@Rogers I cannot believe how awful not only the last few days has been, but the last 2 months. Your customer service has been atrocious. I was on the phone with you guys over two hours over a $26 over charge that you weren’t going to give me back until I threatened to leave.

  • PaulCarriere77 Pauly C (@PaulCarriere77) reported from Laird, Ontario

@RogersHelps @Rogers The credit you give should be enough to win back my trust. A $10 credit isn’t enough to make up for the $200+ I missed out on yesterday because of your incompetent service.

@jamie5121 @RogersHelps Here, let me help: in·ter·mit·tent /ˌin(t)ərˈmitnt/ adjective occurring at irregular intervals; not continuous or steady.

  • menaxgbc willian (@menaxgbc) reported

@KittyGas @RogersHelps I also have similar issue contacting support but nothing changed until my cousin recommend swiftool on Instagram to me. They are legit

  • TechCarlo Carlos Aparicio (@TechCarlo) reported

@Rogers @aredlight1 You would figure that after more that 10 hours of dealing with cellular service outage. Any reputable & responsible organization would have had sufficient time to communicate some sort messaging to its client base of what, when and why? Seems to be pretty basic ask #rogersoutage

  • MikeEx80 Mike (@MikeEx80) reported

I wonder how long this @Rogers nation wide outage is going to last, and if Rogers customers will be reimbursed/credited during these hours lost? I want use of my cell phone back!

  • vote4robgill Rob Gill (@vote4robgill) reported

@Rogers @cdnkid72 Saying the issue is "intermittent" or "only for some subscribers" is false and you know this. Stop gaslighting your customers! Rogers is down NATIONWIDE right now, acknowledge it.

  • alpinetechguy Geoff Linn (@alpinetechguy) reported

@Robinsonpam13 @RogersHelps I’m sorry that you are so angry about this, Pam. But please don’t talk as if I don’t know… Remember, my wife lost her job last May and never found a new one until March of this year.
