@RogersHelps power out eastern ontario. trying to use cell phone & cellular data. Hard to get pages to load or refresh. Slow. fluctuating changes to LTE, 5G and 3G. Bad service and I’m stationary in my home

This week I my points total up to 16,628 and somehow my total was 10,163.

@RogersHelps I can't deal with explaining to your techs the problem and its history for the 20th time. They should know all the facts. I don't want them in my house again; the problem isn't there. It's like you wipe your tech's memories everytime you send them out. It's a waste of my time.

Lost my internet connection again. 11 months and Rogers still can't fix it. If you live in an area with old Rogers infrastructure, go with a different company. I've given up on their useless support, where they send a tech who knows nothing of the ongoing problem @RogersHelps

WTGF. When will the @CRTC NOT the CCTS help consumers with the unruly, unreliable, and disorganized Internet companies. Now @Rogers is telling me I can't monitor my rocket hub account for overages. I've spent too long on two calls to customer service. This can't be right!
