@RogersHelps this is getting rrrreally tiring... we just had a technician here 2 weeks ago who fixed things that he said another tech should’ve done properly in ignite install.. now the wifi’s cut out twice in two days and the ignite signal is frequently freezing and stalling

So the @Rogers network is down (calls and sms). We are trying to turn on WiFi calling, however that needs a SMS verification code ... and since network services are down ... well.

@rogers still down, this has never happened in the 14 years I’ve been with Rogers something big must have gone wrong. No cell service ,no data, nothing .. not even wifi calling .. basically bricked all phones

Wow not the @RogersHelps I worked for. Zero communication hours after a critical outage.... we would have issued multiple updates by now. Not even executive comment... wow. After 20+ years I'm with Bell AND have service.
