When we need help to resolve an (ongoing) issue they contact @Rogers. I call Monday & have to wait 4 Wednesday am but .@Rogers reschedule 4 Weds pm & then reschedule on Wed noon 4 Friday but no-one tells customers.

You want to treat your customers badly there are consequences. And yes it's been half a year!! Absolutely shameful
