    @Partiallyfrozen @RogersHelps It took me 2 months of phone calls, 8 booked appointments, 2 appointments where someone actually showed up, and one really good technician on that last appt. In the end I got a great technician who fixed my issue but it took WAY too long to get it fixed.

    Hi @Equifax @RogersHelps, can you please help me understand why there is an incorrect collection agency claim under my credit report even though I've never been Rogers Customer before? This has happened to me twice already and I need help to remove it asap for mortgage approval!

    So December 18 comes and I get a call. Tech says he’s sending me pictures to make sure I have certain cables and boxes. Told him it’s new and I don’t and that was told to @Rogers when I set up the service. So he then tells me to call dispatch.

    @Rogers anther fine display of Genius Customer Service.Send me an email stating to box and return product to Canada Post.Wait in line for 45 minutes to be told the shipping label provided is Purolator. Another drive and another line up. Thanks for wasted time#badcustomerservice
