@Rogers I cannot believe how awful not only the last few days has been, but the last 2 months. Your customer service has been atrocious. I was on the phone with you guys over two hours over a $26 over charge that you weren’t going to give me back until I threatened to leave.

@RogersHelps @Rogers The credit you give should be enough to win back my trust. A $10 credit isn’t enough to make up for the $200+ I missed out on yesterday because of your incompetent service.

@RogersHelps when do we get our internet back in Toronto. Give us SOME info. You will get less hassles if you give us an estimate of how long we are without service. Come on. This is basic customer service 101.

@RogersHelps your service sucks, so unreliable. But hey, keep increasing the cost for all these great products. Guess I’m getting to save $0.94 today for the service interruption on my next bill?? Yay.

@DobberHockey @Rogers Left the big companies for my cell phones a year ago. Never been happier. $38 dollars = 2 phones + unlimited calling + voicemail + 25 GB data each

@RogersHelps Bell fibre has way more than 30 mbps... Perhaps upgrade your infrastructure quicker. No issues with quality service with them.

@RogersHelps In the middle of the night. A page most of your clients don't know about, unless they open an incident. Conclusion of last disaster was that you will be more proactive. Was not the case.

@MeanmuthaC @RogersHelps Yep. That was my point. I can understand an issue, but no communication is bad. I already had a neighbor knocking at my door asking if I can troubleshoot his connection 🤔
