    @RogersHelps I called ur CS# multiple times, only be told that there is a high call volume and have the phone hung up, and the live chat repeatedly directs me in a circle without any resolution. The least I would expect is some sort of notice that the internet in my area is out

    @Ryhannah91 @RogersHelps Same in Kitchener. And @Rogers doesn’t acknowledge there’s a problem. How can a communications giant like Rogers not know that hundreds of thousands of clients are without service?!!

    @RogersHelps @Rogers Its understandable with severe weather there can be problems, but your lack of communication with customers is completely unacceptable. I get better info and support from Toronto Hydro and that bill is a fraction of my Rogers monthly.

    I'm not sure what's going on in L4H area since yesterday's #ONStorm no power over 18hrs @alectranews & @RogersHelps cell outage. No real updates from both companies. They simply don't have a backup plan!
