Guy at the store looked pissed off to have to open the door for me (locked for security reasons) then was so rude I ended up walking out. It shouldnโt be this hard to try and purchase an Apple Watch!

Also, my bill has gone up twice in the last year, with the lack of consistent service and no customer service help I demand a reduction in my bill

Or a log on our online account that shows When, How, and Why a rep tried to contact the customer.
