    @RogersHelps, Houses across from me and houses on my side have internet yet I don’t. I called yesterday and a ticket was opened. Today I was told a ticket had to be resubmitted because it might’ve gotten lost. How am I to be confident you’re actually working to fix the problem?

    @RogersHelps Can you guys work on a) updating Anna so she actually takes you to an outage map and B) can take outage reports? The site says to see outages. Anna says oh there’s no outage in the area but no way to actually report one. #gis #anymappingsoftware #lookatutilities

    @soydelsol68 @Rogers @yayvey Rogers (albeit has plundered this with their customers) is having issues distributing internet and cable services due to hydro being out at the main distribution centre fpr your area. If they dont have power to send we cant recieve

    @Rogers @yayvey I've been having issues for three days now. I don't understand how the power outage affect cable . I have a generator and turn it on thinking I would have internet but no. Rogers is down .

    @RogersHelps So how about fixing the Anna bot to say that? Have to give a lot of info to even get that, including power cycling the modem. Rogers lack of communication is terrible.

    @RogersHelps Cmon Rogers, day 3 no service. No communication. We need service for work. Seriously considering taking our 400+ monthly budget and switching to @Bell!!
