Guy at the store looked pissed off to have to open the door for me (locked for security reasons) then was so rude I ended up walking out. It shouldnโt be this hard to try and purchase an Apple Watch!

Always was a strong supporter of Rogerโs and their amazing customer service but since last year with the cuts to staff, reduced support channels and hours and contracting out customer service to 3rd world countries who have zero knowledge on the company Iโm done.
