@RogersHelps power out eastern ontario. trying to use cell phone & cellular data. Hard to get pages to load or refresh. Slow. fluctuating changes to LTE, 5G and 3G. Bad service and I’m stationary in my home

@RogersHelps I’ve been trying to cancel my internet for 2 days now (constantly on hold). And with it being so difficult to do since you don’t allow any other option to cancel, but through a phone call. I cannot wait until I’m no longer a customer.

What's really frustrating @RogersHelps is that Anna said there were no outages but when I finally got through on live chat they indicated there is a known issue since late last night. Why doesn't Anna have this information?? It should be much easier to see if there is an outage.
