@Rogers we recently got Roger's but decided to cancel within the 10 days grace period. So I am guessing the bill of nearly 400 for 9 days service is a mistake.

Is anyone having major issues with @Rogers I've had to go upstairs 3 times already today to reset the modem. Is there a way I can bring the modem down here while the my parents/landlord is gone away? The girl in the other room is getting annoyed also. @RogersHelps please!

@Rogers being a former Rogers employee, the level of customer service has dramatically dropped and needs to be fixed. I had made 3 simple questions and it took over 10 mins for the agent to get back to me. Not acceptable! #thinkingofleaving

@RogersHelps It has been off all day and still off. I teach from home so being without internet is extra bad. That’s why I also have to pay for Bell internet. 😡 can’t just tell students that it’s a Rogers problem.

Hey @Rogers, today I got an email that I would be charged because I did not meet the Upfront Edge phone program's return requirement. However, I did return it. I am very disappointed with your service! @CCTS_CPRST, Could you help me to solve this problem?

@Rogers nice time to rebuild the internet in my area. I only watch TV during the Olympics. No notice. Took 40 minutes with your help for them to figure it out. Really shoddy.

@RogersHelps how is it reasonable to be messaging with a customer to find out what’s going on only to have him stop mid conversation without even telling me what’s going on??
