Dear @Rogers unfortunately there's been an outage at my bank. You can believe I'm working on this to full capacity and I have no ETA on when you'll receive payment. I'm sorry but you'll have to wait until I get it back up I'm sure you understand.

@RogersHelps I just checked my download speed and it’s at 84 Mbps… prior to the outage My download speed was close to 550 Mbps. Signal is also weak upstairs. When should we get the same speed back?

@RogersHelps It's finally back to normal today with no glitches. That's 6 days you owe me. Nothing wrong with the equipment or lines inside my home. I work in IT, you guys wouldn't be able to fix it. It was related to your system outage. Get ready for the lawsuits.
