@RogersHelps @Rogers "Interruption" makes it sound like it's a minor issue. This is not minor. And you should be providing updates every hour at least. And an honest ETA for restored service.

@RogersHelps So yesterday I do an order for wireless home internet in your Chat. I get a conf# and promise of email w/i hour with appt time. No email. I call today & order was CANCELLED bc they phoned an old defunct # not the # I pay you for each month!? So they just cancel? WTF

@RogersHelps Almost 12 hours total we have spent trying to deal with an issue that oddly enough isn’t our doing. Rogers doesn’t understand why we can’t access our account on our app. We’re tired of trying.

It's impossible to cancel rogers' internet. I talked to 4 people today. Everybody redirects each other. I wasted almost 3 hours today with this garbage company. Still, waiting. @RogersHelps @Rogers #rogers
