    @RogersHelps You really need to be fessing up and providing honest updates hourly until you get your services back online. Using terms like "some customers" and "intermittent" should not be used to describe a major network wide outage... but nice try.

    @Rogers This is ridiculous. I'm going to be cancelling my plan with your company ASAP. A nation wide outage with minimal communication should not be occurring.

    @Rogers Our whole household has no service. Or data. Been like this for 2 hours. We work from home. What is going on. We spoke with a chat person and they said there is no ongoing problem.
