@androidcentral @gbhil @Xplornet is our only option for home internet. 200 bucks for 200g. For cellular I had to buy a 300 booster just to get spotty service. It doesn't matter if it is @Rogers @bell @fido. All need the booster. @FreedomMobile told me I needed to switch carriers - no signal here.

@RogersHelps Rogers service has deteriorated. My last 5 phone calls were a sheer waste of time. Waited for a few minutes to get through. and then - There is no help available this time. Call again later.

Rogers @Rogers and @Rogershelps are more useless then a tit on a fish. Worst Customer service and support. Trash Monopoly corporation. If you are ever considering internet service DO NOT GO with ROGERS.

@Rogers Thank you! It was resolved; it just took two hours out of my short enough weekend. May I make a suggestion? Keeping people on hold for about 90+ minutes whilst trying to fix an error that is clearly Rogers fault, seems really foolish, and not customer focused in the least.

@RogersHelps 5 hours on hold today. Nobody fixed my installation problem. Hung up 4 times. Come get your garbage out of my house.

@RogersHelps I’ve had no access to my Rogers email since Mar 5th. No updates on why this is happening or when it will be fixed. Put in two support calls and only being told Rogers Yahoo services are affected. Emails are important lifeline why is it day eight with no care?

Absolutely useless @RogersHelps, imagine making paying customers jump through hoops after waiting 30+ minutes just to be told "it turns out your area is showing an outage" idk whats worse the customer service or the prices we all pay to sit here looking up if the service is down
