@RogersHelps @Rogers "Interruption" makes it sound like it's a minor issue. This is not minor. And you should be providing updates every hour at least. And an honest ETA for restored service.

@RogersHelps So yesterday I do an order for wireless home internet in your Chat. I get a conf# and promise of email w/i hour with appt time. No email. I call today & order was CANCELLED bc they phoned an old defunct # not the # I pay you for each month!? So they just cancel? WTF

@RogersHelps in south etobicoke (junction area) seems like its down here. I've tried the "unplug for 40 seconds" trick two times now and its still not working. On hold with support and it says a 2 hour wait. I'm assuming the entire are is having this issue, am i correct?
