@JonesyGord @Rogers The folks to be mean to are management, who we can't get to. The poor support folks are but cannon fodder. I feel for them, having worked in support!

@RogersHelps so Rogers.... NOTHING tweeted about tonight's outage? So I guess you didn't learn ANYTHING from last year's disaster eh? Theres a reason Im NOT a Rogers customer... But I AM a customer of an ISP that uses your lines and I am NOT HAPPY AT ALL! GET UR **** TOGETHER!

Thanks @Rogers... I have to resort to using the backup DSL connection into my home network tonight because your network is too unreliable and unstable to be able to work remotely properly. These frequent stability issues are starting to get under my skin! #CRTC

@Rogers is a rip off. they overcharge their customers. I will not be renewing another plan with them. I have been a rogers customer for almost 10 years and I have had enough with their expensive plans. It is ridiculous.

@RogersHelps just keeps getting better: here we are again with more problems! Trying to watch tonight’s @Canucks game (maybe Horvat’s last?!) on the @Sportsnet Now app *in* BC, with a subscription, and it says there are “regional restrictions”… while in Vancouver 🤷

@rogers @rogershelps So you’re claiming another cable was cut in Toronto which is what’s causing issues. You’ve used this excuse once already last year during another outage. Time to stop lying. This happens once every few months now. Time to move on. #rogers

@RogersHelps You cannot assist me because you are inept and inherently useless. Get Likewize to send me my phone. Refusing my claim is criminal and making it near impossible to do my job. You are losing me money. By the day. Feel very little need to pay @Rogers anything since they don't help

@rogers can **** themselves. Can spend all this money in sports teams and acquisitions but can't man up when they have a system failure.

@RogersHelps Unless you can help me with the year subscription I paid for sportsnet now service, I don't know what DM conversation would do to help. It has nothing to do with my Rogers account.
