    @Rogers I am now 24 hours without any internet. Work from home with deadlines I cannot meet. Technician didn’t show up because missed call. You texted my mothers cell for technician updates when I gave you my cell. Never showed even though it’s for a cut line outside.

    @Rogers Hi! It's SUPER annoying that I have to call - and wait for AGES on hold - to cancel a line. Should be able to do that online. I know you want to save customers - build that into your online tool. This huge time waste really negatively impacts my opinion of Rogers! Thanks!

    I would really love some help @RogersHelps. Last time we spoke I was led to believe this issue was on my end but it can't be. I have no data traffic right now, two computers posting the same results and it happens across multiple different testing sites. "Up to 30UP" :/

    @Rogers I just wanted to say that your website is TOTALLY unusable 99% of the time. As a customer I want a service provider that has a functional website. I can make my own changes on my schedule. Please do better and fix your website!
