@RogersHelps So yesterday I do an order for wireless home internet in your Chat. I get a conf# and promise of email w/i hour with appt time. No email. I call today & order was CANCELLED bc they phoned an old defunct # not the # I pay you for each month!? So they just cancel? WTF

@RogersHelps @Rogers "Interruption" makes it sound like it's a minor issue. This is not minor. And you should be providing updates every hour at least. And an honest ETA for restored service.

@RogersHelps I'm always reaching out! And Rogers is not doing anything to fix the problem. @RogersHelps keep sending me around and around like am a fool! I'm tired of this now. Please remove the $549 off my account because I sent back your smart home Monitor already!

@RogersHelps I can’t get through on your phone lines. You don’t respond to live chat. You don’t respond to DMs. My 95 yr old blind mothers @Rogers phone still not working as of 8:30pm tonight. Please advise how Rogers will fix this concerning issue. Her phone is her lifeline.

Any other @Rogers customers still having issues? I’m currently in the US and still have no internet/data when I leave the safety of our Airbnb’s wifi. I see they put up a message saying service has been restored for “most” but I’m not included in that yet. Anyone else?
