@RogersHelps What’s disappointing was two hang ups and they couldn’t answer a billing question. They just shrugged it off. At that moment I decided to cancel my service which I’ve had for close to 15 years. Your loss.

Updated 3 minutes ago: The latest reports from users having issues in Brampton come from postal codes L7A, L6R, L6P, L6X, L6S, L6Z, L6Y and L6T. Of course goddam @Rogers Y'all are actually terrible. Need those American companies to come across the border

@Rogers It makes me sick every time I see this commercial on tv and online. CEO and Boss levels, didn't do a thing during that Canada wide outage. They charge Seniors who pay bill at banks a $5 late charge, cause bank won't process on weekend. Charge same amount but take away online!
