    Guy fixing Rogers up a pole next door. He says checking for noise! Now service is sporadic in #hamiltonmountain. I was nominated to be his helper and go look for the modem. @RogersHelps Mr Rogers can you help? Wifi off and on.

    @Rogers Very slow mobile internet on GO train commute from Burlington to Toronto and back. Can hardly read news. Download speed 3mbps with huge lags. The route is along densely populated area. Can we get adequate service?

    Man it never used to be a struggle to watch an NHL playoff game, but @sportsnet and @rogers have really upped the “our garbage hardware is as bad as our garbage software” game. I really miss the normal cable era. No interruptions, it just worked.

    @Rogers mislead by your representatives when I was told there’s no contract only to discover there’s one. Great business practice and integrity. I don’t expect any resolution because let’s face it, if you valued your customers this wouldn’t have happened in the first place.

    @RogersHelps @Gustavo93631680 If there are multiple modems down, it should be a major outage! I'm on the east end of Toronto - no service!

    @Rogers Is there an issue with the network right now? I still have 15 gigs high speed but can only get 1.5 mbps on download right now. I using get 19-21 mbps here. I have 3 bars of 5G service too. What’s going on?
