Both Rogers and Bell made it incredibly complicated. The Rogers rep asked her why. She broke down on the phone (you canโt even cancel in person). Do better, @RogersHelps.

I do have issues with asking people why theyโre canceling their service. If they donโt offer a reason, they shouldnโt be asked. Itโs that simple.
