@RogersHelps Was happy to have service back this morning. But, trying to watch tv, and it is cutting out and freezing about every 30 seconds. Have already reset the module. Also, my ignite app on the tablet won't even load any show. Is this still tied to yesterday?

  • LisaDer1 Lisa Der (@LisaDer1) reported

@AboutRogers @Rogers We are still not fully connected. Most sites will not load. No Zoom connection. Will you be reimbursing the additional data charges that customers have incurred while being forced to tether to another device with reliable service??

  • PaulB83048982 Paul B. (@PaulB83048982) reported

@RogersHelps Hi - your message seems to be that most service has been restored. But my TV is unwatchable. I tried the online chat and calling. In both cases I got a message that volumes were very high and to please try again later - then I was disconnected. Can we have an real update

  • plsbekindtoall chill1970 (@plsbekindtoall) reported

@Rogers @Samurai_Stone Not sure what you mean by restored services? My ignite tv is not working. Stutters & freezes. Most channels aren't coming through. Stop saying it's fixed - it's not!

  • cjmacvicar Carolyn MacVicar (@cjmacvicar) reported

@RogersHelps My cable worked this morning. Why is it spotty now (unwatchable) and 5G back down to 1 bar? THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!

  • PodJerky PodJerky Podcast (@PodJerky) reported

@Rogers you have some of the worst customer service out there, you should be ashamed.

  • excuston Jeff R. Huston (@excuston) reported

@RogersHelps after 20 years of being a loyal customer, your lack of transparency and communication with your customers is leading me to moving everything out from your umbrella. @Bell_Support @TELUSsupport who wants to chat

  • the_sizz sizzle (@the_sizz) reported

@ElizabethRBess @Rogers @darrell_glasco Obviously you read that wrong I didn't blame that idiot I said Rogers answered questions like Trudope does

  • photohobbyguy Jeff (@photohobbyguy) reported

  • ericvictor Eric Victor (@ericvictor) reported

@RogersHelps How about you prevent scam numbers and texts and calls. How about that? Least you owe us for the service outage.
