@Rogers I recently upgraded my plan, and now can’t access subscriptions through Roger’s due to what you are telling me is a software glitch and there is no work around. I have spent hours with your help desk! Anyone else??

@RogersHelps Not working and not helpful!! There is a glitch and no one at Rogers can help!!

@tobi @Rogers A silent carrier update breaking hotspot with zero release notes, discovered while stuck in traffic — that's a genuinely terrible way to find out. Carrier software QA is some of the worst in the industry precisely because customers have nowhere else to go.

@RogersHelps @Rogers How is it possible that my connection goes down 3 or 4 times a night. Is it just in the Vaughan market. Internet and WIFI are working fine. Please just fix it! This has been going on for over a month. Very Frustrating!!!! Why!!!!!!!!

@laurenrjacobs @RogersHelps While a regular mobile SIM might work in a Wireless Home Phone device, that would still be using its original mobile plan. If you wished the WHP service, you would need a new SIM dedicated for that service. It isn't possible to change the SIM's service type.

@gmacofglebe @RogersHelps Mine went down an hour ago for 15 minutes then the network came back. Rogers in Nova Scotia.

@Rogers is such bull ****.. DO NOT SIGN WITH ROGERS OR RENEW YOUR CONTRACT. WORST COMPANY EVER!!! #CROOKS NO LOYALTY

@RogersHelps But it's not a new service and it literally says I can get it via live chat at the link I shared. I'm keeping the same sim card and putting it into a new device and changing my plan, much like if I bought a new phone and wanted a new plan. This is so frustrating.

@islgalwrites @Rogers we were told that a tech would take a couple of weeks (with no service), so my IT-Tech son diagnosed the problem, told the dude on the phone that he was qualified, to just give him the passwords and he'd fix it himself. HUGE NEGATIVE!! But our priority got bumped.

@tobi @Rogers have you tried switching the network to TSN4?
