    @Rummblestrips @vote4robgill @Rogers I'm curious what it is you do that no cell service made you lose that many clients in 1 day, when there was still internet service at most co-op spaces, coffee shops etc...

    @RogersHelps @Rogers Rogers doesn’t listen to their customers. They over charged me by $260 for data extras I didn’t even use or authorize. They were only willing to give me a $120 credit. Hopefully the $140 they stole from me was worth it because I am no longer a Rogers customer 🎉

    @Rogers When someone cancels cable service for a deceased family member, please do it right the first time. I don’t enjoy spending hrs calling, holding and being transferred just to say, “please stop billing her. Service was already cancelled, cable box returned and she’s gone.”

    Just had a horrible experience at @Rogers store. I have been a customer for 15 years and have four lines I was treated with absolute disrespect. After the outage this week and the **** show I just experienced, I’m out, moving everything to Bell.

    @RogersHelps It's been 9 days & I'm still out. Tech support line says that the engineering team is working on it but haven't seen any progress afaik. This is utterly ridiculous.

    @cbcgopublic Rogers is still down again 15 hours without anyone at @RogersHelps answering. Building trust is not something Rogers is doing right now.

    @RogersHelps @RogersMediaPR CP24 announced yesterday that ‘outage’ lasted 16hrs. Courtice & Newcastle were 48 plus hrs to be fully restored!

    Hey @Rogers We still haven't heard what you are doing for those non customer affected by the outage. Are we going to be forced into small claims court or do you have a plan?
