@RogersHelps How does @Rogers @RogersHelps think that there was only an isolated issue in Brantford?? All one has to do is Google “Rogers Internet Down” and multiple sites are reporting hundreds of outages in southern Ontario, including Waterloo! So frustrating.

Horrendous service @RogersHelps, 2+ weeks of intermittent outages, followed by technicians "resolving the issue" yesterday, followed by a complete outage over the last 12 hours. Frustrating and frankly embarrassing when trying to work from home.
