    @RogersHelps I understand how that may work for just making calls. But if my boyfriend or friends only receive texts via SMS or RCS, but I have no service to text them, how would me using wifi work? Because I’ve tried and it doesn’t send the texts

    @RogersHelps Cell/LTE in my area has been down for 18+ hours since the storm. When is the tower going to be fixed? With the amt we pay in services this should be no longer than a few hours to have it fixed.

    @AlleyDalley @Rogers We don't have Telus home services available here, but it sounds like everything is choosing the best of the worst. Telus service went severely downhill when they sent customer service offshore and I understand others have done the same. Pricing is not intended to be competitive.

    @RogersHelps no Internet service. Xfinity modem flashing orange even after multiple reboots. Can’t sign in, your website says “doing maintenance, check back later”.

    @RogersHelps Internet is out , neighbours are doing house work, the workers started digging and then internet out, the line has been cut ..need service tech Asap

    @RogersHelps your cellular network is down in Gunter Ontario. You make it IMPOSSIBLE to report it. Everyone I’ve asked on the lake has the same problem. Your network tracking page says there are no issues.

    Trying to deal with @Rogers for internet could not be more frustrating. Modem has yet to arrive. Call one number, they put you through to another. Then that one puts you through to another. The 4th or 5th gave a phone number to call. That number? OUT OF SERVICE. Sat on hold today for 45 minutes. Do you want customers or no? @RogersHelps
