@Rogers I cannot believe how awful not only the last few days has been, but the last 2 months. Your customer service has been atrocious. I was on the phone with you guys over two hours over a $26 over charge that you weren’t going to give me back until I threatened to leave.

@AldrenDaKeer @Rogers @RogersHelps Only thing I can say is ask them to cut your bill in half. Point at your data stream and say I pay for and use both up and down stream - they can look at your bandwidth usage history. Packet loss is a problem. It’s impacting your business so it should impact theirs too.

@LeadinLP @Rogers @RogersHelps Yep, that's the issue i'm running into. Depending on who I talk to, they may or may not find an issue with my areas trunk. Those that do see an issue take it seriously since its a main line issue but the onsite techs don't care when one ping comes back fine
