    @RogersHelps @adrianathompso4 2 days of service? that is pathetic. There have had to be so many points of failure that triggered for this to happen. Negligence at its best. Class action lawsuit coming.

    @RogersHelps How about a month worth of credit Rogers? I'm sure other customers agree and find it fair. It was a significant outage and service being down for a day. Just a thought 🤔

    @RogersHelps If you give me a month on all services I'll stay. For context spend ~ $1000 per month with you. Outage cost me $2000 in lost billable work. I've kind of bloody had it with Rogers.
