@RogersHelps You might have some people believe in that the outage was caused by a maintenance issue. I don't buy it. An outage is like one two hours. This was like 12 hours more. This seems like you got hacked and then you were negotiating the price with the hackers all day.

@DossierCom @Rogers No, in 1995 you had dial-up, this was the 1980s. Also, this happens often, which Cloudflare just experienced a few weeks back and took out a huge chunk of the Internet. Bad firmware that breaks the ability to roll back, requiring manual intervention per router.

@vote4robgill @Rogers Just call them and tell them you're going to cancel so they pass you to retention team . Honestly an outage for this likes of time is unacceptable. Find a better provider

@Troph_ @RogersHelps Service is still crappy, what's the sense in being able to connect if you can't get internet properly.

@AboutRogers @Rogers System update that went bad? Wasn’t that the same reason it went out last April as well? How have you guys not learned from then?

@DossierCom @tim_ottawa @Rogers Any business or individual that cannot go 1 day without internet should not rely on a single service provider. That isn't on Rogers. That is on them for not taking risk management seriously. Every network will fail eventually.
