    @RogersHelps @jenniferdrader5 I phoned customer support number 4x and waa disconnected 4x. It also kicked me out of the chat queue twice after waiting more than 1 hr each time. Absolutely incompetent and atrocious customer service. The government needs to legislate you guys to have actual customer support.

    @GunGnome @resolutepest @Rogers Same in Ontario with Bell. 5 bars of LTE or 5G and not reception or internet. No service middle of town and even within sight of a cell tower. Not all the time but alot of the time

    @RogersHelps I am livid and hate Rogers but it’s who bought Shaw communications and that’s what I have to deal with even after leaving them for Shaw, Can I get some support that’s not coming from your call center in India?
