@RogersHelps this is getting rrrreally tiring... we just had a technician here 2 weeks ago who fixed things that he said another tech should’ve done properly in ignite install.. now the wifi’s cut out twice in two days and the ignite signal is frequently freezing and stalling

@RogersHelps 🙄😤 Why should I have to try a third method of communication?! Ever heard of customer service? Get some better service so the wait isn’t a million years on the phone and stop sending people to your site if your site doesn’t work and then say to chat on Twitter bc of it! 😡

@RogersHelps Very rude behavior by Rogers Tech support, I spend almost 7 hrs with them yesterday & they screwd up my Mesh Network. Now when asking why Rogers made changes to Modem which impacted my whole network, instead of answering agent was too rude. Mistake moving 2 Rogers

@startca @Rogers Used most of my "internet down" time to do work on the house, but I needed to do some 'actual' work. So I tried my local Tims (coffee house). Their debit was down, and if you don't buy something ya can't stay. I, like most people, don't carry cash. I also don't use 3rd party apps

The last 4 days have been....something. My internet went out at ~8PM on Thursday. Told it was a downstream issue by @startca but that @Rogers could fix it quick or have someone out no later than the 3rd. Recorded our hour long show that night and thought nothing of it.
