When I ask her if she even cares that as a customer I'm dissatisfied she tells me basically in my words "too bad, go elsewhere" and then offers to cancel my services now. But I'll be expected to pay what's left. This is why @Rogers wont be my provider much longer.

That's great. I call @Rogers about the internet issue cause it cut out completely. They tell me to unplug stuff all that fun shit. But no success. I spent 30+ minutes on the phone and this guy keeps asking for 2-3 minutes. It became obviously 30+. He could t get info and

Then he tells me a technician will need to be sent. In a ******* week. How is it I've fought with @Rogers for years. It's probably been close to 10 years. And they always screw up something. I call them more than my wife! That's an issue

@RogersHelps In London ON, (July 10 2022) our internet is still slow and cuts out intermittently. Also having trouble connecting to asstd multi player games. Friends with other providers are fine! Still working on things I hope?

@RogersHelps @yankeefanbetta No you haven't. The services are working at like 30%. Videos load for a few mins then freeze, no gaming is possible due to constant disconnections. Nothing is restored at all, it's a blanket fix.

@DossierCom @Rogers I find the timing of this outage peculiar. I know **** CAN happen, but isn't it funny this occurs RIGHT when Hunter's **** is still being leaked and disseminated to the world? Remember when Facebook was basically shut off RIGHT before a bunch of drama with the U.S. government?

Wth @Rogers day 3 now of not being able to game online everything else works for the most part but games are saying there is no internet fix this!!!! No rebooting router doesn't work tried multiple times yesterday
