They don't have a simple call back solution to prevent their customers from staying on hold (you cannot attend any other calls for hours if you are on hold) and then get 'disconnected' automatically.

I have tried Anna but itβs useless. This should have been a simple solution not requiring me to spend hours waiting for an agent.
