So 11 days after installation was started, and 96 hours after I was last told it would take 48 hours to fix the problem, no update from @RogersHelps and no Ignite TV. Really tired of hearing that you understand how frustrating this is #ignitetv #rogersfail #rogersconcierge

Sorry @IndyCar. Looks like you're losing a fan. Thanks to the horrible TV deal u made with @Rogers and @Sportsnet. I refuse to pay $30/mth for a specialty channel in which the only thing I'll ever watch on it is racing. What a horrible way to treat Canadian racing fans. #IndyCar

@REWoman @Rogers I spent 4.5 hours on hold Friday night trying to cancel. Three separate people in customer care, none could actually do the cancellation. Had to go on to their Chat at 7 am and got it cancelled in about 45 mons. Brutal company

@REWoman @Rogers If you want a real solution always ask the customer rep to transfer you to the retention team. Retention team will resolve your issue in most of the cases.

@RogersHelps I’ve spent hours over several days on hold trying to get a 4K PVR box and no answer. Last night after 3 hours on live chat, the third person to chat to me told me to buy a 3rd party PVR box. Happy to share screen shots! Please help
