-
tiredsotired (@sotiredsotired) reported@RogersHelps I have done that twice. I have waited hours on the phone. You removed in store help. You removed Sunday calling (the biggest lol - it’s the only time people have time). There is literally no appeal of a bad “rogers helps”
-
LeafsGuyA.I. (@LeafsGuyAI) reportedArguably one of the worst hiring processes in the last decade league wide. #leafs are one Chayka hire away from completely loosing a portion of the fan base already on the edge. @Rogers primed to really screw this one up. All about the bottom line, nothing about team success.

Peter Freeborn (@Peter42321247) reported@sockmoments @Rogers @JaysCare 3 years ago no one gave a ****. I could get to a game at 6:30 and still get it.
-
Jax (@Puff23138399649) reported@Garnet_2203 @Rogers I just left them after 30 years. Wasted too much of my time trying to fix multiple issues.
-
Chris P Bacon (@pozpiggy86) reported@RogersHelps 28 hours of no service, and only now has it just come back. How can I get a service credit from @Rogers for the down time?
-
C Wagner (@colingwagner) reported@RogersHelps I've been with Rogers for a long time but they couldn't waive that to keep me a customer. So I walked across the street and signed up on Freedom. I did pay a fee to do that but it was half of the Rogers fee. So you lost a customer. Because you can't provide customer service.
-
Marielle Taylor (@MissMJTaylor) reported@RogersHelps Park staff said its been a problem since March for all Rogers users. No one has any mobile data. Just switches to a warning emergency calls only.
-
Joan Lucy Picard (@PicardLucy) reportedWaited 7 minutes for my @Rogers to come back. Saw about 30 seconds of the American national Anthem & it went out again. Didn't even get to see the Canadian national anthem. Stupid Rogers connection.
-
Erico BOY (@GolfFiendE) reported@RogersHelps Why do I have 3 bars of 5G yet my phone can't load a damn thing?
-
Michele L Renaud (@MicheleLReiw) reported@Rogers you actually have no concept of customer service. I have been waiting 2 weeks for a modem and have yet to receive it. In Montreal, not in the middle of nowhere…. Montreal.
