@RogersHelps @RogersBiz @tonystaffieri We cancelled Rogers in December and are STILL WAITING FOR OUR CREDIT! You expect payments from your customers why can't you issue credits at an appropriate time. 2.5 to 3 hour wait times to get to an associate is terrible service.

@RogersHelps As if the issue I previously mentioned didn't lead to a 24h outage, and 8h outage the following day, your internet has been intermittent today!! Please send a technician ASAP, it hasn't been even a month of contract and we're having a nightmare with your service 👎👎

Speaking of #byebyeNetflix, we're also looking to say #byebyeRogers. I found out people at work pay less for an entire year of TVIP than what we pay for a month of @Rogers. They also get a lot more channels than we do with more reliable service. Anyone have a service they like?

@Rogers what is this $4.25 charge on my phone? It says Dir Assist on my bill. I called it by mistake and the call lasted 4 seconds! And yet when I talk to your support they say there's nothing they can do about it. $4 for 4 secs! Canada mobile rates really are expensive!
