@Rogers My phone is still brands new. Why would I want to buy another one for another $1000+. It has never been dropped and never been out of a case and never had any damage. Yet it's nothing but problem because of crappy updates by loser techs.

Not only do cable carriers not release a list of known issues to competitors; they won't even tell us when we ask. Instead, we have to identify node issues ourselves via several reports in an area, and THEN ask.

@Rogers has had 3 separate ******* technicians come to our house now, and still not fix the ******* problem with our internet, I’ve never seen a company be so downright stupid or evil, actively trying to drive away customers
