@Rogers we recently got Roger's but decided to cancel within the 10 days grace period. So I am guessing the bill of nearly 400 for 9 days service is a mistake.

Is anyone having major issues with @Rogers I've had to go upstairs 3 times already today to reset the modem. Is there a way I can bring the modem down here while the my parents/landlord is gone away? The girl in the other room is getting annoyed also. @RogersHelps please!

@RogersHelps Yes, I've cleared my cache in Google Chrome, it works in other browsers such as Safari & Firefox. This happened after I tried to login for tech support

Ordered a SIM card for a new phone. Won't receive it until next week. But thanks to @RogersHelps they shut down the SIM card in my old phone. Now with out a phone. Great customer care.
