Hey @RogersHelps any idea why we are down again (almost daily occurrence) at Parkview and Lawrence in Orangeville? L9W4H7 Can we please stop these mid-day outages?

  • PhotoMediaGuy
Jason Miles (@PhotoMediaGuy) reported from Orangeville, Ontario

@RogersHelps The issue isnโ€™t the internet at all. The cameras keep going offline.

Nancy Claridge (@NancyClaridge) reported from Orangeville, Ontario

So 11 days after installation was started, and 96 hours after I was last told it would take 48 hours to fix the problem, no update from @RogersHelps and no Ignite TV. Really tired of hearing that you understand how frustrating this is #ignitetv #rogersfail #rogersconcierge

  • CobyBudgell
Cobyisme (@CobyBudgell) reported from Erin, Ontario

@RogersHelps please give me a timeline for service restoration. Postal code N0B 1T0. I am assuming it will be up and running for the next Leafs game. That is Saturday BTW.

  • gadgetwizguy
Chris Goulard (@gadgetwizguy) reported from Orangeville, Ontario

@startca when I call because the neighbourhood Internet keeps going up and down all afternoon, so a @Rogers issue AGAIN, do NOT tell me to reset my modem just put the damn ticket in. Whole area keeps going down. Just DO IT!!!

  • andrewjdisher
    A. Dish (@andrewjdisher) reported from Orangeville, Ontario

So @Bell doesnโ€™t bring internet to our neighbourhood.. just @RogersHelps .. but weโ€™re done losing service during work hours.. Maybe @starlink is the way to go..

  • kriztoper1978
Kriztoper ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฆ (@kriztoper1978) reported from Orangeville, Ontario

@RogersHelps @rogers sending slimy, rude, & aggressive sales people to my home is a shit way to keep costumers. Canโ€™t wait until my cell phone contract is up.

  • andrewjdisher
    A. Dish (@andrewjdisher) reported from Orangeville, Ontario

We keep on losing @RogersHelps during working hours at home. Not helpful. @Bell doesnโ€™t service our area. Maybe Starkink through @SpaceX is the way to goโ€ฆ

  • kriztoper1978
Kriztoper ๐Ÿณ๏ธโ€๐ŸŒˆ (@kriztoper1978) reported from Orangeville, Ontario

On the phone for an hour with @RogersHelps just to be told to go to the store. Guy at the store looked pissed off to have to open the door for me (locked for security reasons) then was so rude I ended up walking out. It shouldnโ€™t be this hard to try and purchase an Apple Watch!

  • SandyRStuckless
Sandy 'Captain Typo' Stuckless (@SandyRStuckless) reported from Orangeville, Ontario

Sorry @IndyCar. Looks like you're losing a fan. Thanks to the horrible TV deal u made with @Rogers and @Sportsnet. I refuse to pay $30/mth for a specialty channel in which the only thing I'll ever watch on it is racing. What a horrible way to treat Canadian racing fans. #IndyCar

    Allan Anderson (@AllanAnder12613) reported

@Garnet_2203 @Rogers Youre a lying piece of excrement TruAnon trollbot fake commenter. Rogers offered buyouts and has laid NOBODY off yet. Failing at trolling and life itself. Future MAID customer.

  • loosenedspirit
    logan (@loosenedspirit) reported

So @RogersHelps canโ€™t do a callback for support escalation. Theyโ€™re a phone company. Are we all suckers or something?

  • Newf_GG
    TRG (@Newf_GG) reported

@Garnet_2203 @Rogers Bev, youโ€™re garbage. Those 10000 were offered early retirement packages, they were not job losses. Embarrassing.

  • RiseN_Guard
    R@X (@RiseN_Guard) reported

@Rogers You make it easy to sign up for CRAVE tv and impossible to get rid of it. I'm furious!!! There is no way that I can find to cancel the stinkin channel. FIX THIS.

  • MattDeLuco
    Matt DeLuco (@MattDeLuco) reported

@Rogers $80 to add an Apple Watch to my plan is beyond unreasonable. Do you incur some cost to add the watch, like some kind of technical licensing to add devices to the network, or are you just gouging customers?

  • mikeszeller
    Mike Szeller (@mikeszeller) reported

@MacDoug1 @Rogers Yup I get it. The idea would be to use Rogers for Internet and cancel your Bell Internet OR get Bell Fibe TV and cancel your Roger Ignite TV. You cannot mix and match. Both Bell and Rogers TV services require thier Internet service. Both essentially stream now, on their network.

  • LadyEmmasGhost
    Cheryl Hunter ๐Ÿณ๏ธโ€๐ŸŒˆ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐ŸŒป๐Ÿฆ‹๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ (@LadyEmmasGhost) reported

@Garnet_2203 @CanadianCoffey @Rogers Rogers can go to Hell. They charge their customers $80 to have in person help at the store location. The only reason to punish your clients is to train them to use online services and robots. Theyโ€™re definitely looking to replace humans.

  • totallyEpic137
    absolutelyEpic137 ๐Ÿ (@totallyEpic137) reported

@RogersHelps That has been tried but Iโ€™m still getting calls. The request โ€œRemove my number from your listโ€ has NEVER worked for me for ANYONE trying to sell me something. Quit calling me.

  • magic_salmon
    MASAPRO ้ญ”ๆณ• ้ฎญ (@magic_salmon) reported

@VirginPlus why is it that you can't / won't provide your internet service customers with a public ipv4 yet @Rogers offer this as standard???

  • cjmask83
    Craig Mask (@cjmask83) reported

@RogersHelps It resolved itself last night while I was in the queue for support. It was the second time in the last few days the issue has cropped up, so Iโ€™m hoping it wonโ€™t be back.
