Haven’t had the service a week and somehow Rogers linked my account another customer’s who apparently owes them money. When I call to have it fixed, customer care is terrible. PSA — NEVER LEAVE BELL.

And then I convert to the $14.95 package which is exactly the same SPEED pkg I used 4 9 yrs w/o issue. So what's at the bottom of that?

Matt (@stevenarthurs) reported@RogersHelps Yes, and then I took some back roads into Orleans, but I’ve never had network issues previously. I do have 5G. I’ve shut my phone off and restart it twice die for the most part. It has not worked at all today.
