  • nilomanalo
Nilo Manalo (@nilomanalo) reported from Winnipeg, Manitoba

Ok @Rogers went down. **** happens. But talking about it for 3 days is counter productive. Let’s move on. Hopefully @Rogers and users learned something.

  • xcskiman
Jeff Hampshire (@xcskiman) reported from Winnipeg, Manitoba

Hey @RogersHelps I’m currently in a Rogers store and your supervisor at you head office has hung up on me and the store employee a few times now ... we are trying to resolve issues can you help.

  • ohsodestini
Destini (@ohsodestini) reported from Winnipeg, Manitoba

@RogersHelps Thank you! I got it fixed. But it took me having to raise concerns and question the options given. Had to speak to a manager and I was right on this process all along. We're setup correctly now. Had I not questioned this, it would have been horrible and senseless for the consumer

  • sellingwinnipeg
Jodi McNeil (@sellingwinnipeg) reported from Winnipeg, Manitoba

@Rogers @RogersHelps since you reset my network settings this morning I’ve dropped 3 calls!!

  • stevevrporter
Steve Porter (@stevevrporter) reported from Winnipeg, Manitoba

@RogersHelps not loving that you’re charging me $10 to transfer an eSIM to my new phone. Feels like an unnecessary fee considering I’m a customer in good standing. Good for your bottom line I guess.

  • williamuregan
Bill Regan (@williamuregan) reported from Winnipeg, Manitoba

@chatrmobile @RogersHelps @Rogers wanted to patronize you since you support hockey & basketball & city TV in my city but so far you'll never get my main line business after hazel I've had & to wait 48 hours for customer service & might need to pay you $5 for voice mail activation

  • Bobbywest2012
Bobby West (@Bobbywest2012) reported from Winnipeg, Manitoba

@Rogers what kind of company makes you wait for a half an hour to speak to a supervisor? Also what kind of sales tactics do you use? I was told u was getting a tablet at no cost to me and then get a 360 dollar charge on my next bill. Clearly its lie to the customer to get a sale

  • williamuregan
Bill Regan (@williamuregan) reported from Winnipeg, Manitoba

@RogersHelps @RogersHelps @chatrmobile don't tell me to call or email customer service I've already sent in a request , 68 years old & seniors should know what's it like at your companies, don't pick up sticks at me for your 48 hours & zero balance bs

  • burzynskir
Richard Burzynski (@burzynskir) reported from Winnipeg, Manitoba

I watched a VP @Rogers several times over 24 hrs… he gave a poor performance & was not credible. Why does @Rogers charge so much for such poor performance? We need more competition not less! #rogersoutage

  • Coleraddical

  • GaiaResearchMB
Gaia Consulting Ltd. (@GaiaResearchMB) reported from Winnipeg, Manitoba

@soilecologyUMan @Bell_MTS @Rogers When communication with employees depends on cell service it's frustrating. We pay much more than other jurisdictions for lesser service. At least it's the weekend now!

So is @Rogers cell service down again?? Regionally or Nationally??

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Dysfunctiontime

@LesMoore5 @MichelleRempel @Rogers Poor sound quality with large service gaps depending on weather and geography doesn’t strike me as perfectly designed.

  • kynetics
    Andy Obi (@kynetics) reported

@RogersHelps My SMS works. The only problem is the calls which do not work. I cannot even call Rogers customer care

  • jgarcha
    Jasmine Kaur G (@jgarcha) reported

@RogersHelps What is causing all of these service disruptions?? I am paying almost $300 a month, my bill keeps going up but the service keeps going downhill. Very frustrating and disruptive.

  • Eyespyaniceass
Larry the hairy 🤟🏻😜 (@Eyespyaniceass) reported

@RogersHelps I’ve done that. I’ve tried everything you can try and suggest. It comes down to crappy signal period. I’m not the only one who has this issue.

  • DarkCrusade6
    𐕣𝕯𝖆𝖗𝖐𝕮𝖗𝖚𝖘𝖆𝖉𝖊6𐕣 (@DarkCrusade6) reported

The amount of times I keep calling @Rogers just to downgrade is ridiculous… @RogersHelps either answer the call, or I’m canceling my service

  • MichelleRempel
    Michelle Rempel Garner (@MichelleRempel) reported

My colleague @RachaelThomasAB is right. @Rogers can't be allowed to receive lucrative benefits to "protect local journalism" only to turn around and exacerbate Canada's news desert problem. I echo her calls for @MarcMillerVM to investigate these station closures.

  • kynetics
    Andy Obi (@kynetics) reported

@RogersHelps I have just switched to a different network. The problem has been solved. Thank you.

  • decstewartje
    Jeremy Stewart (@decstewartje) reported

@RogersHelps @vandana_bhalla How about stop buying out your competition to the point where you have no capital left and need to lay off ALL your Canadian support team and move support overseas?

  • CoffeeSacred
Ray of Knight 23 (@CoffeeSacred) reported

@rodmickleburgh @Rogers I can’t believe how many people are upset by this yet never listened to in when it was on the air.

  • TheCynick
    The CyNick (@TheCynick) reported

@stevkev1701 @rodmickleburgh @Rogers There was notice. When these stations reviewed their numbers every day or week. They would see the writing on the wall. If you’re a cook at restaurant but you get only 1 customer a day who orders a bowl of soup do you get to act surprised when the restaurant owner closes shop?
