@RogersHelps I have no complaint with the individual who asked the question and was just doing their job. I do have issues with asking people why they’re canceling their service. If they don’t offer a reason, they shouldn’t be asked. It’s that simple.

My 95 yo mother-in-law is in palliative care. My wife tried to cancel her phone and cable today. Both Rogers and Bell made it incredibly complicated. The Rogers rep asked her why. She broke down on the phone (you can’t even cancel in person). Do better, @RogersHelps.

@IamLeafAnn @Rogers Ridiculous. When I moved north it was complicated for me to get cable here in my downstairs apartment, I was on the phone for hours. Been a long time customer they owe me a better deal!

@RogersHelps in Oshawa/Whitby still having issues with Ignite TV. Freezes every 30 seconds, sound cuts out, turns off & is completely unwatchable. Our patience is wearing very thin. I’m sure there are others with the same issues. When will this be resolved?

@RogersHelps My wireless home phone line with Rogers still not in service and our old parents can’t use them to contact their doctor, hospital and pharmacy. Hope to get credit soon to kiss them goodbye. Their machine is broken and they don’t want to replace it. Still Waiting waiting. Rogers🤡
