    Switched to @RogersHelps Ignite from @Bell last week. What a mistake! Haven’t had the service a week and somehow Rogers linked my account another customer’s who apparently owes them money. When I call to have it fixed, customer care is terrible. PSA — NEVER LEAVE BELL.

    @RogersHelps Used Rogers robot chat, had me to completely reset ALL my wifi settings. Now ALL my WIFI passwords are GONE. work, home, friends.... All for nothing, because the robot didn't simply tell me that the system was down, to wait, that my playing w/settings and resets were moot.👎

    @Rogers this is not the kind of service we expect from one of the most expensive wireless providers in Canada. I may need to do some shopping around, now that my contract is over. @TELUS and @Bell what are you offering right now? I'm considering a change in providers.

    @Rogers also made me switch from their "Regular" gigabit internet where I never got 1GB speeds to their new "Ignite" internet, which is even slower than the former! Something's gotta change with this monopoly these companies have in Canada.

    Get your act together @Rogers Having to pay for phone service and not being able to make a call is not right! I pay for service and when I need to make a call, I can’t? How can this last all morning?? I need service!!!!
