platform than actually listening to the stations.

Leon (@zedsdead44) reported@Rogers If you were Team Canada, you wouldn’t outsource your “customer service” centres to Mumbai. I know because I asked one of your agents where he was located after I couldn’t understand him. He confirmed it.
