But I'll be expected to pay what's left. This is why @Rogers wont be my provider much longer.

I got a bill already lol for a service I havnt even used yet. Apparently it’s Roger’s practice to bill from order date.

Stores don't help, I connect support chat, but they don't take any action, I can't reach them by phone. What a terrible service this is

The issues seem to have been resolved but with my luck as soon as my year warranty is up it will completely die. Not much to be done at this point

In 2023, I called a supposed Rogers number and reached a fraudster who either worked for Rogers or had hacked their system. @Rogers didn’t care. Said it wasn’t fraud.
