@RogersHelps For a company that claims to be listening , you really are not. Even 5 days of compensation is still an insult. Free service for 1-3 months is minimum. The impact and magnitude of the outage was huge on over 11.3 million individuals and businesses. You dont seem to get it.

@EatThisTownOtt Not surprising, @RogersHelps was not helpful, I guess they don't consider TekSavvy customers their problem, even though they handle tech support for TekSavvy
