@Rogers we recently got Roger's but decided to cancel within the 10 days grace period. So I am guessing the bill of nearly 400 for 9 days service is a mistake.

@RogersHelps Nothing has changed at all. The two remotes are with their original units. Typing in the code does nothing. An internet search reveals this problem has happened before.

@Rogers gives wrost service twice in this year i got unnecessary bill amount by adding roaming call which i never made nd even its not in their own bill pdf but they adds to bill everytime
