@RogersHelps @Rogers The credit you give should be enough to win back my trust. A $10 credit isn’t enough to make up for the $200+ I missed out on yesterday because of your incompetent service.

Pauly C (@PaulCarriere77) reported from Echo River, Ontario
@Rogers I cannot believe how awful not only the last few days has been, but the last 2 months. Your customer service has been atrocious. I was on the phone with you guys over two hours over a $26 over charge that you weren’t going to give me back until I threatened to leave.

@kabalguy @RogersHelps Hey stupid, some of us actually use our phones for work purposes. Its not all about “going for a walk” did you go for a walk? Located your brain yet? You still have time to be smart.

@Rogers @RogersHelps it’s been 13 hours since I’ve lost service at a round 1:30am . This is unacceptable four large corporation like Rogers. I am paying over $130 a month and I don’t expect for that price service should be down.

@dextweets1 @RogersHelps @Rogers Also, don't try doing it from any kind of device that isn't allowing the booking site access to your location data...Rexall's booking service won't load any options if it can't figure out where you are...

So, @Rogers, you cats are really running with the 14+ hour outage then? Wild choice.

Sara (@starkinly) reported
@CoreyDixon33 @RogersHelps They never give compensation, even if you call ask them once service is restored. “We apologize for the inconvenience” is all they ever say but have no issue sending a text “remember to give us your money” 1 week before payment is even due.

@ajjohnson582 @RogersHelps Been with telus for 7 years and never had any issues. Sadly we don't have many options for internet and cable (bell is definitely no better), but for mobile, Telus is a really great option!
