Noel O Brien (@headaball1) reported from Cox's Cove, Newfoundland and Labrador@Rogers we recently got Roger's but decided to cancel within the 10 days grace period. So I am guessing the bill of nearly 400 for 9 days service is a mistake.

-
Brendan Bresnahan (@brezvideo) reported@RogersHelps My Rogers bill is around $1000 a month. I went to a Rogers store with a hardware issue, they told me I have to call on the phone. I have been on hold for 90 minutes now on the phone with Rogers, still holding. Is this the best you can do?
-
Brian Kusiewicz (@BKOttawa) reported@RogersHelps It was tied to canceling internet and TV services. Charging $745.80 after 20+ years as a customer feels excessive, especially when competitors cap these fees far lower. I’m asking Rogers to review this situation and provide a fair resolution for a long-time customer.

Evan Vokes (@EvanVokesMSc) reported@buperac @tobi @Rogers most of the problem corporations are Canada Corporations. separation fixes this. suddenly Rogers, while originally from Calgary, becomes a foreign corporation

Paul Mori (@paulpmori) reportedRecently purchased the $90 Rogers Mobile Travel Pass for a trip to Italy. It picked up a network maybe 50% of the time. Most times I tethered to my friend's eSIMS Card. Save money - get an eSIMS card and avoid the frustrations. That was a waste of $90. Thanks @Rogers.
-
TimeTraveleRuss (@Noeticwanderer) reported@RogersHelps Calling again. I did end my account with Roger's last August... an account I had since 1987 when I got my first mobile phone. After 38 years of being a loyal Roger's customer I finally had enough and have transferred my number to a new service provider.
