  • BaySouthpaw Raynard (@BaySouthpaw) reported from Clearview, Ontario

My 95 yo mother-in-law is in palliative care. My wife tried to cancel her phone and cable today. Both Rogers and Bell made it incredibly complicated. The Rogers rep asked her why. She broke down on the phone (you can’t even cancel in person). Do better, @RogersHelps.

  • twjohnson todd wesley johnson (@twjohnson) reported from Collingwood, Ontario

@RogersHelps out in collingwood . Installed new modem, veero devices... same complaint, same shitty service. Please don’t expect a payment.

  • COGIndustries 💧 🍑 🐈 Bowie moonen 💧 🍑 🐈 (@COGIndustries) reported from Clearview, Ontario

@Rogers I was in a call till 5pm & my phone started dying. The Rep told me i was to receive a email. But was not able to get a response or a Email appointment. Help ?

  • Kaceyla73 Kacey 🇨🇦💜👩🏻‍🍳⚾️🚗 (@Kaceyla73) reported from Clearview, Ontario

@IamLeafAnn @Rogers Ridiculous. When I moved north it was complicated for me to get cable here in my downstairs apartment, I was on the phone for hours. Been a long time customer they owe me a better deal!

  • BaySouthpaw Raynard (@BaySouthpaw) reported from Clearview, Ontario

@RogersHelps I have no complaint with the individual who asked the question and was just doing their job. I do have issues with asking people why they’re canceling their service. If they don’t offer a reason, they shouldn’t be asked. It’s that simple.

  • novmbrscorpio Bre (@novmbrscorpio) reported from Springwater, Ontario

@rogers is literal trash my internet has been down all fkn day from an “outage” 🖕

  • doug7300 Doug Measures (@doug7300) reported from Collingwood, Ontario

@Rogers sent me a Text with a Link for an 80.00 CAN reward for being a Loyal customer - sure looks like a phishing attempt. Be careful what you open on your devices. #Hacked ?

  • SlimeySeason Slimeyseasons (@SlimeySeason) reported from Springwater, Ontario

@Bell another mess up in my bill and overcharged again. @Rogers help me!!!!

  • i_thought_not J. D. (@i_thought_not) reported

@RogersHelps What I’m not hearing, or seeing my inbox, is any kind of apology or credit offer for your customers? So you are indicating that the 3 Rogers cellular accounts in my household will NOT be reimbursed in anyway for the day long outage?

  • Nero55241036 Nero (@Nero55241036) reported

@Rogers @ConcernedCana10 Thank God Im on Freedom. But I tell ya, if that merger goes through, I'm going back to Virgin. That will be the last and only choice. Rogers sucks, they've always sucked. They don't give a **** about their customers. They never have. I will never be a Rogers customer again.

  • Westchick33333 WGTA (@Westchick33333) reported

@Rogers @aredlight1 Crediting a day's worth of service doesn't nearly make up for the stress, inconvenience, millions of hours of lost productivity & imperilling access to vaccinations, reaching emergency services & online classrooms. The dollar value of this damage is far higher. #Classactionsuit?

  • LARamsay LA (@LARamsay) reported

@Rogers Will I be charged to the missed delivery of my new device or will that also be erased? @rogers #outage #unacceptable

  • GlobalRaider Tango Mike 🇨🇦 (@GlobalRaider) reported

@RhonaRaskin @Rogers @RogersHelps I switched from Rogers to Telus last year after 18ish-yrs. They all suck except Telus sucks in more areas in BC than the rest.

  • HommerDH Dhommer (@HommerDH) reported

@globebusiness @globeandmail So @Rogers has plenty of money to reimburse their 10,000,000 clients who were out of service for a whole day. Glad they made money, while so many self employed could not conduct their business.

  • Tayyaba4103 Tayyaba (@Tayyaba4103) reported

@Rogers @RogersHelps @tylerse79707296 Yes, the service was down all day. I was very worried.

  • geekymalcolm Geeky Malcolm (@geekymalcolm) reported

@browninfosecguy @Rogers Don't laugh...at a former place of work, one of locations in Lower Sackville had a serious issue with mice chewing on the CAT5 cables. Our vendor replaced at least a dozen lines to the POS terminals, phones, & workstations.

  • amtwiter arun mehta (@amtwiter) reported

@Rogers as someone who has worked on critical IT projects, I have questions for rogers: Did you not adequately test SW before going live? Did you not have a backout plan? Do you not have a DRP in place? Cannot understand who you had major outage if you had all the above.

  • BobGoulais Bob Goulais (@BobGoulais) reported

@Rogers @RogersHelps @Debrich16 Day 13 with next to no internet or TV. Numerous calls, chats, 2 tech visits, now $45 of additional data charges on my cell. But at least Bell has service. #IgniteBundleBust
