Just a quick psa, if you’re getting new wifi, don’t get @Rogers , the service is ****, I’m supposed to get 1000 down and I get 200 on a good day, the **** breaks half the time, and it’s over priced. Don’t bother with this, get it from a good company

@RogersHelps I’ve had people come to try and fix it multiple times, they’ve already tried everything to fix it

@RogersHelps Help me with what? I understand the issue. Nothing can be done from my end to fix this.. Clearly in Rogers hands as my IP is fine. The location my tablet identifies as is clearly marked for blackout, when it shouldn't be. Who can fix that = Rogers. Correct your blackout zones.

@RogersHelps that would be great. infact the manager who was speaking to me was so rude and said nothing can be done for setting up alerts when internet will be down and all

@hometownhockey_ @Rogers Why TF are hockey players giving medical advice. Stop that crap now.

@RogersHelps Regardless of the method used to verify location, I (the paying customer) am standing in the same location. Therefore your lists of local areas to 'blackout' are clearly incorrect. We already only got 10% off the price for 65% or a regular season (in games). Fix the product.

@RogersHelps So what your saying you guys have some tech issues your working on? I appreciate you explanation (and comprehend it) but...I don't care and it shouldn't be a 'common' thing. I'm holding my tablet 3 feet from my PC.
