  • RoughChopOttawa Sarp Kizir (@RoughChopOttawa) reported from Ottawa, Ontario

I’m on the verge of a nervous breakdown ever since I called @Rogers & ended up with them fighting and gaslighting me about my overage charges which have been inflated to $990 without my consent or authority. Was one of the worst phone experiences I’ve ever lived through.

  • brukneck Brukneck aka Don (@brukneck) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps 25 brownspring Rd. I'm sure you can see the history. Everything is connected and "working" to the modem but clearly outside connection is down. 4162923458 is home number

  • albuckle Ashley B (@albuckle) reported from Corner Brook, Newfoundland and Labrador

Our @RogersHelps internet and home phone seem to be down. Cable still working. #nlwx #dorian

  • pelicanseal George James (@pelicanseal) reported from Toronto, Ontario

So now @Rogers @RogersHelps is making more excuses on why cell phone charges are getting worse. The only they’re igniting is crappy customer service

  • joe_lafortune Joe LaFortune (@joe_lafortune) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@RogersHelps Yes, and very frequently, every few seconds, like the signal is coming from Jupiter or something

  • JimBabbage Jim Babbage (@JimBabbage) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@redcrew @Rogers The other evil empire. Bell. Sick and tired of sub par customer service from Rogers, but I’m under no illusions things will be that much better with Bell. But for now at least, my connections will be faster.

  • logitechor John Loewen (@logitechor) reported from Leeds and the Thousand Islands, Ontario

@androidcentral @gbhil @Xplornet is our only option for home internet. 200 bucks for 200g. For cellular I had to buy a 300 booster just to get spotty service. It doesn't matter if it is @Rogers @bell @fido. All need the booster. @FreedomMobile told me I needed to switch carriers - no signal here.
