@Rogers overcharges for a ****** service that barely works even though it's an essential service and they could afford to charge less!! Gross corporation!!

Day-2 of #RogersOutage and still waiting for internet service to come back. Too bad @Rogers wastes money on exorbitant and unearned management bonuses instead of investing in a robust and well-maintained network.

@HeatherMoAndCo @Rogers The last outage because of the software update on their cellular service was one day credit off of each affected service. It was proportional to your monthly payment divided by the number of days in the month. In my case I had 6 lines and it worked out to nearly 10$.

Hey @Rogers having access to only half the internet does not count as full restoration of services #stoplying not only that I keep having to use my data still because the network drops put randomly, on top of all that, I can't even access discord on my phone unless on data
