    Hey @Bell_Support, you might have a bunch of customers looking to switch to you after @RogersHelps completely **** the bed on our street and are leaving us without service for days.

    I get it, planned interruptions happen to upgrade service. But @RogersHelps did not notify anyone on our street until internet was OUT. And then it's like: oh right, it'll be out until the 20th.

    @IdleNoMoreNadia @RogersHelps I get it…it was hard for me to leave too. Seemed complicated. I finally just went into a store and started asking qs. It should say on your bill what is left to pay for a phone if you got one. And you pay ahead a month for service.

    Hey @RogersHelps, My internet connection has not been consistent the last two weeks. Connection will cut out, only to reconnect a few minutes later. I tried to unplug my modem and router, but I find that to be a temporary fix. Are there any network issues in my area?

    @Rogers what the heck is going on?! The internet has been down yesterday and again today. I can’t believe I’m paying for this 🫠 I can only imagine what my cell bill is going to be this month. I really hope your compensating your customers who are affected by this
