@RogersHelps incredible, no help. They haven’t even tried a new modem which is at the root of the issue. Just gotta keep waiting! Haven’t had proper internet since November, yet I’m expected to pay my bill.

Just to clarify, @Rogers has the WORST customer service. I've spent three days trying to get a new phone and gotten little to no compensation for their systems messing everything up and wasting my time. 🙃
