@Rogers Rogers lines are garbage I pay for 1GBPS rarely get that speed maybe like 3 am on a Wednesday if you pay for something you should get what you agree to. Go with Bell atleast they deliver on speeds. Both **** for customer service still but that’s to be expected.

Hey @RogersHelps, my mother who is a senior has been trying for days to upgrade her Rogers package. Self-help upgrade has not been working, advised there is an extra $30 charge if the new plan is activated over the phone with an agent. Is this how Rogers promotes #accessibility?

@RogersHelps For the last five days or so, the audio and video on BBC World (Channel 194) have been out of synchronisation. The problem is only occurring on this channel, and rebooting has no effect.

there has got to be a better way to find out if there is an internet outage then trawling through @RogersHelps mentions but I haven't found one yet
