@Rogers you had an Ontario 48 hours outage a couple of months ago. Since then, we’ve had no cable in our family room. After a cable box change, countless calls, countless waiting on line, multiple technicians…WE STILL HAVE NO CABLE!! WHAT AM I PAYING FOR!? WHAT?!?!🙄

@RogersHelps hi, I'm having trouble with my internet cable signal. I've tried plugging out the modem for a bit and even factory resetting it, but no dice. nothing with my coax cables has changed or anything so I'm kinda stumped. pls help thx

@Rogers Service out AGAIN! Rogers is clearly NOT meeting its Service Level Agreements to consumers. In this day and age of dependance on digital comma it is unacceptable to have service interruption like this. Imagine if our water inexplicably stopped … CRTC Pls intervene.

@RogersHelps Urghh. Cannot enjoy tv because of rogers ignite. It is 4ever stalling out and freezing. Impossible to watch anything. I need to cancel cable. It does not work!

@RogersHelps I should also mention that I am a long time customer with a wireless plan and cable. I was arranging 2 additional lines as pay go for family members.
