    @MollyMiksa @Rogers Maybe Rogers customers need to organize to get better deals and better service. My last call to update our cable took over three hours. My neighbour had the same experience.

    @Rogers , spent over an hour on hold to deal with service changes / a move, only to be told he was the wrong department, and the RIGHT department would be another 2 hour hold. Wow. Just wow.

    Do I get reimbursed for the constant rogers internet issues @Rogers biggest mistake switching to Rogers for internet and TV. Pay for internet and TV and when internet goes down so does tv

    @RogersHelps @Rogers After 10 years of being a satisfied loyal Rogers customer it looks like I will be jumping to Bell. $50 package increase and no explanation or adjustment. Bell came in much cheaper while offering more.

    @Rogers has truly the worst customer service. Sneaky overcharges and a customer service line that refuses to do anything to help. @RogersHelps

    @RogersHelps do you even monitor this account? I can’t even change my SSID back myself, I’ve lost all access. This is unacceptable as a paying customer of 12 years! #Terrible

    Since Monday I got the Ignite Cable and Internet service but there is a problem . The Ignite gateway Internet modem is inferior to the previous Internet modem I was using .@Rogers

    @Rogers how many times does one have to call to get a straight answer? Customer service is terrible....can no one there resolve issues????
