@RogersHelps @Rogers "Interruption" makes it sound like it's a minor issue. This is not minor. And you should be providing updates every hour at least. And an honest ETA for restored service.

@RogersHelps I'm always reaching out! And Rogers is not doing anything to fix the problem. @RogersHelps keep sending me around and around like am a fool! I'm tired of this now. Please remove the $549 off my account because I sent back your smart home Monitor already!

@Jbrennydozer @RogersHelps They do not owe anyone an explanation. Detailing what went catastrophically wrong can and will compromise their network in the future. It is up to their clients to provide a backup plan for connectivity. A single point of failure never works

I’ve been with @RogersHelps for over 10 years, a couple times I’ve tried to cancel and they always reel me back in but at this point idk if I’ll be renewing next year. Like don’t lie to your customers saying you’ve fixed service when it obviously isn’t?

@ColinDMello Still no service here in London Ontario despite @RogersHelps saying service is up. I’m guessing they’re saying it so they can make the refund credit as small as possible.

@TheChrisCoburn @Rogers $80/month for service divided by 31 days = $2.58/day so… $2.58? That’s my guess.

@the_jandashow @Rogers the problems are due to an upgrade on their routers that went wrong. it's always human error.
