    @RogersHelps power out eastern ontario. trying to use cell phone & cellular data. Hard to get pages to load or refresh. Slow. fluctuating changes to LTE, 5G and 3G. Bad service and I’m stationary in my home

    @RogersHelps Taking more than 6hrs to revert the changes? Didn’t do backup of previous configurations on systems? Bad IT practice.

    Hey @Rogers I watched a young man get struck by a vehicle today in Newmarket. 5 people at the scene, guess what? Nobody could call 911. I could thankfully because I dropped you and switched to @Bell imagine I hadn't? What a garbage company. #thisisatruestory

    @RogersHelps Has the lower mainland been fixed yet. A greater concern is how is it possible that the whole country was affected. You have a major problem with your network and you have demonstrated how vulnerable your network is. If properly designed this should never happen.
