Switched to @RogersHelps Ignite from @Bell last week. What a mistake! Haven’t had the service a week and somehow Rogers linked my account another customer’s who apparently owes them money. When I call to have it fixed, customer care is terrible. PSA — NEVER LEAVE BELL.

Because we are loyal @Rogers customers (and trust me, that loyalty has been tested in recent months) and presumably in another attempt to apologize for the massive Canada-wide outage a few months ago, we've been gifted three months of Apple TV+.

@Rogers garbage customer service. On hold for 1 1/2hrs just to have the customer service rep hang up on me after 25 minutes of “waiting to hear back from her support team.” Received no call back & now I’m going to be on hold again for another hour!

My Wifi has been down in Waterloo for about 3 hours now, @Rogers. Tried all the recommended steps to reset the router, etc, but it's clearly not on our end. This is the second prolonged outage in less than a year. Absolutely ridiculous. Any updates on when it will be restored

@Supermathie @wd5acr @Rogers I thought about it. I was able to unlink the account, but that account still is allowed to use my email address. And they are the email address provider and still don’t see this as anything they can fix for me.
