@RogersHelps @rogers sending slimy, rude, & aggressive sales people to my home is a shit way to keep costumers. Can’t wait until my cell phone contract is up.

So 11 days after installation was started, and 96 hours after I was last told it would take 48 hours to fix the problem, no update from @RogersHelps and no Ignite TV. Really tired of hearing that you understand how frustrating this is #ignitetv #rogersfail #rogersconcierge

Sorry @IndyCar. Looks like you're losing a fan. Thanks to the horrible TV deal u made with @Rogers and @Sportsnet. I refuse to pay $30/mth for a specialty channel in which the only thing I'll ever watch on it is racing. What a horrible way to treat Canadian racing fans. #IndyCar

@RogersHelps is it the Huawei equipment you installed? Check Loxcel and you will see all the Huawei equipment all over Canada that Rogers installed and now the outage? There is no excuse for poor risk management.

@RogersHelps @midlandphoto Some? I haven’t heard of a single person not having problems. Perhaps you can proactively AUTOMATICALLY credit people for two days worth of service so that your lines won’t be inundated with calls. That would be great customer service for this problem.

@RogersHelps I hope what you will be providing is a service credit. This is unacceptable. With you godforsaken high rates, you should be providing better service than this
