Graham Haigh (@GrahamHaigh) reported@RogersHelps Oh thank goodness. I’m a Rogers/Shaw internet customer. Was on the phone with a rep about a month ago. We’d agreed that I need a tech to come out and look at the installation. The service to the router is about 60% of what it should be. I was told a call was coming to schedule.
