@SchwartzTime @Rogers They should be ashamed that they have a department called customer care. It should be called customer we don't care.

@RogersHelps They offered a downgrade in the speed and bandwidth in the new address. But I took the specific plan (with bandwidth ) for my work. And you guys talk as if the customer is so dumb and doesn’t have any knowledge, which was very offensive and hurtful.

@RogersHelps Why do I have a $5 "Wireless Plan Rate Adjustment" line item on my bill? Your coverage continually gets worse and worse to the point where I've had to purchase a Starlink mini so I have usable service on the road.

@Rogers @Rogers your customer service is poor. I have been calling for a few days, with the same response, that you are overwhelmed with calls….I went into the kiosk. They gave me a different number to call. They said the couldn’t help me. Very frustrating overwhelming.😮‍💨

@RogersHelps Bull! The call cuts off after 2 hours, and I’m Not starting again. Either someone contacts me for a service appt, or I’m returning every piece of your ****** equipment to one of your useless outlets

Hey @Rogers, I get a call from your people almost literally every day. Without fail. I’ve tried asking them to take me off their list but they don’t care. I can tell you that you can offer me free services and I wouldn’t sign up with you ******* just for the way you harass me.

Not sure what @Rogers Bank execs are thinking. November changes to their credit card products remove 99% of the incentive they have provided to date to stay with Rogers telecom services. I will certainly be switching credit card AND telecom services once these changes take effect and as service contracts expire. There are more affordable providers with better service and without the financial incentive provided by the credit card there are no more reasons to stick to their mix.

@RogersHelps your technician just left our property without confirming that our internet issues were resolved. We are still unable to connect to the internet.
