Even 4 days later, @RogersHelps data is slow as molasses on a cold day. If we didn’t pay some of, if not the, highest mobile prices in the world, this pill would be much easier to swallow. Absolutely embarrassing. #rogersoutrage #RogersOutage2022

Turn around time to resolve an issue from @RogersBiz - 3 months and still counting. How can your tech team be so poor that you can’t stand up to your own policy and system changes. Replacing IMEIs in the system is taking more than a month. You seriously need good #productmanagers

@Rogers is a horrible company. I switched my services all to @bell and now they want me to pay more than they confirmed to me to close the account. #extortion because if I don’t they will just send it to collections. I will never switch back. I am done with Rogers.
