Stephen McGarrigle (@thespiritof72) reported from Saint John West, New BrunswickBecause we are loyal @Rogers customers (and trust me, that loyalty has been tested in recent months) and presumably in another attempt to apologize for the massive Canada-wide outage a few months ago, we've been gifted three months of Apple TV+.
-

Tanner Cheeseman (@tannercheeseman) reported from Saint John West, New BrunswickSwitched to @RogersHelps Ignite from @Bell last week. What a mistake! Haven’t had the service a week and somehow Rogers linked my account another customer’s who apparently owes them money. When I call to have it fixed, customer care is terrible. PSA — NEVER LEAVE BELL.

-
Morphed (@Morphed7) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers That impeccable English might have been the AI tool altering foreign accents, that the companies are now using for outsourced customer services.
-
Didem (@keskindidem) reportedI’ve spent weeks trying to resolve billing issues caused after moving from Toronto to Montreal, where you couldn’t provide service. I’m being charged fees I was told would be removed, and my payment arrangement was changed without my consent. How is this acceptable? @Rogers
-
Sweet Tooth (@sweet_tooth19) reported@JustMeJamie64 @mike_kozar @Rogers They outsourced all their call centers to be in Casablanca and also India. So much for them promoting 100% Canadian call centers. Back in the day, they used to answer the phone with “you’ve reached Jane in Moncton, how can I help you?” Notice how that is gone?
-
Jacqui (@JacquiKJanes) reported@RogersHelps Were does it say that and what eligible inter or TV service
-
Kallista ~ life long learner, (@Kallista_Writes) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers you can vote with your $. I'm no longer with Roger's. I'm with a local company for my internet. I can drive a mile and walk into the office, and sitdown with staff to discuss my account. There's never been a line up. Phone service is pretty quick too.
-
Joey Prefontaine (@northshorejoey) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers My recent call had this woman who didn't speak English, couldn't enunciate her words and mumbled. When you take Jobs away from Canadians in Canada and move your call center to countries that pay less to save money will never have customer service.
-
TJF (@terryjf140) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Was switching # over last week. 2 days 25x. Only once was I put on hold...40 minutes later had to gomto work. All other times message said... too busy, call back later & disconnected. 1 x on hold, 25.min in told me to go to store for faster service!
-
Mertecracker (@JWatson42) reported@RogersHelps I have requested to be contacted to resolve an issue by email, but you are continuing to try calling a number that is no longer in service. How can I talk to a human without being able to call from a Rogers SIM? Chat is unable to resolve.
-
Everyman/woman (@1fallandallf1) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers A terrible experience every time. You're right. Why doesn't Rogers stay in Canada and use Canadian labour? Because they are greedy and not loyal to their customers. Their loyalty is to the dollar, money is everything.
-
Wheezus (@itswheezus) reported@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers I KNEW WE WERE ******* LYING WHEN I WAS DOING DOOR TO DOOR! We were told to tell people that they brought all their customer service to Canada. I KNEW IT! I KNEW IT!
