    Switched to @RogersHelps Ignite from @Bell last week. What a mistake! Haven’t had the service a week and somehow Rogers linked my account another customer’s who apparently owes them money. When I call to have it fixed, customer care is terrible. PSA — NEVER LEAVE BELL.

    @RogersHelps @AMBERAlertONT i keep receiving an Amber alert notification through ignite TV. Have received about 6 so far since 8:45 am this morning. I thought this has been cancelled? Would this be a rogers issue at this point?

    Why is it that Canada has the worst telecommunication service and highest rates in the world? @natale_joe @Rogers has THE WORST customer service. I’m glad you got professional help with your ‘obsession’ and are back to not giving two $hits about customer service. #RogersSucks

    @RogersHelps I’ve been doing that the last 6 days. You can’t do anything because it was cancelled “due to nonpayment” although we’ve been complaining all year and nobody did anhrbinf but give us a $7000 bill. We have to pay for a service that we don’t get to use.

    @RogersHelps The pandemic has impacted customers yes, and poor customer service has made it worse. Why is it companies like @TELUS can provide disabled and low income families with subsidized plans and I wasn’t given any option?
