@RogersHelps this is getting rrrreally tiring... we just had a technician here 2 weeks ago who fixed things that he said another tech should’ve done properly in ignite install.. now the wifi’s cut out twice in two days and the ignite signal is frequently freezing and stalling

@Rogers #smarthomemonitoring I called on Friday to have smart home monitor services. Got it installed today (Monday) morning. The tech who came left my house messy and done a very sloppy job. After finishing my own day job called in to Rogers services to launch complaint 1/6

@RogersHelps hey stop sending service updates that my internet is fixed when its clearly not. This is a second msg for a second complaint. Dont get our hopes up, paying $45 for 5GB phone data is so much fun.
