@RogersHelps @Rogers "Interruption" makes it sound like it's a minor issue. This is not minor. And you should be providing updates every hour at least. And an honest ETA for restored service.

@Joel_LeonD @RogersHelps Same area. There’s an outage. They are working on it apparently. They can add you to a ticket so you’ll be notified when it’s fixed. 😔😔

@RogersHelps Anyone experiencing connectivity issues? Unable to find my WiFi network in the list. Rebooted my laptop & Rogers is unable to help. Cell phones are unable to connect also. Rogers did a reset, renamed my WiFi & still having issues.

@RogersHelps @princessedenor I was told there was an outage in the M4Y postal code. I was added to a ticket and just got a message saying it’s been fixed. It still is not working. C166568946 case number. Please check
