@Rogers day 3 with broken phone in circles with Rogers, Likewise and Apple. Been paying Rogers monthly for premium device protection ft. Apple Care, now told apple care through Rogers is not really apple care. False marketing, everyone blaming the other, and phone still broken

@Rogers is there a problem with your customer service? No one answers the phone. ‘Anna’ repeats the comments the customer posts (so it should make it on a sitcom soon) although NOT funny. I absolutely Don’t want to cancel but the last several months have been poor service

Alright @rogers, coming to you for a new phone and a refund for lost network time and lost productivity. Hope for your company’s sake this wasn’t because of an undetected hack or summat. Costs quickly escalate in such circumstances.
