Is anyone having major issues with @Rogers I've had to go upstairs 3 times already today to reset the modem. Is there a way I can bring the modem down here while the my parents/landlord is gone away? The girl in the other room is getting annoyed also. @RogersHelps please!

@Rogers we recently got Roger's but decided to cancel within the 10 days grace period. So I am guessing the bill of nearly 400 for 9 days service is a mistake.

@RogersHelps I'm seriously about to ******* break my phone. These scam texts that I've been receiving are driving me nuts. No amount of reporting them to the Spam Forwarding has had any success, manually blocking the numbers doesn't help, and they're now evading keyword blocks.

@RogersHelps All incoming calls go directly to VM. Some don't even show a missed call. Your contact # tells me to chat with a bot (useless). Need a real person to fix this.
