Michelle Woodman (@crosscribe) reported@RogersHelps The Rogers Web site is less than helpful on showing where outages are, and for providing an ETA on service restoration. I've been a long-time Rogers customer, and as other have mentioned, with the money we pay each month am also seriously wondering if it's time for a change.
