    **** @Rogers dude, I got approved to upgrade My phone to an iPhone 13 Pro Gold, I talked to them over the phone & they told me it'll send in 2-5 days.. 5 days pass & I call back; they say tje wear house got the order but didn't send it out & they ran out (PT 1)

    They sugested they cancel the online order& told me to go Into the store to grab it Instead. So,today I go to the store to do just that JUST to get told Im now not approved to get this phone after I talked to NUMEROUS @Rogers People over the phone who all told me I was approved?

    @Rogers @RogersHelps Is the recent increase in wireless plan costs to consumers directly related to your 150 million dollar compensation for your nationwide outage? Timing is very conspicuous 🤔

    @Rogers A great plan was in my account as a loyal customer- it’s removed as I go to upgrade my phone. ZERO effort by your staff to keep a customer of close to 12 years- offered 25 GB for $90/mth- are you well Rogers????

    @Rogers Nope, this was Rogers' last chance. Issues in May with internet, causing missed deadlines, with nothing but a shrug and a $7 credit that wasn't received, so it was cancelled. Then, last week, we're suddenly being charged for the hardware rental again, and now this. We're done.

    @RogersHelps Lol why? So you can tell me you have no ETA for when it'll be back up and don't know why its down. Same story over and over, stock answers and I waste my time trying to find the cause and/or solution. Your blanket answers are insulting to customers.
