    @RogersHelps @Rogers "Interruption" makes it sound like it's a minor issue. This is not minor. And you should be providing updates every hour at least. And an honest ETA for restored service.

    @RogersHelps So yesterday I do an order for wireless home internet in your Chat. I get a conf# and promise of email w/i hour with appt time. No email. I call today & order was CANCELLED bc they phoned an old defunct # not the # I pay you for each month!? So they just cancel? WTF

    @ToscaLivesOn @bard81 @RogersHelps Well, the equivalent time your service was down was 1/30th of your bill. If your bill is $100 a month, that's a credit of $3.33. Sound like a deal?
