@RogersHelps Can you tell me if there’s a service disruption in Scarborough? Trying to figure out if it’s on my end or yours.

@calgarygrit Their official policy was to lie. They claimed a compensation package was on offer. When I called @rogers actually tried to pro-rate compensation to the ***HOUR*** service was restored. Their total offer was like $2.95 or something. Pathetic corporation, abominable sector. 🇨🇦❌📱

@RogersHelps Is there refund options for Sportsnet Now? I signed up as an NHL Live customer from last year but your service is horrendous compared to what we had last year. I’ve had the service for less than a week. I’ll look for other options for NHL games this season.

@Rogers your service wouldn’t be bad if your internet’s ping was as good as @bellcanada

@Jyrki21 Ya, I know where the stadium is.. I’ve driven there before (but I’ll be flying this time) And believe me if I could tell @RogersHelps to **** right off and sell the team without knowing I was wasting my breath/time/energy then I would be the loudest one out there chanting “sell”

Disappointing when I call @Rogers to negotiate my service ahead of my anniversary date and an agent has to put me on hold for several minutes to tell me if a price they’ve just quoted me includes tax or not, then when I mention a promotional offer I received by email I’m (1/2)

@RogersHelps I’m on a first name basis with 4 of your technicians for how often they come out to my house, and then my internet has issues a week later.

@RogersHelps Internet was down again this morning, yesterday afternoon, the day before that, last weekend, the weekend before that too. Pretty much 1-3 times a week since the big outage this summer. All due to "maintenance issues" or "outages in your area"... you are laughable.
