@Rogers I cannot believe how awful not only the last few days has been, but the last 2 months. Your customer service has been atrocious. I was on the phone with you guys over two hours over a $26 over charge that you weren’t going to give me back until I threatened to leave.

@RogersHelps @Rogers The credit you give should be enough to win back my trust. A $10 credit isn’t enough to make up for the $200+ I missed out on yesterday because of your incompetent service.

@RogersHelps No "special technical thing for the disabled" can FIX Alex's brain. Alex also then added "You NEED to work WITH us"! What a JERK! He has NO CALL BACK NUMBER, and expects disabled people to wait ON HOLD FOR AN HOUR just to say "Yes that's OK". Abusive!

@RogersHelps I lost internet access because of a pending work order. They couldn't cancel the work order to troubleshoot my service loss (service address needs to be updated). I was told it will expire by Monday or Tuesday. Horrible process. DM me if you want exact details and can help...

@RogersHelps Can you please correct the issue with the Golf Channel feed? The description says it's the Open Championship but I am seeing an instructional show. This is crucial to fix as it's the final major of the year.

@RogersHelps How long should I stay on hold for? I’m at 1.75 hours now. Just help me please.

@RogersHelps No. I told the CCTS exactly what I'm going through in a detailed email, and not just as a disabled person. And this stupid platform "X" does not allow more than a few characters of text in which to describe this hell Rogers puts me though, of course.
