    @RogersHelps this is my third night in a row with major problems. Landline internet and Ignite slow, buffering or flat out dead. Unusable. I hate complaining all the time but a) I’m paying for this and b) some of us work from home now. This isn’t really acceptable service.

    @RogersHelps it would be really nice if you shored up your PSTN security, I am being bombarded with fraudulent CRA calls that spoof the same prefix (the 3 digits past area code) as my cell. I suspect you have some lax rules to allow this crap to happen.

    @rogers Waiting for a Rogers rep for 40 minutes both online and in chat. All I want to do is add Crave. No option to do so on my rogers site. Worst customer service. Well, zero customer service.

    @RogersHelps no email reply from RogereDirect for two days and no answer after 1 hour hold. My new phone got shipped but address is missing a unit number. Someone from Roger's needs to contact Purolator and provide the unit number. Please help!!!
