    @RogersHelps Rogers...this issue is *nationwide*, and seems to be for *ALL* customers...myself included. Please save your CS & technical support some hassle and update your messaging on this. If you are a Rogers front-line worker - you have sympathies and hope that it gets better, soon.

    @Rogers My parents are both with Fido and my mom's service came back already but my dad still doesn't have service. Do you know how long until the service will be fully restored today?
