@lcdjdbros @RogersHelps I hear ya. Got an email from Rogers saying that they're working towards restoration and to contact 'Anna' for updates. 'Anna' says no service interruptions. What a joke.

@rogers has been on and off since early August. For the past 8 days we have lost service for hours a day. They have not given us any reasons for the interruptions. No timeliness for when the issue with be fixed. @Rogers have not been helpful when it comes to compensation....

@Rogers please tell me where your company gets an imei to blacklist when the phone was supposed to have come brand new? It was sealed in a damn box, 1 month ago, mailed from your company. Now your customer service is saying the phone might be pre owned??? Wth am I paying for?

Rogers still can't get their collective act together. We keep having to hard boot our PVR at least 2x a week because the Interactive program guide selection for our subscribed channels gets flooded with **** we can't connect to. @Rogers @RogersHelps

@Rogers your new commercial is so disingenuous you should be disgusted. You advertising that your going to invest in making sure you have a reliable network where you can call 911 is like Chernobyl advertising they're investing in safety, after the incident. Too little too late.

@Rogers Can you please explain how a brand new iphone, one month old with the account in good standing is blacklisted? Your customer service is giving my DIL the run around and she has 5 phones on her account! We are about ready to go to Bell at this point after all this BS. 🖕🖕
