@Rogers I cannot believe how awful not only the last few days has been, but the last 2 months. Your customer service has been atrocious. I was on the phone with you guys over two hours over a $26 over charge that you weren’t going to give me back until I threatened to leave.

@RogersHelps @Rogers The credit you give should be enough to win back my trust. A $10 credit isn’t enough to make up for the $200+ I missed out on yesterday because of your incompetent service.

@blogTO a lot of us no longer have land lines. Many need phones for work. Will @rogers & #Fido give customers a credit since the outage isn't just an hour or so. It's been ongoing since early this A.M.

Reason 42 why two-factor authentication via text message sucks: When the @Rogers cell network goes down for hours, good luck getting into anything that requires a texted verification code.

@RogersHelps @aredlight1 @Lynaa____ What’s the issue that happen though? Why are you not putting a message for everyone to see? Will a automatic credit be applied to everyone impacted? Or do you prefer ppl clog up the lines?
