Switched to @Rogers internet at home last month. The good: finally have IPv6 at home! The bad: third outage in less than a month. Tech support says it's regional and will be over 24h to restore

@RogersHelps Why would your company publicly announce that all customers would receive a bill credit for 5 days of service as a result of your outage when that was obviously a lie? Just got my bill and it's way less than 5 days. My services at the time were $356.77.

@RogersBiz Cut the crap. This isn’t for any of the reasons you list...sustainability, more efficiency...it’s surveillance & putting cameras in public places. Then what will you do with your technology?

@RogersHelps Rogers needs to figure out another way for flex channels to be changed other than on MyRogers as the site has been glitchy since the outage and changing flex channels is impossible (I have also been paying for a service I haven't been able to use for a month now)

Why does @Rogers suck so bad? You can't even broadcast a @BlueJays game without freezing? Upgrade your system and/or hire ppl who know what they're doing! #rogersoutrage #RogersOutage #RogersSucks

@RogersBiz You know what would eliminate parking time & carbon footprints (sus)? Buses, Trains, public transit that’s fast green and efficient Cars are the problem, expending resources on something that should be phased out is in no way helping to reduce carbon in any meaningful way.

What I've learned is that bad customer service is a philosophy. In most circumstances, it doesn't just 'happen' due to the employees themselves. Take @Rogers and @GoodLifeFitness, for example, regardless of who the rep is - they will NEVER satisfy your request. Excuses, Excuses.
