@RogersHelps Ignite TV service here in Bradford is totally unwatchable, picture freezes then goes full black screen. The same on all channels. Rebooting modem or TV box does nothing.

I'll never be a @Rogers customer, and I'll encourage all my friends and family to disregard them at all costs. The fact that they're only crediting their customers $3.50 for the outage is a slap in the face. Soooooooooooo disgusting.
