    @RogersHelps I’m having a bit of an issue; I exchanged a flex channel last night, but the channel I replaced it with is not showing in my guide (under free to me) and the channel that got replaced is still showing. If I go to the channel directly, it’s authorized

    @RogersHelps service issues on home internet the last few days. Randomly lose connection, ignite tv stops along with everything else for minutes at a time
