    @patersonjeff @JayJanower @Rogers Maybe they should try reinvesting even 10% of those profits, into better customer service. I get there isn't a lot of selection in this country but i PROMISE you, the 1st company that has english speaking HUMANS i can talk to when i have an issue WILL get my business.

    @RogersHelps Trying to add a plan and esim for a standalone BYOD watch. Which can only be done from support and not through the phone app.

    @RogersHelps Well, unfortunately they were no help. And, they told me that there is no longer a customer retention department. So, unfortunately youre losing a 25+ year customer to Bell

    @karmen638539 @Rogers Data Centers and charging station run off a different power grid system as what Rogers or Bell would use . They don’t overload, as service suppliers run off a singular use power grid , one system multiple users
