    @RogersHelps after everything that went on with your services I am going to suggest that when I call to get pricing to help me decide to stay with Rogers is would likely be better to not have me spend 40 minutes dealing with rude and argumentative call reps.

    @Rogers We have been down for over an hour, is there something I should know or do? Or is it a general downtime as usaul please i need to know i ve got work to do.

    @RogersHelps Eventually got through to Tech Support, apparently I had a 44% packet loss....and a technician is coming over later today.

    @RogersHelps Any known issues with cell service in the GTA, at least half our users can't make or receive calls.
