    @StefanM411 @RogersHelps Yep! They are literal psychos. I know it’s their automated systems; but whoever programs those systems obviously has zero clue about customer retention.

    @Rogers So the outage credits will be applied to bills dated on or after August 1st. However, BOTH my personal Rogers bill and my company's bill are dated July 31st - explain why they already received the credit for the outage on their July 31st bill, but I didn't on mine?

    @RogersHelps @elliebitx It’s past 6:00PM PST and still no network… Whole day has passed and the only response I have gotten so far is that there’s a known problem in my area. How does it solve my issue here? Can you please fix it or does it go on to the weekend now?? #rogersoutage
