@RogersHelps @Rogers The credit you give should be enough to win back my trust. A $10 credit isn’t enough to make up for the $200+ I missed out on yesterday because of your incompetent service.

@Rogers I cannot believe how awful not only the last few days has been, but the last 2 months. Your customer service has been atrocious. I was on the phone with you guys over two hours over a $26 over charge that you weren’t going to give me back until I threatened to leave.

@AboutRogers @Rogers Give us the credit, then up the cost of service to cover the cost of ‘improving’ the network. That’s a great bit, we haven’t heard that one before.

@CheriDiNovo @Rogers We were without services for 3 months this year, because our service provider refused to repair old lines that went down during a storm. We were forced to wait until the planned switch from copper to fibre this summer. CRTC did nothing.

@maVAuHaSepAbu21 @RogersHelps @Rogers How did companies loose money? Cash and credit was still available, also remember the blackout of 2003 no one complained then and business couldn't even open. Stop trolling

@RogersHelps What about the millions of non-Rogers customers who can't get anything done because of point of sale issues, etc? The millions of vendors and small businesses incurring huge credit card service fees from @Visa and @Mastercard because their customers may not have cash?

@CityNewsKIT It's time to dismantle the monopoly. Thankfully I'm with Bell so my service weren't disrupted. Unfortunately with debit machines being down it disrupted the majority. How is @Rogers going to compensate us?
