    @Rogers Belleville ON im struggling with phone calls especially data usage. Says full signal but thats wrong! Have to put on airplane mode and off to get data

    @RogersHelps 41 hours and counting without internet in London. My spouse will need to cancel his teleradiology shift tomorrow morning as a result. Patients will be affected. Do better.

    @steveslaunwhite @RogersHelps @Vampayakarin Telus is offering $100 credit to anyone switching their mobile service to them. I have moved my cable, landline and internet to Bell and 2 cell phones to Telus. I have danced this dance with Rogers too long. I have my own business and I need a stable and reliable network.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps Internet still out. Located in Ottawa. I was told to give you time to fix it by a customer service representative. Any idea how much time?

    @RogersHelps Flaw was caused by POOR testing. I have worked in IT for 35 years. Rogers probably applied a Microsoft "patch" which wasn't compatible with another vendor's software. Rogers is totally culpable, as it should have been tested first.

    Really enjoying my fully restored @rogers service, which includes no internet (save 1 random hour earlier) and watching the @bluejays game in 10-second bursts of action with occasional low-res pixelization and intermittent audio.
