@Rogers $12 off my bill for the outage is pathetic. My moms lifeline runs off the service, and not being able to be reached by her or her caregivers imposed serious issues. Better believe I’ll be changing phone companies as soon as I can.

@Rogers I have a Rogers World Elite Mastercard. Can someone help with completing a extended warranty claim? There is no documentation on this onine, and when submitting a claim under Allianz - it doesnt recognize Rogers as the issuing Bank.

@Rogers There is internet outage in North Etobicoke area. I talked to customer care asking for more phone data so that I can use hotspot until you fix the internet outage. Your customer service didn’t not give me extra data and rather told me to upgrade my plan and pay more.
