Tobiasz Osicki (@DrJapan) reported from Winnipeg, Manitoba@RogersHelps, you can’t call your data plans “Unlimited”, when you throttle the speeds for the unlimited part to point you can’t load anything. The more time I spend loading, the more battery I use. Which means, you are devaluing my device, while I’m paying you. **** that noise!
-
WillyB (@WillyBWilliams3) reported from Winnipeg, Manitoba@Rogers correct me if I'm wrong but did you say a discount would be automatically applied to my bill? #stillwaiting But I'll do you one better and not pay while you continue to make up excuses for the outages that shuttered our economy & left millions without emergency services
-
Steve Porter (@stevevrporter) reported from Winnipeg, Manitoba@RogersHelps not loving that you’re charging me $10 to transfer an eSIM to my new phone. Feels like an unnecessary fee considering I’m a customer in good standing. Good for your bottom line I guess.
-
Destini (@ohsodestini) reported from Winnipeg, ManitobaHot damn, I knew this was too easy. Bringing over a phone number and getting a new phone, assigned a temporary phone number....but now being told if I want to transfer this number... I have to return and cancel this phone?!? @RogersHelps Been on the line now for an HOUR
-
Nilo Manalo (@nilomanalo) reported from Winnipeg, ManitobaOk @Rogers went down. **** happens. But talking about it for 3 days is counter productive. Let’s move on. Hopefully @Rogers and users learned something.
-
Destini (@ohsodestini) reported from Winnipeg, Manitoba@RogersHelps Thank you! I got it fixed. But it took me having to raise concerns and question the options given. Had to speak to a manager and I was right on this process all along. We're setup correctly now. Had I not questioned this, it would have been horrible and senseless for the consumer

-
Dan (@DanMac2014) reported@MelissaLMRogers @TELUSsupport I’m with @Rogers, great service but all Canadian phone companies are just too expensive- yup, Canadians are definitely getting ripped off in comparison
-
Sanka Jayasundera (@Zenblime) reported@RogersHelps Its a 44mm samsung watch8. Im on a call with tech support now and they telling me to go to the store which I already did and they told me to talk to tech support so you guys have no idea what you doing and giving me the run around and wasting my time
-
BrianM (@briangm11) reported@RogersHelps - First time ever, we've been stood up by your technician. Appt window was noon-4pm. No phone call either. What next? Suppose I need to spend another hour or so calling your "support" line. Ironic the only call received today was from Bell Marketing.
-
Ranjan Soni (@_RanjanSoni) reported@stitchlady @Rogers I would if I could. It is at their end. Their system needs to re-provision my wifi. I reset my network settings (just because their 'AI bot Anna' asked me). Then Anna told me that I need to call them. Called them about 4 different times and waited each time between 90-120 minutes
-
Soul Supplier (@soul_supplier) reported@RogersHelps Absolutely unacceptable. What am i paying you guys for when your service isn't consistent. No just wifi
-
Seeking Signal (@SignalChasing) reported@PsudoMike @Rogers @airalocom Roaming is outrageously expensive. No argument there. But general telco services have gotten very affordable and high quality in Canada. For example, plans are now in the $30-50 range for unlimited talk, text, and 100 GB of data. I’m not sure why you’re complaining. Where are you getting better service?
-
Kevin Rashidi (@KevinRashidi) reported@RogersHelps how have I been on hold with you guys for 1.5 hours to get help for my cell phone?? Hire more people this is ridiculous.
-
Sic @ Warmer Sun (@WarmerSun) reported@wealthmoose When @Rogers didn't pick up the phone the CRTC said they couldn't do anything, they cannot force a mobile phone service provider to provide a support contact that actually answers... but apparently they can impose taxes. What a clown show.
-
Prithviraj Kar (@KarPrithviraj) reported@Rogers even if I have an active Asia roaming pass still not able to make and receive calls. Not even customer care. Also no data . Your chat support is pathetic.
-
Canadian Buckeye (@BuckeyesandHabs) reported@BallKnowerBrad @Rogers @Sportsnet It was horrible last night.
