@rogers internet is down. We pay every month in full but you don’t give us internet in full every month. 3-4 times I have to restart my modem. That brings back internet but today it’s not working!!

@RogersHelps He done that multiple times, problem is, he always get a first line support, suggesting him to restart the modem, while 2 days ago, you had a tech out replacing the modem

Hey @RogersHelps how do I get a decent cell signal in Whistler/Squamish? Do you suggest I switch to @TELUS or another provider? Seems a guy can’t even buy a decent signal from you.
