    @RogersHelps any internet/wifi issues around Adele Cres in Oshawa? My wifi keeps cutting in an out all night. Have unplugged and rebooted the modem 4 times now inckuding the coax cable. Have run a diagnostic through Echo device and came back as wifi signal cutting in and out

    @Rogers literally contacting them to cancel my services later today as soon as I can ensure I have another provider lined up to replace the service, as I am working from home.

    Another update: My tree was removed as part of work for @Rogers, and it was their responsibility to notify me. I've been a rogers customer since I was 16 years old (Im 31!) and am not surprised they failed to do their due diligence to notify me.

    I am currently on hold with @Rogers at the moment as my Internet has cut out three times in the last hour and I have now twice heard that all their CSR’s are “Canadian based”. I’m guessing thats a shot at @Bell who has a lot of their agents outside of Canada.

    I don't know what I am more sick of, the bad takes about @JimmyG_10 and the #49ers loss or @Rogers increasing prices on telecom services at their will, for no good reason, with only providing worse, and worse service. #RogersSucks

    @RogersHelps Hey Rogers, I just had one of your employees going door to door trying to hard sell me internet services. In a pandemic. Where I have small babies (they woke up) and elderly parents.. Maybe save the door to door stuff until restrictions are lifted? Or just never.

    On two occasions, on separate days, I checked Roger's web page and our postal code was listed as a problem area. I’ve been in contact with Matthew a very pleasant Rogers representative who was nothing but terrific. Unfortunately, he told me @rogers cannot search PAST issues.
