    So officially 24 hours now we have had no internet service via @Rogers. They wont provide an update, answer dms and the phones lines are packed. Maybe post a little update lads?

    @RogersHelps power out eastern ontario. trying to use cell phone & cellular data. Hard to get pages to load or refresh. Slow. fluctuating changes to LTE, 5G and 3G. Bad service and I’m stationary in my home

    @RogersHelps Having issues with Internet in Embrun Ontario. Counties of Prescott-Russell south of Ottawa. Form time about 20 min. Unplugged Rogers Ignite Router. Flashing Yellow

    @EveUnleashed @Rogers Happened to me. Card was changed and we forgot to update it. Bill wasn’t being paid FOR MONTHS and no “hey what’s going on?” from them. My service was just completely cut off one day

    @rogershelps our internet is down. Again. This is the THIRD TIME in less than two weeks we have lost our internet. My husband and son both work from home. It’s unacceptable.

    The absolute worst day to lose connection from @Rogers . Internet was down & had to stream NFL draft using data. UNACCEPTABLE. Will be switching to Bell on Monday. Very disappointed with Rogers

    On hold with @RogersHelps after 90 mins and still getting horrible service. I’d advise anyone to go to the other guys. This is ain’t good service

    @RogersHelps "regrettably" suggests that this issue is something you will rectify in the future. Yet, your cleaning of transaction history from the web app is really just a ploy to generate an admin fee on MY personal service data that SHOULD be free.

    @RogersHelps why does your service suck...and so expensive. There should be a system where my bill goes down for every minute where I don't get service. I'd have no bill at this rate! #Rogers
