    @Rogers Service is down in Winnipeg for quite some time now. Not able to call or text. When will service be restored? My family pays for 3 phones with @Rogers

    As part of the registration process for getting an @AstraZeneca vaccination appointment through @ShopprsDrugMart, they send a confirmation pin to your phone. But since @Rogers network is down, registering has become impossible. #IHateRogers #Rogers
