The most useless customer service is from @rogers @RogersHelps. Been waiting to connect with a support team for two hours

@RogersHelps It keeps getting better. After 2 hours and 8 minutes now I’m on hold again so I can cancel all my Rogers services.

@RogersHelps My current home Wi-Fi service is really poor - it's using a wireless SIM card modem. Before I completely cancel my plan, I’d like to try switching to a regular, wired home modem to see if the connection improves. Is it possible to swap my hardware to a traditional modem setup?

@RogersHelps I just waited it out but it cost me my weekend league games. Tech support was too slow

@RogersHelps Reinstalled the printer drivers, rebooted printer. Rebooted modem again and it finally connected to internet again after about 15 minutes. But the printer issue has been ongoing for months now. I think the issue is the 2.4 band. Can I just get a new modem please?

@Rogers 1 hour and 20 minutes and counting on hold. I need a person and not AI. Horrible customer service

Seems @ShawInfo with @Rogers has a constant circulation in blue screens that would make Microsoft blush. Somehow their support procedures only work when their on the phone (suspicious). #techsupport #rogerscable #sharcable

@CanadasLeafs @Rogers 5 calls to them in a 1 week span (last week) average 2-3 hrs on each call just to get them to send a tech to my house bc our internet keeps dropping. Tech shows up 2 hrs b4 our time slot, gives the wife attitude saying “I don’t have time for this” Dog-**** company top to bottom
