@menmcdou_cathy @RogersHelps Rogers customer service sucks ****. Rogers idea of an "update" is to state that their services are out, but will be restored "as soon as possible". As compared to "as late as possible"? 🙄 Rogers eqpt is unreliable. Its Execs must be fired since their service hasn't improved.

So officially 24 hours now we have had no internet service via @Rogers. They wont provide an update, answer dms and the phones lines are packed. Maybe post a little update lads?

@RogersHelps - no internet AND no cellular service leaving us entirely cut off for 26 hours. Not one update on any of your socials (that I can only access through my Bell work phone) and all of your agents say no ETA. What gives? Why no updates or comments whatsoever?
