@Rogers I cannot believe how awful not only the last few days has been, but the last 2 months. Your customer service has been atrocious. I was on the phone with you guys over two hours over a $26 over charge that you weren’t going to give me back until I threatened to leave.

@RogersHelps @Rogers The credit you give should be enough to win back my trust. A $10 credit isn’t enough to make up for the $200+ I missed out on yesterday because of your incompetent service.

@RogersHelps any ETA of when service will be restored at K4M (Manotick, Ottawa). We've been without service since last Saturday. Situation is getting complicated because we rely on the internet to be able to work,

@RogersHelps I've gotta tell you, the lack of transparency re: repairs and eta on service restoration has hamstrung my ability to make a plan to find alternative ways for me to WFH and I hold you fully accountable for the stress this causes both myself and my employer

@RogersHelps I know you can only pass on the info you are given, but it's the quality of that info that is frustrating. As more areas get power restored (Ottawa) internet access is still not available. Is the delay because of lack of power, damage to physical infrastructure ....?

@RogersHelps This is getting ridiculous. You better pay for all the data everyone has been using. I understand it was a power outage but we pay big money for your crappy service. Everyone has ask you guys when it will be fixed and a game plan. You guys keep saying thank you for your patience.

@RogersHelps Rogers is a company that progressively gets abusive when they know you cant fight back. My contract is expired, phone is a broken iphone 10, ive paid 800$ since january and they have hurt my credit so bad i cant go to another provider. Truly evil company.

Poor communication from @RogersHelps to residents of Ottawa is a result of being part of a protected oligopoly. Their merger with Shaw should not be supported @anitavandenbeld
