    @RogersHelps I have no complaint with the individual who asked the question and was just doing their job. I do have issues with asking people why they’re canceling their service. If they don’t offer a reason, they shouldn’t be asked. It’s that simple.

    My 95 yo mother-in-law is in palliative care. My wife tried to cancel her phone and cable today. Both Rogers and Bell made it incredibly complicated. The Rogers rep asked her why. She broke down on the phone (you can’t even cancel in person). Do better, @RogersHelps.

    @IamLeafAnn @Rogers Ridiculous. When I moved north it was complicated for me to get cable here in my downstairs apartment, I was on the phone for hours. Been a long time customer they owe me a better deal!

    @Rogers I was in a call till 5pm & my phone started dying. The Rep told me i was to receive a email. But was not able to get a response or a Email appointment. Help ?

    I would like to use whatever platform I have here to reiterate just how bad @Rogers is. Their service is worse than the Leafs in the playoffs and to talk to someone on the phone its an estimated 90 minute wait. Scum of the earth.

    Worst Customer Service ever! @rogers @RogersHelps How am I on hold now for over 2 hours when it had said the wait time would be about 15 minutes when I called?? Just horrible

    @RogersHelps Today I turn on the free preview channel Wildbrains. As soon as I turn it on there are two drag queens promoting the Kids Help Phone. This is unacceptable on a children's channel and I would like to make a complaint. How and where do I complain?
