Revenue up 8%. EBITDA up just 3%. Wireless ARPU keeps sliding. Free cash flow looks better largely because capex was cut. Rogers is running harder just to stand still—and you can only squeeze investment for so long before the bill comes due. Reason why $RCI down 4.63% @Rogers

@RogersHelps brutal experience with support. Hung up on me after being on hold for 2.30 hours.

@alancross @Rogers I think their consistently long waits and poor customer service, are intentional. That way, customers simply don’t call. @Rogers is a communication company. If they wanted to provide better service, they would.

@RogersHelps Hi, I am unable to login the the rogers website. It accepts my credentials but goes into an infinite redirection loop. Can you help?

@RogersHelps No it doesn’t help. It was marketed as an employee discount with a code. When you put in code till you checkout, it doesn’t state there will be a charge. Till I got my bill, I didn’t know and the program provides no discounts!

@RogersHelps I know for sure though if I don't pay the bill, you will call me multiple times a day for payment. And for some reason those people calling me can't help me either as I have to speak with customer service. It's extremely frustrating and I will be switching providers.

@RogersHelps I am trying to change/add a new service to my bundle. It shouldn’t be totally impossible for me to speak to someone to get this done. I have tried multiple times a day for four days. When I clicked that I wanted a new service, I immediately got someone who said he couldn’t help
