@RogersHelps power out eastern ontario. trying to use cell phone & cellular data. Hard to get pages to load or refresh. Slow. fluctuating changes to LTE, 5G and 3G. Bad service and I’m stationary in my home

@KrainTrain @RogersHelps @CaptainAdam99 Rogers said cause was an Ericsson update, at least we have that now. I can see that breaking things, but having no redundancy or roll-back in place to ensure it doesn't take down their entire network is scary.

@Sweetsherene1 @AboutRogers @Rogers lol You're not going to pay for a whole months worth of service because you had none for ONE day. Take your bill, divide it by 30(avg days in a month). That's really the most you'll be able to try and fight for. Then again, its Rogers. They're looking for ways to bill us for this
