@AmandaRisser1 @RogersHelps Generally, missed calls do not show on the phone if it was turned off. The only way for calls to show on a phone (missed or otherwise) is if the calls actually reach the phone. If the phone is off or without service, the calls never reached the phone

@RogersHelps She is not a new customer . She has been with the provider that Rogers acquired for over 20 years. I’ve never been asked for this level of personal information by any vendor and wouldn’t provide it. A credit card should be sufficient.

@RogersHelps I don’t texts for messages. I pay for the package where you just go to voicemail and you can read the transcript or instantly listen to the message. I don’t have to call any automated voice messaging service.

@Rogers @JaysCare Should invest in your customers first. ***** slapping every customer with a 2$ rebate when you cost how many millions to customers? Throwing us average folk table scraps while you’re filling your pockets. Rogers is the definition of what’s wrong with society today.

@Rogers...yet another day with outages in our area. Been a dedicated customer at Rogers since 1992. At this point I don't care what you offer me, I am leaving when everything comes up for renewal. 5 weeks in a row and counting #UnacceptableRogers
