…I've attempted before to inform my bank @PCFinancial and @RogersHelps about similar breaches and have been stonewalled by CSRs who failed to recognize the severity of the issue. I'm really happy to see a completely different type of response from @InVisionApp.

@RogersHelps When I go into downtown Moncton with my new iPhone 12 it switches to 5G but I can’t seem to load any data when I’m on that network. Do I need a new SIM card or something?

@RogersHelps WiFi down in Kingsway area (Toronto). We experience multiple service disruptions per week (often hours at a time). How can people work from home? We just switched to Rogers a few months ago. Was it a mistake?

@RogersHelps I went to the Rogers store at the Bayshore mall and they refused to give me service saying that my permanent resident card, u.s. passport, and SIN number (verbal number, I don't have a physical card) were not acceptable forms of ID..
