  • LoveMyCanadiens Jen Tavares (@LoveMyCanadiens) reported

    @RogersHelps This is unacceptable!!! The only reason I have cell service is because I’m with Bell. What about all the people out there that may have needed 911 and couldn’t call because of your sh!t service! Unbelievable!! Fix it!

  • TrumpetTree Echo McCall (@TrumpetTree) reported

    @CityNewsTO The root cause is @Rogers built it’s system cheaply, with no redundancies, while charging customers the highest service rates in the world, to maximize shareholder profits. And they can get away with it because the government has given them a monopoly on telecommunications.

  • ynnwise Yves Ngounou (@ynnwise) reported

    @RogersHelps This is a complete disaster from an engineering point of view in the 21st century. It is a shame for a critical service to be down for more than 24hours.

  • ramencasserole the dishonorable annie wilkes (@ramencasserole) reported

    @MajSiddiqui @RogersHelps I still don’t have service so it’s possible yours still isn’t working.

  • FreitasKnows Your Friend James (@FreitasKnows) reported

    @macgyver_p @CheriDiNovo @Rogers Haven’t seen anywhere that it could be down until Monday. Can you please post the link to this report?

  • smrain47 Smrain (@smrain47) reported

    @RogersHelps for the past two weeks I have been facing issues with rogers internet. Tried to reach customer service and also sent an email on online form. Nobody has contacted me. Can please someone from rogers call and hello fix the issue?

    @RogersHelps If you still do not have cell service try restarting your phone - it worked for me thank goodness!

  • MadWitticism Evo Lution (@MadWitticism) reported

    @RogersHelps All of the GTA says otherwise. If home WiFi ain’t up and running, it’s still broken.

    @jtobinbartlett @RogersHelps My wifi is still down in Ontario. My cellphone data is back up though.
