@RogersHelps manotick ontario been down since noon, you said after the last one transparency would be there. You refuse to say why or when it will be back. It's practically pointless to have reps when the client knows it's down. How about answers?

Have had three of the most infuriating calls with @RogersHelps regarding charges to my account for something that literally did not happen with no resolution. Anyone have suggestions for a phone plan that isn’t through them? I’m ready to jump ship 🙄

@RogersHelps stop overcharging and making incorrect bill amounts. I was told it would be fixed last billing cycle and here we are again with the wrong amount due on this billing cycle. I shouldn't have to initiate this every billing cycle a reminder to you to fix and update!
