@RogersHelps I have been waiting for an Ignite Service specialist for well over 2 hours on this live chat function. The initial agent initiated the transfer at 2:48 and I have got no other response. This level of service is ridiculous.

@mistermattnash @RogersHelps The good thing is, they were able to spot the issue and said they'll update me within 24-48 hours, so hopefully that fixes our issues.

@RogersHelps is there something going on with the internet near Cawthra/Dundas in Mississauga? It’s been 2 days of constant up and down. I work in video conferencing so it makes it super difficult to do my job
