    Been a @RogersBiz customer for 11 years. My bill almost tripled because my term finished. Don’t look at my invoices since it’s the exact same amount every month BUT customer relations telling me well too bad you have to pay your bill and not giving a **** is a huge issue for me

    @Rogers @RogersHelps worst customer service experience. We have been without internet in Ottawa since Monday. I work from home and need reliable internet to do my job. Looking forward to switching providers since Rogers isn't up to the task.

    @RogersHelps for the second time in two weeks I'm locked out of my Rogers yahoo email account. Password not recognized. I wind up in an infinite loop and there's no way to conduct a forgot password using a mobile. Is there a system issue? Why is this happening?
