    @Rogers I cannot believe how awful not only the last few days has been, but the last 2 months. Your customer service has been atrocious. I was on the phone with you guys over two hours over a $26 over charge that you weren’t going to give me back until I threatened to leave.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers The credit you give should be enough to win back my trust. A $10 credit isn’t enough to make up for the $200+ I missed out on yesterday because of your incompetent service.

    Okaaaay, I can get into orbit, but the answer is no, it keeps dropping if i try to launch anywhere. @startca is doing their best, but they're restricted by being forced to use @Rogers infrastructure. Not sure how it is elsewhere, but #ldnont is still broken.

    @RogersHelps Limited internet service here …., Ignite TV still MIA. I’m sure folks are working hard, but it would still seem that there is a way to go before declaring victory.

    @Rogers @Virgin I would like to know the eta when service will be back up. I'm still down on my cell service. It would of been nice to receive a email about the service outage. Need to do better on your keeping your customers informed.

    @ColinDMello Ignite tv is not right. Picture freezes and sound cuts out every minute. Dozens of tweets from people all over reporting the sane issue. @Rogers doesn’t respond to any tweets. They keep saying everything restored. That’s not true.
