    The midday internet disruptions sure are getting frustrating. 3rd afternoon in the past 7 to 10 days a Ramkey van shows up on the street only for internet to go down shortly after. If it ain't broke, don't 'fix' it! @Rogers @TekSavvyNetwork

    The issue goes away when the temperature goes up! It is not a fluke that this happens. It is simply bad infrastructure or @rogers equipment on the street. As soon as temp goes above zero, it goes away. Below zero, constant drop of internet.

    @Rogers Rogers lies. YOU CANNOT CANCEL CHANNELS ONLINE! You will just get a "technical difficulties, try again later" error. I fu@%ing detest Rogers. Come on CRTC, Open up the market to more competition: SPRINT, VERIZON,AT&T. Free us from the monopoly of big blue & rotten red.

    I can’t be the only one that every time it goes below zero outside @Rogers ignite goes to ****!! Techs have been multi times checked all gear and say no issue found. Last time they said problem at node, did something for 2 mins. Very hard to keep paying hundreds of $ for this...

    @RogersHelps times and they said the credit will be there but its not. I've been a customer with you since 2009 and this is incredibly frustrating.
