    @RogersHelps I’ve been trying to get through to someone on the phone for 3 days and the system keeps telling me to call back. The automated chat on your website can’t help. What kind of customer service is this??

  • Briancobalt
    Brian (@Briancobalt) reported

    @RogersHelps The tutorial you have online says that I should be able to do it without visiting a store. Old phone won't respond to to one... eSIMs are convenient at first but this is garbage trying to change to a new phone.

    @yyzsportsmedia @Rogers @Sportsnet is such a garbage company

  • rohitt25

    @RogersHelps This is my first bill ever for this particular connection. No way, I have got time to renegotiate the increase in price or option to cancel this account. How irresponsible of business is this, where your policy is violated by system or a person.

    @BlueJays All these great memories before the team was owned by @Rogers. Too bad all we’ll ever have now are fluke winning seasons and excuses for failed ones every year except for Shaoiro and Atkins contract years. Oh a now a stadium designed for non-baseball fans.

  • sanwins
    Sanwin (@sanwins) reported

    @JayGenXer @Rogers Suckiest and most dishonest company possible. Claims support is 100% Canada based and then quietly ships it abroad. Last month I wait 3 hours on hold.

  • alberstat
    Paul Alberstat (@alberstat) reported

    @RogersHelps I have been on the phone on hold waiting for tech support for 1 hour, 54 minutes before I got a hold of anyone. Am I the only one that finds this outrageous?

  • RandalDucharme
    Randal (@RandalDucharme) reported

    @JayGenXer @BrendaShawPEng @Rogers They do it in purpose to make it harder to receive service or cancel your plan. Can't cancel if you can't get through.
