Pauly C (@PaulCarriere77) reported from Laird, Ontario@RogersHelps @Rogers The credit you give should be enough to win back my trust. A $10 credit isn’t enough to make up for the $200+ I missed out on yesterday because of your incompetent service.

Pauly C (@PaulCarriere77) reported from Echo River, Ontario@Rogers I cannot believe how awful not only the last few days has been, but the last 2 months. Your customer service has been atrocious. I was on the phone with you guys over two hours over a $26 over charge that you weren’t going to give me back until I threatened to leave.

Alex Killby (@alexkillby) reportedNot sure what @Rogers Bank execs are thinking. November changes to their credit card products remove 99% of the incentive they have provided to date to stay with Rogers telecom services. I will certainly be switching credit card AND telecom services once these changes take effect and as service contracts expire. There are more affordable providers with better service and without the financial incentive provided by the credit card there are no more reasons to stick to their mix.

Cristina Aiello (@caiello2) reported@RogersHelps I got through to a tech after 1 hr & 15 min, was told known outage in area from Aug 17 at 3 pm till tomorrow Aug 18 at 6 pm. Tech didn’t bother to offer any help or investigation noting my history. Tech should be invested in customer service.

Ronnie Turner (@TookARonTurn) reported@treverleblond @RealDonBradshaw @Rogers Isn’t it wild? Terrible takes and constant negativity. You know how the adage, “It’s like a car crash — it’s awful, but you can’t look away.” That’s how I feel with bozo here. I couldn’t imagine having to have a dinner or spend some time in-person with him.

Didem (@keskindidem) reportedI’ve spent weeks trying to resolve billing issues caused after moving from Toronto to Montreal, where you couldn’t provide service. I’m being charged fees I was told would be removed, and my payment arrangement was changed without my consent. How is this acceptable? @Rogers

NoTimeToWaste (@NotMuchTime2Go) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Hmmm, what happened to all the "we're CANADIAN" patriotic bullshit? Oh, I guess 100% Canadian just means 'we're not using American products ' You do realize we live in a very very sick country. Oh, and "diversity is out strength " one of the absolutely stupidest slogans stupid people ever fell for. Utterly absolutely stupid.
