@Rogers I cannot believe how awful not only the last few days has been, but the last 2 months. Your customer service has been atrocious. I was on the phone with you guys over two hours over a $26 over charge that you weren’t going to give me back until I threatened to leave.

@RogersHelps @Rogers The credit you give should be enough to win back my trust. A $10 credit isn’t enough to make up for the $200+ I missed out on yesterday because of your incompetent service.

Plus @BestBuy gave me $250 in gift cards ($50 per device) for making the transfer. Thank you, Brad. Thank you @rogers. And @Bell_Support, you just lost a longtime loyal customer due to your business decisions and uninformed staff.

@CCTS_CPRST @Rogers At live chat at @Rogers two departments have shuttled my concerns and requests seven times, each insisting only the other could fix the problem. That's over nearly four hours. Also waited hours on the phone for an agent who was kind but so far unable to help.

@RogersHelps I don’t even know what DM stands for. But it is so disappointing that I received a message from Rogers stating the issue was solved Wednesday. Without worrying about internet connection for 2 days, the internet is gone again. I am tired of calling the tech support….

@Rogers You cancelled someone's 25-year-old home phone service, including 911 access without notice, in contravention of the 14-day notice requirement. @CCTS_CPRST

@RogersHelps @Rogers I spent 3 hours on hold and then another 2 hours with multiple reps to finally tell me they have a technical issue and cant see the offer I was given by the first rep. I called to make a change to my plan. I was told to call back in a day or two. ?????!

@Captain_Shot72 @RogersHelps Wouldn't it be nice if we actually got the level of service we actually pay for? Almost $400 a month to sit on hold for 20 minutes, and deal with a foreign call center. This is getting outrageous. If I got platinum service, I wouldn't ***** about the bill.

Is it me or the wait time to speak to someone at @Rogers is ridiculous. How do we start holding them accountable for poor service?
