Patola EsHOEbar (@PabloEsHOEbar) reportedI better get a ******* refund on my internet bill. I’ve had no internet connection since this morning. Your ****-*** AI support hasn’t helped with anything. It has only added to my frustration. I wasn’t able to WFH today because of this @Rogers

Wijaya Navaratnam (@wnavaratnam) reported@RogersHelps I was on-call for one hr. When tech came on, he said Rogers is having technical problems accessing customer account info. This is unacceptable. I don't have time to call again, wait in queue for another one hr and get the same message "we're having technical problems"!
-
これは何の意味もありません (@TRSbizarro) reported@RogersHelps @towerguymatt Why? YOU should know when YOUR service is down. It should NOT be on the customer to notify YOU about YOUR OWN BUSINESS!!! The level of laziness within this industry is embarrassing to the human race.
-
Gayle Charach (@gcharach) reported@RogersHelps There was nothing on the website other than the time it went down - which was completely inaccurate too. That's the point I am trying to make to drive home. Your customer "service" is terrible.
