@RogersHelps Any ETA on a fix for Ignite TV? Pretty ridiculous to pay almost 200 dollars a month and have it be down half the time.

@RogersHelps Hi guys - Ignite is MIA on one tv but fine on another - have tried unplugging and replugging the box but no luck - even recorded shows won’t play - weird that service is only disrupted to the one? Don’t really want to stand in my kitchen all evening 🤪thx!

@RogersHelps I'm getting an error code XRE-03137. I can log into 3rd party apps but cannot get any other channels. Rebooted modem and box. Did not help.
