    @Rogers @RogersHelps My father passed away and I am trying to cancel his services. It can't be done with chat function and every time I call it tells me its too busy and to call back later. I cannot continue to keep trying to call multiple times a day. How else can this be done?

    @lamphieryeg @RogersHelps @Rogers I spent 90 minutes last week on the phone and was shuffled to FOUR customer “service” agents before speaking to someone willing to deal with my issue which was that my internet speed was just over 50% of what I’ve been paying for for over a year. The system is designed to fail.

    @Rogers Picture it: You're a longtime Rogers customer. One day you get a spam call from Morocco. You don't pick up. Then you spot a $24 charge for a call to the same number on your July bill. You contact Rogers to complain. It's rejected. No explanation. What gives, Rogers?🙄
