@RogersHelps So yesterday I do an order for wireless home internet in your Chat. I get a conf# and promise of email w/i hour with appt time. No email. I call today & order was CANCELLED bc they phoned an old defunct # not the # I pay you for each month!? So they just cancel? WTF

@RogersHelps @Rogers "Interruption" makes it sound like it's a minor issue. This is not minor. And you should be providing updates every hour at least. And an honest ETA for restored service.

I do want to say the @RogersHelps social media reps have been about as helpful as they can be considering their tight script and frontline nature. Tech support ****** me around for a week and didn't take the issue seriously, then closed a ticket without a fix or followup.

@mecandan @RogersHelps It’s terrible. I have a Telus phone for work and it works perfectly fine. But my Rogers personal phone and my wife’s FIDO are terrible. Even my wife’s Bell work phone has great network. Sort it out Rogers
