    So officially 24 hours now we have had no internet service via @Rogers. They wont provide an update, answer dms and the phones lines are packed. Maybe post a little update lads?

    @RogersHelps power out eastern ontario. trying to use cell phone & cellular data. Hard to get pages to load or refresh. Slow. fluctuating changes to LTE, 5G and 3G. Bad service and Iโ€™m stationary in my home

    I've just been told by @Rogers that their customer care people can't assist me after I was transferred to them by their Tech Support people who I reported a problem to. Customer service does not exist for Rogers' customers. This is disgraceful.

    @Rogers crazy that when I call the help line to speak with a real person the message you get is too busy and then your help line hangs up on me. INSANE behavior for a help line & a company whose motto is โ€œwith you all the wayโ€. I guess not eh?

    @Jay_D_Rosehill Nothing to do with CBC and everything to do with Sportsnet and @Rogers desire for a monopoly. Itโ€™s disgusting and they need to be shut down.

    @RogersHelps 4 outage in as many months 14 hrs and counting on this one and another projected 4 hrs , I am not receiving what I am paying for, the services I pay extra to watch I am missing out on, when is someone going to fire a brain and put the fibre lines underground?

    @RogersHelps Of course. And I know there is an outageโ€ฆ both from your website and inside my house! But your support folks have zero information to offer. There have been no emails or texts from you to update affected customers. This is very, very poor customer service.

    No internet from @Bell because my installation never happened, since Jun 11. Meanwhile @Rogers cut off my service 15 days before contract end. Two telecom giants, one customer caught in the middle. Is consumer choice in Canada becoming meaningless? #ConsumerRights #Telecom
