@RogersHelps @Rogers "Interruption" makes it sound like it's a minor issue. This is not minor. And you should be providing updates every hour at least. And an honest ETA for restored service.

@RogersHelps So yesterday I do an order for wireless home internet in your Chat. I get a conf# and promise of email w/i hour with appt time. No email. I call today & order was CANCELLED bc they phoned an old defunct # not the # I pay you for each month!? So they just cancel? WTF

Had a scary moment last night 3am with the fire alarm in the building going off. False alarm, but with @Rogers down for both of us, we couldn't call anyone. Somehow managed to get a call to security with Jen's phone, but were worried if 911 even worked. @RogersHelps
