    @Rogers I cannot believe how awful not only the last few days has been, but the last 2 months. Your customer service has been atrocious. I was on the phone with you guys over two hours over a $26 over charge that you weren’t going to give me back until I threatened to leave.

    @RogersBiz @RogersHelps ROGERS SCAM! Got hooked up with rogers internet by an agent. Never mentioned about the contract & found out that there is verbal contract. Never signed a thing. Jobs are on stake due to poor internet connection & we cant explore options. What a shame!

    @RogersBiz @RogersHelps Going back and forth with the customer service to get it sorted still no resolution. Price is cheap but still we need service. Technicians aren’t able to fix it. Person who sold us the plan is not responding well. Gotta call her with different numbers.

    @RogersHelps The issue is that I was “guaranteed” something that is no longer available for no cost as I was promised. I have spoken to a rep today who told me that this changed last September and that there was nothing he could do. Can I get my free pod? That’s what I’m interested in.
