Switched to @RogersHelps Ignite from @Bell last week. What a mistake! Haven’t had the service a week and somehow Rogers linked my account another customer’s who apparently owes them money. When I call to have it fixed, customer care is terrible. PSA — NEVER LEAVE BELL.

Because we are loyal @Rogers customers (and trust me, that loyalty has been tested in recent months) and presumably in another attempt to apologize for the massive Canada-wide outage a few months ago, we've been gifted three months of Apple TV+.

@Boddy604 @Sportsnet @Rogers Anyone subscribing to either service - you better check yourself for real though, and if you still do, you’re part of the problem

on hold with @Rogers for 2:11 and they hung up on me without having talked to anyone. Wet the chat route, bounced to 3 reps and guess what? None of them could help me and I'm back on hold - 20 minutes in. As soon as I get this issue resolved, I will never give them another cent.

Hey @Rogers. My father passed away in February 2026. I have been trying to cancel his service for months. Called 27 times on hold 2 hrs and then told there are no agents and you hang up. Store won’t cancel for me. I can’t be alone. Class action seems in order. #rogers

@Rogers I’ve been trying for over 2 weeks to speak with an agent . Each time your AI operator hangs up ! How do I cancel all of my services ?! From a loyal customer for 25 years !

@SportsnetPR **** you @Sportsnet 🖕 **** you @Rogers 🖕 Sticking your greedy grubby hands deeper into my pockets when I already pay a ridiculous price just to watch the games. Greedy ********, all of you!

  • CommEng
    comm eng (@CommEng) reported

@Rogers @RogersHelps It "fixed itself" at 20:20 PDT because upstream rerouted to Cogent. Rogers did nothing. Second occurrence in one day means it's a pattern not a blip. Are you monitoring your PCCW peering at all, or is your outage detection just waiting for customers to tweet?

@SlapshotShibe @Rogers , @Sportsnet really sucks that you are taking away from the people out west. Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver, big fan of the fan960. shame you closed it down. i listen and watch plenty from Bc. now you raise prices and even cut the coffee on the remaining people working. i am sad because this year i may not hear or see any Flames broadcasts or radio. Why would i want to support that? seriously considering not streaming. the quality is not good. yet you partnered with Prime this year. serious question here will the stream improve this year? i doubt it because i have not seen an improvement since i started streaming Flames games. oh well! i do hope you lose money this year. maybe then you will realize you need the people to support the product.
