@Rogers Will I be charged to the missed delivery of my new device or will that also be erased? @rogers #outage #unacceptable

@Rogers @RogersHelps @Debrich16 Day 13 with next to no internet or TV. Numerous calls, chats, 2 tech visits, now $45 of additional data charges on my cell. But at least Bell has service. #IgniteBundleBust

@hamburgluer @Rogers Ummmm I'm not a customer of Rogers. I WAS using a computer. When I contacted my bank (using my NON ROGERS PHONE) they informed me that the Rogers issues were affecting their systems. So.. yeah. Their fault.

How kind of @Rogers to credit one day off its customers’ monthly fee. Sorta like my mechanic taking a fraction off my bill after the brakes had intermittent service one day. #empathy

@Rogers Okay, but what are you doing to make it up to your customers who pay for reliable service?

@TOdiary @CBCNews @Rogers Ehhh...Just stay with Ericsson. Not defend on Rogers, but it is service provider not service equipment provider. BTW, you are hard to satisfied. You blame Huawei for no reason.

@Rogers as someone who has worked on critical IT projects, I have questions for rogers: Did you not adequately test SW before going live? Did you not have a backout plan? Do you not have a DRP in place? Cannot understand who you had major outage if you had all the above.

@AboutRogers Because nothing compensates users for the inconvenience caused by 12 hours of outage better than a $2 credit. Yet another fine example of @Rogers outstanding customer service. What. A. Joke.

@RogersHelps I have no cellphone service once again. I have turned off my phone and turned it back on. It says I have no sim card and can only make emergency calls. This caused me great problems Monday and didnt complain although you had two of my children freaking out.
