@RogersHelps My PVR keeps stopping, message is: 'Sorry, we ran into a problem' This recording isn't available right now. Please try again later' This is happening repeatedly (as in multiple times/day). Defeats the purpose of having a PVR if you can't count on seeing the program.

Has @Rogers told you that to access your older bills (18Month+) they need to charge you a $20 per month Bill Reprint Charge? After speaking to the privacy commissioner's office they need to provide digital copies at little or no cost but customer service is unaware of that.
