@TomiukCurtis @RogersHelps Exact same **** happened last year @RogersHelps is USELESS

Being in hold for over 2.5 hours to just get a shipping label to return a cable box not working @Rogers @RogersHelps is ridiculous and unexceptable and I'm still on hold. But to add a service gets you straight through.

@ShawDirect @Rogers Trying to watch The Open on The Golf Channel, and all I get are ads and golf instruction. I pay a lot for my dish. Fix this.

Hey @RogersHelps I should be able to stream ANYWHERE in Canada since I’m paying for your monopolized service. ‘Sign in to your home wi-fi’ is big time BS. Thanks for (once again) nothing.

@Rogers why are you laying off customer service reps??? It’s hard to get through as it is!!! Online tools are difficult for the elderly.

@globeandmail are you aware that @Rogers use the press focus on the mlse purchase to hide the fact that on the same day they cut hundreds of jobs in Atlantic, Canada of support agents outsourcing the jobs to India... Their communications strategy was to hide it!...

@mattsekeres @Rogers @CorusPR They don't see it, they never saw it & I am sure the unfortunate people being laid off some how accept their sacrifice for their more Enlighted Toronto comrades. The irony is Brian Mulroney's talk show is probably the last thing left that gives Corus any relevance.

@RogersHelps @TELUS sucks! Their customer support is just as bad as their services. Clueless and only concerned with selling me fiber optic.

@RogersHelps Yes, is there some one in Toronto I can speak to. I have a complicated problem. I have two accounts, and you switched the mobile service between them without my knowledge, changing the financing to save and return. Upon upgrade you are charging me almost 800 dollars.

@REWoman @Rogers What happened to your service? Is it out?
