    Hey @Rogers I’ve been on hold with CS for 45 mins, after waiting on hold 30 mins to finally get through to someone and have them hang up on me (by accident) and not call me back. Can someone help me?! I have next to no service/reception constantly and don’t know what to do

    @RogersHelps Do you have any idea how long the wait time is for customer service or technical assistance. Hire more staff and train them fully.

    How can a customer be on waiting line for 3 hours waiting for customer service to pick a call?? The so called biggest brand?? This has been going on for too long. @Rogers God will put you through what you are putting me through!!! Very useless service provider
