Hon. ZenevieveDubois ThundrBox_🇨🇦Border_Zsar (@pickofthaweek) reported@RogersHelps No just sending and receiving doesn’t work. It’s affecting my business. I’ve done all the troubleshooting for my apple device. They said it’s a service provider issue

これは何の意味もありません (@TRSbizarro) reported@RogersHelps how so? If you have automated systems to detect interruptions, would those same systems not tell you exactly where the service interruption originated? if so, how would reports from customers be of anymore help than what your systems are already telling you?

Umakant Saini (@umakant_saini) reported@RogersHelps I got connected and all the agent said he can’t help it. What should I do now, use consumer form or CCTS?
