@Rogers had to wait 55 minutes then call was diconnected, then called again 15 minutes call was disconnected, now again on call 50 minutes passed, no answer. Such a poor experience.

@Rogers tech isolated my home sporadic internet connectivity loss to “noise issue” at the main @Rogers box on the street - would be reported to maintenance but it’s not considered a priority - really? Teaching from home, a reliable network connection is imperative! Pathetic!

@RogersHelps why are your packages so unaffordable. My most expensive bill. Tried calling no help on changing my bill. In these times you should helping your customers not making them think about leaving.
