    @RogersHelps Internet via Rogers w Shaw. It’s been an issue since Roger’s took over, doesn’t matter if I try the site, app or with an agent. I use visa debit. It’s only with Shawgers that I have this issue I don’t have an issue with using my card to pay with any other site or service. 1/2

    @Rogers can you refund my 1490$ ? Why are you exploiting your customers? Cant you hire just employees for smoother customer experience? I called you so many times to get the refund and you guys never pick up😡😡

    @Rogers fix your feed so that Rogers/Shaw customers in Calgary can watch The Open golf. Just like last year you’ve messed this up.

    On hold with @Rogers for over 2 hours, AND then they say they aren't taking calls AND HANG UP!!!🤬 Third day trying to get ahold of an actual person... Unacceptable! 🤬🤬🤬
