    @Rogers I cannot believe how awful not only the last few days has been, but the last 2 months. Your customer service has been atrocious. I was on the phone with you guys over two hours over a $26 over charge that you weren’t going to give me back until I threatened to leave.

    @RogersHelps @Rogers The credit you give should be enough to win back my trust. A $10 credit isn’t enough to make up for the $200+ I missed out on yesterday because of your incompetent service.

    @girlwithnoname @Rogers I’ve been with Roger’s for over 40 years and I’m cancelling all my services in a few weeks. I use to like their services and customer service but the customer service has gone down, mostly if you need help with payments and the prices keep going up.

    @StockSniperDrew @Rogers The call always disconnects when the call gets hard in India. Also - no one seems to think it's an issue that the PHONE COMPANY can't keep the call connected. We have grown weak as consumers.

    @Jim_Bowie @Rogers I feel you! I spent 5.5 hrs with @Rogers to transfer line from corp to personal. A txn that should take 15 mins. Then another 2.5 hours on a call back to fix ab error from that initial call. On that 2nd call, I lost the initial pkg I was offered for a lesser but more $$ one.

    45 minutes count down timer stopped still on hold no agent @Rogers has no support?

    122 minutes on the phone waiting for @Rogers technical service and the call on their end disconnects. Wait another 1 hour on the line call disconnects a second time on their end. Now currently at 37 minutes.. worst customer service in the industry hands down

    @RogersHelps That is the issue @rogershelp … I have contacted them and they keep passing me off to some other dept… & I don’t get anywhere and have to keep waiting in queues… have wasted many hours I can’t get back an just want the issue fixed! I know they can change channels for me but…

    @RogersHelps Hi - I recall it happening another time when I was watching a game this year. I remember it was a Detroit game but can't recall date specifics. The game coverage ends prematurely and goes back to the menu screen. Very frustrating as I'm paying for this service.

    @Rogers 1 hour 25 mins waiting for customer service as when I upgraded my phone the store wouldn’t return my old phone for me said they will send me a kit in the mail one month later still hasn’t come. I am not paying for that phone been on hold. This company is disgusting
