    @RogersHelps I have no complaint with the individual who asked the question and was just doing their job. I do have issues with asking people why they’re canceling their service. If they don’t offer a reason, they shouldn’t be asked. It’s that simple.

    My 95 yo mother-in-law is in palliative care. My wife tried to cancel her phone and cable today. Both Rogers and Bell made it incredibly complicated. The Rogers rep asked her why. She broke down on the phone (you can’t even cancel in person). Do better, @RogersHelps.

    @cgledhill The very next day in 🇨🇦, we had a major internet / mobile network outage from @RogersHelps and cash …. was king. Maybe my fault for dissing it. #nocoffee

    @IamLeafAnn @Rogers Ridiculous. When I moved north it was complicated for me to get cable here in my downstairs apartment, I was on the phone for hours. Been a long time customer they owe me a better deal!

    It's weird that I have so many problems watching @City_tv on my @rogers cable considering who owns it. I had to switch to watching it on Prime because I had a black screen on my TV. It often cuts out on me. @RogersHelps

    @RogersHelps I'll be watching and all of a sudden it's like the signal cuts out and comes back. This morning the sound was cutting in and out and then everything cut out completely and there was a black screen. It's the only channel that does it. It's been doing it for months now.

    Does anyone else experience messed up, broken, distorted audio on @GlobalTV and @CBS via @Rogers in Toronto? I've had it for weeks now. Rebooting everything doesn"t seem to help and all other stations are fine. I want to enjoy CSI LasVegas.

    @RogersHelps your store people thinks its Stupid and are so oblivious.I agree this is strange but not something that is impossible to occur. I am a big Samsung Fan but this phone seems to be giving me pain in my wrist that I cant ignore.

    @RogersHelps As stated above, tried 3 browsers. And it's certainly not quick when I can't find any information at all. I reiterate: you need a simple network status/outage report webpage that is quick to read and easy to find.
