Bobby West (@Bobbywest2012) reported from Winnipeg, Manitoba@Rogers what kind of company makes you wait for a half an hour to speak to a supervisor? Also what kind of sales tactics do you use? I was told u was getting a tablet at no cost to me and then get a 360 dollar charge on my next bill. Clearly its lie to the customer to get a sale

Jonathan (@jonismrnibs) reported from Winnipeg, Manitoba@RogersHelps I want to cancel this order I do not wish to be with Rogers anymore
-
WillyB (@WillyBWilliams3) reported from Winnipeg, Manitoba@Rogers correct me if I'm wrong but did you say a discount would be automatically applied to my bill? #stillwaiting But I'll do you one better and not pay while you continue to make up excuses for the outages that shuttered our economy & left millions without emergency services
-
Gaia Consulting Ltd. (@GaiaResearchMB) reported from Winnipeg, Manitoba@soilecologyUMan @Bell_MTS @Rogers When communication with employees depends on cell service it's frustrating. We pay much more than other jurisdictions for lesser service. At least it's the weekend now!
-
WillyB (@WillyBWilliams3) reported from Winnipeg, Manitoba@RogersHelps This damn near shuttered our economy and put millions at risk with no access to emergency services. A small credit to customers isn't enough of a response. Drop your rates across the board to be in par with the rest of the world and provide a full report on the situation.

Stuart Walter (@stuart_walter) reported from Winnipeg, ManitobaDon’t you love it when “customer service” reps argue with you? Thanks, @RogersHelps. Not only did you waste my evening but you’re doing nothing to try and help.
-
Destini (@ohsodestini) reported from Winnipeg, Manitoba@RogersHelps Thank you! I got it fixed. But it took me having to raise concerns and question the options given. Had to speak to a manager and I was right on this process all along. We're setup correctly now. Had I not questioned this, it would have been horrible and senseless for the consumer
-
Jeff Hampshire (@xcskiman) reported from Winnipeg, ManitobaHey @RogersHelps I’m currently in a Rogers store and your supervisor at you head office has hung up on me and the store employee a few times now ... we are trying to resolve issues can you help.

-
Tobiasz Osicki (@DrJapan) reported from Winnipeg, Manitoba@RogersHelps, you can’t call your data plans “Unlimited”, when you throttle the speeds for the unlimited part to point you can’t load anything. The more time I spend loading, the more battery I use. Which means, you are devaluing my device, while I’m paying you. **** that noise!
-
Nilo Manalo (@nilomanalo) reported from Winnipeg, ManitobaOk @Rogers went down. **** happens. But talking about it for 3 days is counter productive. Let’s move on. Hopefully @Rogers and users learned something.

-
Steve Porter (@stevevrporter) reported from Winnipeg, Manitoba@RogersHelps not loving that you’re charging me $10 to transfer an eSIM to my new phone. Feels like an unnecessary fee considering I’m a customer in good standing. Good for your bottom line I guess.

Richard Burzynski (@burzynskir) reported from Winnipeg, ManitobaI watched a VP @Rogers several times over 24 hrs… he gave a poor performance & was not credible. Why does @Rogers charge so much for such poor performance? We need more competition not less! #rogersoutage
-
Gaia Consulting Ltd. (@GaiaResearchMB) reported from Winnipeg, Manitoba@RogersHelps Well just so you know, you are failing at that. You can't empower us if we can't even get a signal. Phone service in rural Manitoba is getting worse. You are providing us with less, and charging more for it.

-
Wacky Welder (@welder_wacky) reported@bruce_barrett @MikeHumanIntel Holy **** you’re a moron. @rogers has owned the rights to NHL hockey in Canada since 2013 and they did not renew CBC airing the games going forward. The CBC didn’t cancel anything. You’re just another ******* moronic #MapleMAGAT (probably a KKKonvoy supporter too).
-
Eric (@furlongeric__) reported@Rogers sucks ***
-
David Austin (@davidaustin) reportedAlso @Rogers how are your customer support specialists experiencing longer than usual wait times when you are CLOSED!
-
𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩 𝐓𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐡 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐞, 𝐏𝐡𝐃 (@ModernAgri_Tips) reportedNo internet from @Bell because my installation never happened, since Jun 11. Meanwhile @Rogers cut off my service 15 days before contract end. Two telecom giants, one customer caught in the middle. Is consumer choice in Canada becoming meaningless? #ConsumerRights #Telecom
-
Danny (@DannyParlays) reported@guyfelicella They were never defended though, so this argument is pathetic. Blame @Rogers for their greed. Hockey night in Canada is finished.
-
Yagya Sachdeva (@YagyaSachdeva) reported@Rogers I opted for a temporary suspension of service for a month as I’m not in the country and now you’re charging me for the suspension AND MY whole bill? Why is there even a temporary suspension option if that is the case. Your chatbots are useless. You can’t be reached.
-
Sir Meme (@SirMemee) reported@Rogers @Sportsnet needs our $ to survive but they know people won’t cancel their subscription and services. Anyone who gives these clowns $ should call right now and cancel.
-
Ryan A (@lakelikeglass19) reported@RogersHelps @Bratt_world Sportsnet+ is an awful and unusable product.
-
Nesta ౨ৎ (@nestapendragon) reportedA @Rogers technician came to "fix" my cable internet today. So while he was here he cut all the "bell" phonelines. Now my front door buzzer doesn't work. I can't buzz in my nurses for cancer care anymore. I genuinely didn't think I could have rogers more than I did before. Wow.
-
MyDogSierra (@xMyDogSierra) reported@Sportsnet @Rogers Garbage companies that don’t care about Canadians one bit. **** you. Cancel whatever you have with them. They cancel hockey and a 75 year tradition, we cancel them.
