@Rogers Rogers Communications, I live in Edmonton, in the Stillwater neighborhood. The area has been without internet for more than 48 hours—we have no internet! No one is telling us when the service will be restored. We need the internet back as soon as possible; this situation

Why is it that I had to call @Rogers THREE times before they would admit that there is a problem in my area and they need to open a ticket? This is NOT a good first impression to make with a customer! #CRTC #CCTS

    Peter Young (@cy686phtsl) reported

@RogersHelps I asked the representative if it was possible to suspend my service for two months (specifically June and July).

@Rogers The problem is that your network is having enough speed to browse that portal 😡 and it’s not today. It’s ever green. I loggged a ticket a year or so ago and is still open but no one bothered to even close the ticket ; leave aside resolve

Thanks @Rogers... Your website said that service would be back by 7 PM... 7 PM comes around, and now it's saying 8 PM. Seriously, you need to do better. I'm sick of the constant false advertising from your company! #CRTC

2 AM and @Rogers is STILL down... This is NOT a way to make a good impression with a new customer. It's been more than 12 hours now with no home phone, cable TV, or internet and all I hear from #Rogers is crickets... #CRTC

@RogersHelps Despite my clear refusal, I received an email confirmation a few hours later stating that my service is scheduled to be suspended for six months effective April 30th. I did not authorize this action

@RogersHelps 28 hours of no service, and only now has it just come back. How can I get a service credit from @Rogers for the down time?
