@RogersHelps @charityjkeller @joshjimenez_ I feel like this is just an unannounced planned network upgrade. Rogers is calling it “network issue” so they don’t need to reimburse one-day service to all of their clients.

Hey @RogersHelps. When are you gonna get your service fixed?! Your cell service has been down all day and I needed my phone for work. Still no service in Sarnia, Ontario. I hope you're gonna give everyone a reimbursement for the inconvenience!
