I was told u was getting a tablet at no cost to me and then get a 360 dollar charge on my next bill. Clearly its lie to the customer to get a sale

A small credit to customers isn't enough of a response. Drop your rates across the board to be in par with the rest of the world and provide a full report on the situation.

Had to speak to a manager and I was right on this process all along. We're setup correctly now. Had I not questioned this, it would have been horrible and senseless for the consumer

We also should not have to resort to social media to get help. Telling us to upgrade to get a more timely solution is unacceptable. Good enough but not great from a CS perspective.
