    @sol_chrom @Rogers @FP_Champagne No code for wifi but yes to a code for the BAI/TTC signal except things have changed now. Just hoping they don’t cut Freedom access off while they cope with Rogers taking 2 years to supposedly “upgrade” No idea how they did a great job in NYC but are inadequate in Toronto

    @torontomario @Rogers That's a great idea. I switched my home services to another company after the outage last year because we had all our services with one company.

    Kinda shocked. Just got off the phone with @RogersHelps. I'm going to USA to see a concert, but because #roaming charge is EST I will be charged for a second day after 9pm. What? How can this be OK? Do customers on the west coast not matter? Was told that was policy. No help.

    @RogersHelps I appreciate that (Outlook is already connected). My problem is that there's been no Rogers communication re: this issue & no ETA on resolution. I also mentioned that webmail doesn't work well with voice recognition, affecting customers w/disabilities. We need an update and fast
