@RogersHelps I'm always reaching out! And Rogers is not doing anything to fix the problem. @RogersHelps keep sending me around and around like am a fool! I'm tired of this now. Please remove the $549 off my account because I sent back your smart home Monitor already!

@RogersHelps @Rogers "Interruption" makes it sound like it's a minor issue. This is not minor. And you should be providing updates every hour at least. And an honest ETA for restored service.

@RogersHelps @charityjkeller @joshjimenez_ I’m on a chat with Rogers (I’m in Vancouver). All I got was: “It is a network issue that can affect either your calls, signal or both” And: “There is still no estimated time cor a resolution”

@Rogers @RogersHelps ThIs Is UnAcCePtAbLe! The entitlement is just nuts. Guys, technology goes down. It happens. If you are this desperate to get of someone, use somebody else’s phone or be on wifi. Shut up you whiners.

@RogersHelps @Rogers 24 hours, I wonder if anyone tried to use their phone for an emergency and couldn't get through. Your companies expansive and all encompassing incompetence from the top to bottom is unforgivable and astounding, the oligopoly in Canadian phone services needs to end.

@RogersHelps Would you please delete the word "intermittent", I don't think I ever have signal for the whole morning.
