@RogersHelps our internet and cable is down in the Erin Mills Missisauga area. This is unacceptable. After the big outage from our phone now this?

@Rogers @RogersHelps @tylerse79707296 One day credit?!?! Are you serious? It is the minimum since we actually received NO SERVICE on Monday. What about some consideration for the inconvenience that your customers experienced? How about backing up the words where Rogers is the "Big 3" yet not big on reliability

@MobileSyrup Of course they will, by crediting us $2.20 for the problem rather than valuing a credit based on what the lost day actually meant for Canadians. @Rogers @RogersHelps

Hey @Rogers - what the frig is going on with #igniteinternet? Intermittently cutting in and out, and all the customer service rep could tell me is it’s an “issue in the area being worked on” with no ETA 🤨 Is this another national outage, just for internet now?

@Rogers are you guys crediting us for Monday’s outage?

@AboutRogers Because nothing compensates users for the inconvenience caused by 12 hours of outage better than a $2 credit. Yet another fine example of @Rogers outstanding customer service. What. A. Joke.

@RogersHelps I am just grateful it was not a malicious attack. Sure it was a problem for many people and businesses, but luckily it wasn't worse than it was!

@RogersHelps you may want to stop contracting your repairs to incompetent companies. Construction workers hit two lines, mine and my neighbours. We both call @RogersHelps. Service guy arrives and only fixes one, because he didn't get assigned the other. #rogersfail

@rogershelps How are you going to credit ppl with flat rate annual text plans? Not only was sending/receiving an issue. Couldn't receive text codes for two factor authentication to login to bank, cra etc! Some much for trying to be secure.
