    @RogersHelps It happened 3 times, consecutively, and is on par with the service I've received from your company so far. I will not be pursuing any more "support" from your company. Please pick up the modem at your earliest convenience. Contact my scheduling department for details.

    @RogersHelps Never switch to this @RogersHelps @Rogers company. First they’ll missell you products, will give you false commitments/offers, then the rate’s gets increased out of no where, and then the customer support team will back this misselling.

    And very interesting part is #Rogers website is amongst those which I can't access with my internet. I just landed in a month ago and put trust on you, but the fruit of my trust says something bad. Please solve this issue ASAP. @RogersHelps

    @RogersHelps Yeah, that's a lie. We were literally on the phone 2 days ago for 2 hours, and then you told me a manager would call me back, and they never did. Hard to believe you would call this customer service. Literally waited at the office, because I was told I needed to be near the modem

    Hey @NHLTVSupport, @Rogers and @RogersHelps, the NHL app updated on numerous devices today and now I can't sign in. My credentials aren't recognized. Can you fix this? Been using the NHL app since 2019.

    @RogersHelps The issue was clearly there. It's been an issue for at least 12 years. It's been discussed time and again on Flames message boards. It elicited Rogers to send Roger Millions out to defend Sportscrap and say it was b/c of Shaw and those stupid ads superimposed on the glass.

    This might be a pretty first world problem, but I don't think @Rogers should take more than a week to get back to business customers about the installation they failed to finish. Hoping someday my team members might be able to work in our workspace if they choose to. #rogers
