    @Rogers @RogersHelps @Rogers for decades you have had a monopoly in GTA and large suburban market with your predatory tactics buying out smaller companies reducing competition. After today's disastrous handling of the outage, during such a critical time, you must be held responsible. REFUND THEM ALL!

    @RogersHelps I am in Metro Vancouver, all of my friends who use Fido are experiencing it. Just an apology doesn’t fix anything, two or three months free monthly charge will be better. This issue causes a lot of negative impacts, it affects my work, my study, my life.
