@RogersHelps I'm always reaching out! And Rogers is not doing anything to fix the problem. @RogersHelps keep sending me around and around like am a fool! I'm tired of this now. Please remove the $549 off my account because I sent back your smart home Monitor already!

@RogersHelps So yesterday I do an order for wireless home internet in your Chat. I get a conf# and promise of email w/i hour with appt time. No email. I call today & order was CANCELLED bc they phoned an old defunct # not the # I pay you for each month!? So they just cancel? WTF

@AboutRogers @Rogers Use of the term "intermittent" is not a good description of the service I had today. I had NO service ALL DAY.

@eagles5o7 @Rogers Same here! I've just had totally inept service!

@RogersHelps @Rogers "Interruption" makes it sound like it's a minor issue. This is not minor. And you should be providing updates every hour at least. And an honest ETA for restored service.

@patersonjeff @Rogers is making so much profit. They should have to provide some public service. Either that or pay more tax for more public radio. We need radio for emergencies.

  • MikeHanafin
    Mike Hanafin (@MikeHanafin) reported

If @CRTCeng had any ***** or true function they would have told @Rogers "no, you have a license, and until that license runs out, you keep these stations on the air. Then sell the license to another company that keeps it on the air." That never happens. Ever. The #CRTC: useless

@teapot_toff @Rogers I have no problem with being upset over fees and costs. It’s way too high and competition would be great. Sadly AM radio is dying in Canada and globally. I’ve seen more people saying they are upset on this platform than actually listening to the stations.

  • Dysfunctiontime
    Dysfunction Al (@Dysfunctiontime) reported

@MichelleRempel @Rogers I’ve worked in industries that have been decimated by technological changes. With the internet revolution, I can’t think of a more antiquated format than AM radio, many new cars don’t even have an AM transmitter. I feel bad for the staff of course, but if you have an opinion and charisma, you will find a home in the podcast world.

@Captain_AB74 @Tracey_YYC @Rogers Guess you missed it when Bell shut down a whole bunch of their radio stations over night.

@RogersHelps when I asked the rep about a return box he said if it doesn’t come with the phone to reach out to customer care lol

@MichelleRempel @Rogers I am really going to miss 660 and 960. Damn it!

@RogersHelps @Rogers READ THE MESSAGE BEFORE YOU RESPOND 🤬 🤬 TECH Transferred me to customer service for a credit for the week AND I’VE BEEN ON HOLD FOR OVER 2HOURS!!! 🤬

Still can't believe that 650 is gone. At least when 1040 left I could just migrate to 650. They were a dailly part of my life and my source of decompression on the drive home from work. This hits like a huge personal loss. **** you @Rogers and **** you @Sportsnet

  • controcowboy

@Rogers **** you. Closing down radio stations without any warning and stopping the broadcast of Flames games. You’re a ******* joke of a company and a bunch of ******* liars. You claim community yet deny an entire fanbase the ability to listen to games on the radio. **** you!
