@Rogers we recently got Roger's but decided to cancel within the 10 days grace period. So I am guessing the bill of nearly 400 for 9 days service is a mistake.

Is anyone having major issues with @Rogers I've had to go upstairs 3 times already today to reset the modem. Is there a way I can bring the modem down here while the my parents/landlord is gone away? The girl in the other room is getting annoyed also. @RogersHelps please!

@Rogers No, the dam tv started working after an hour and a half and as soon as it starts working suddenly your agent finally picks up after an hour on hold and has nothing to fix. How convenient. The customer gets screwed again.

And like clockwork, another @Rogers Ignite internet outage. Every few weeks this happens. No one that I've spoken with at Rogers has been able to solve this problem, but we're stuck with this bad service because no other telecom companies offer internet in our area 🙃

@RogersHelps your NHL live app is terrible and you can’t blame my internet connection. It jumps all over the place even after the game has been archived. Definitely the last year I use your app to watch the games. You lost a customer. #terrible #frustrated

@RogersHelps your internet service the past 2 months has been an absolute joke. Every 10 minutes the connections drops about 3 times. Can’t watch TV, Can’t play games. I can’t imagine if I actually had to work or do schooling from home, how impossible it would be. Unacceptable.

@RogersHelps no internet for 6 hours. No updates. On hold twice with a waiting time of 2 hours. Passed around to 4 departments to end up back at the start. Support hold times are unacceptable. Been a customer since 2003 but won't be tomorrow if this isn't fixed

@Rogers @RogersHelps A tree took down internet service to my home in the heart of Mississauga on June 1. Rogers will not restore service until June 7. One week outage!! Is this the best customer service Rogers can provide? Is this what other customers can also expect?
