Jack Carlow (@jackcarlow11) reported@Rogers @ShawDirect you guys are a disgrace. Back to back years in the Open Championship you can’t put the golf on in Canada. Embarrassing. This is not what golf fans deserve after what they pay for. Please fix

Canadian Rositta 🇨🇦 (@wheresrosinow) reported@Rogers after daily phone calls since July 2,numerous tech visits the problem is still active. Internet cuts in and out yet your monthly bill manages to arrive. I'm at wits end ready to throw everything in the trash & call Bell.

Sharon Gregson (@sharongregson) reportedNo I am not a @Rogers customer and the last dozen times your staff called I asked to be taken off your call list. Why do I have to track down the number to call and wait on hold and be transferred to five people just to ask you not to call me every week? #Rogers

J.C. (@jcgamache2001) reported@RogersHelps 1hr 40min, this is not normal. Terrible customer service.

John Tucci (@john_tucci) reported@RogersHelps I’m still on hold as I’m typing this. The WiFi is bad at the front of the house even though we have the router right in the middle of our house. My Google camera is constantly losing connection and my daughter is always looking for a different place in the house for WiFi Pods?

John Tucci (@john_tucci) reported@RogersHelps I should have never switched from Bell Fibe. Sometimes it’s not worth saving a few bucks to get an inferior product. The salesperson that came to my door assured me that Rogers had upgraded their product. Obviously that’s bull$hit
-
Jay (@TheHeartPlumber) reported@patersonjeff @JayJanower @Rogers I’m very sorry, Jeff. Your post didn’t specify. It took me months to find someone within Rogers to help me cancel my Mom’s Rogers account after she passed. It was terribly frustrating. To boot, they wanted to charge me $1200 for the balance remaining for her iPhone. #F-Rogers

Jey (@Slxmjimmy69) reported@Rogers hi, I’m still having service issues in meadowvale area basically right off the 401 in Mississauga, I have an iPhone 17 pro max which is dying in the span of 6 hours because my phone is constantly searching for service and data outside, I’m literally sitting outside.

frankee cutlass (@frankeecutlass) reported@RogersHelps Thats great but can I not wait on hold for 2 hrs? Ive had this service for less than 2 months and already ive spent almost 5 hrs on hold. This is unacceptable for a huge company like Rogers. It tells me everyone is having problems and also not enough people to answer calls.
