    @RogersHelps Five days is really not sufficient for the impact this outage had. That being said, when is the credit supposed to appear in our account? It isn’t there yet.

    @Rogers I have to say, you have the worst customer service and possibly the worst cell phone company in the world. Imagine not following regulations from the CCTS, and then putting my account into bad standing, so now I'm not eligible for a phone 1/2

    Looks like @Rogers @RogersHelps is having some issues again, very slow speeds here at L5M. Waiting for the bot to acknowledge my pain, just be proactive and look into it please

    @RogersHelps I just got my bill for July and noticed it was the same as it always is with no credit for the outage? Where is the credit?
