    My 95 yo mother-in-law is in palliative care. My wife tried to cancel her phone and cable today. Both Rogers and Bell made it incredibly complicated. The Rogers rep asked her why. She broke down on the phone (you can’t even cancel in person). Do better, @RogersHelps.

    @Rogers I was in a call till 5pm & my phone started dying. The Rep told me i was to receive a email. But was not able to get a response or a Email appointment. Help ?

    @RogersHelps I have no complaint with the individual who asked the question and was just doing their job. I do have issues with asking people why they’re canceling their service. If they don’t offer a reason, they shouldn’t be asked. It’s that simple.

    @cgledhill The very next day in 🇨🇦, we had a major internet / mobile network outage from @RogersHelps and cash …. was king. Maybe my fault for dissing it. #nocoffee

    @IamLeafAnn @Rogers Ridiculous. When I moved north it was complicated for me to get cable here in my downstairs apartment, I was on the phone for hours. Been a long time customer they owe me a better deal!

    @RogersHelps your ignite tv service in Pickering, ON is unwatchable... video freezes, audio cuts out, on demand video exits midway through a show, delays in changing channels. Don't want to hear any more announcements about service being restored until it actually is.

    @RogersHelps I just spent over an hour on hold, spoke to a representative, who said she was transferring me to technical support. Got a message saying that due to high volume, call could not be answered, and it hung up. Still can't watch tv channels...can you please respond!!!

    @RogersHelps Tv and internet are still not working correctly in Holland Landing! 2 days credit is not enough! So far 4 days and services have been nonexistent or not consistent!
