sarah (@dawnthehorizon) reported@Rogers @RogersHelps very tired of losing service in my own home and it being in SOS. Iโve never had this issue until I upgraded my phone to one that has 5G. Your customer service is also almost impossible to ever reach to talk to someone about this issue.

Iโve never had this issue before using Rogerโs services so it is very frustrating that my service is spotty in my own home. Unfortunately not everyone I text or call uses wifi for their messaging.
