    @IamLeafAnn @Rogers Ridiculous. When I moved north it was complicated for me to get cable here in my downstairs apartment, I was on the phone for hours. Been a long time customer they owe me a better deal!

    @RogersHelps I have no complaint with the individual who asked the question and was just doing their job. I do have issues with asking people why they’re canceling their service. If they don’t offer a reason, they shouldn’t be asked. It’s that simple.

    My 95 yo mother-in-law is in palliative care. My wife tried to cancel her phone and cable today. Both Rogers and Bell made it incredibly complicated. The Rogers rep asked her why. She broke down on the phone (you can’t even cancel in person). Do better, @RogersHelps.

    @RogersHelps the internet has been terrible over the past few night. I’m unable to study atm because the internet is gone again. On top of that Saturday was awful as I was dealing with customer service for 4 hours and I only received an email today that the issue has been ->

    @Rogers Hi, can someone please explain to me why I have spent well over 10 hours on calls to your company and had multiple reps come to our house to “fix” our Gigabit internet connection. We lag/cut out multiple times each day and we can’t use the internet for normal things
