@RogersHelps Why do you keep telling people majority of service are up when they're clearly not in most major metropolitan areas and especially when you can't access most websites reliably? You can't say services are restored when your download ping times are 500+ms, its unusable

@RogersHelps my ignite is on again, but there still seems to be major issues with the cable. Lag in audio and video. Have restarted and reset the hub multiple times. Any suggestions for improving cable or are you still working on that? Thanks!

@RogersHelps before Rogers start to talk about credits maybe you should wait until your service is completely restored. My cell phone service came back about noon. Now I am experiencing a situation whereby some outgoing calls are being dropped after 1 or two rings.

@Invest23TELL @rishi68779189 @RogersHelps So what if they start cleaning every month faster Internet will go down for a day. And I never tell us why. Zero accountability. Is it OK to you?

@ConsumerSOS They need to refund, not one, but two days of their monthly bill! @Rogers Today's service features delays every couple of minutes. It reminds me of dial-up internet or an Xfinity car racing a Cup car, or a five-year-old computer vs. a $2000 computer purchased today. 🙄
