@RogersHelps IgniteTV is garbage! Since Friday, half the channels won’t load. When they do the sound cuts out all the time, or (even worse) the video just freezes. I reset the ignite box everyday, restoring your subpar service. Thx for the rebate for Friday though! #rogersoutage

How is it that my @Rogers Ignite TV works all damn day with no problems, and then conveniently in the evening every single channel keeps getting cut off and going to a blank screen and then back again?! Come on man. Enough of this crap. It's consistently every few seconds!

@RogersHelps Ok so now what gives. My Ignite cable is not working. Has been sporadic all day now nothing. Rogers you need to get your act together. For the money we pay each month this service is disgusting. I’m sorry I even switched to Ignite. I’ve had nothing but trouble.
