    My colleague @RachaelThomasAB is right. @Rogers can't be allowed to receive lucrative benefits to "protect local journalism" only to turn around and exacerbate Canada's news desert problem. I echo her calls for @MarcMillerVM to investigate these station closures.

    @RogersHelps I need my issues resolved immediately .. been without my phone line for more thn 48 hours ticket # BT1409749. Got hung up twice by your IVR after waiting on hold for more thn 2 hours (each time). Been to the store 3 times already .. still not fixed .. I better not get charged for any number of days I have no access to my phone line as this is not my issue ..

    @RogersHelps I can receive calls but cannot make calls. What do you mean "if I switch to a different network"? I only came here with my Rogers sim.

    @RogersHelps How can I get technical help for my cell phone l? Anna goes into a loop and your live agents aren’t taking any calls. What’s a girl supposed to do please? I’ve been trying for weeks but you have made it nearly impossible to speak to a live person.

    @RogersHelps We had an outage for 15h can you confirm credit will be given for that. We had no tv, internet or phone service at all

    the people @RogersHelps employees have tiny pee pees and even tinier brains. Worst customer service, doesnt give a rats *** about helping customers. I am going to look into switching bec i have had it.

    @RogersHelps @xxxDADDYCOOLxxx Oh please. I've spent over 8 hrs on hold in the last 3 days only to be disconnected BY YOU each time. Now I have to take more time to go to an actual Rogers physical store to cancel my account. Canada's tech oligarchy sucks.
