    Wow! Four days service cut off from #ShawMobile users and four 40 min waits on hold today with no answer from customer support. And yes, we’re an enterprise business account. Are you out there @RogersBiz @RogersHelps???

    @Rogers YOU ARE A PATHETIC COMPANY IN WHOLE!! It is ridiculous when you suspended my data on my phone when I never received any warning and after all is said and done and bill is paid I get warning stating account will be suspended. I HOPE YOU ROT IN HELL!!!

    @RogersHelps what the hell is going on with yahoo email... All of a sudden when trying to log in via Rogers it's saying you can't find my username or password in your records, yet nothing's changed on my end. Also can't reset password as it's having issues there as well 😒

    @carmelo9313 @Rogers I had the same experience with Bell last year. The system is broken for sure. I suspect once you cancel you’ll get a call with a retention deal a couple of days later. It’s worse than shopping for a car.
