It's BS i have payment arrangements and been paying them and keep it contact but it's never good enough. I guess being a loyal customer for many years gets you no where so im fed up. @BellMobility is cheaper

Also when there’s a new modem why can’t you advise loyal customers? Can you tell me what is your latest modem model?
