    @RogersHelps blurry screens on all channels except CNN has been going on for the last two weeks. My local antena shows better than Rogers. Why we are paying to rogers for TV? I am going to cancel TV and return the next box.

    @RogersHelps Is there a service issue in south Etobicoke. Nothing is working at our home and waiting for Rogers to call back. Mean while I left with no baby monitor again due to wifi issues. Please advise!

    @RogersHelps Your wait times today are frustratingly long. I was put on a ”priority” list and eventually the call disconnected. You just gave me another reason to cancel my plan.

    @RogersHelps I just received my new gen 2 ignite modem today and they have not connected it. Is there a way I can get a time frame when this might happen? We have been out of internet service all day.
