@Rogers I was not happy about the outage but also I do not see the lawsuit as a solution. as QA specialist, find the main root cause, containment and long-term solution is a sustainable approach to this outage

@RogersHelps @SocMedGirlyyj I am in London and twice the internet went down today for only a minute but ruined my meeting. As for ignite tv it is spotty. What is the problem? Not used to this type of service and needs to be rectified very quickly.

@Rogers over 1k ppl in my contact list - anyone I talk to on my mobile line is saying it sounds distorted - no issues with calls over wifi - your service is still not up to speed - my accounts are 15+ years old with you guys but may switch over to @BellMediaPR at this point

@RogersHelps Again live in Durham region. Rogers TV stations are not working AGAIN. If people can’t get Better call Saul tonight… watch out Rogers because Bell will get ton of new customers
