@RogersHelps @charityjkeller @joshjimenez_ Bad just turned ugly. We've lost significant amount of money today because of a big remotely hosted training session and cell phone was the main tool some people were supposed to use for the demonstration. That's a lot. I'll be waiting for a bill adjustment

@insta_yan @UnderHisEye6 @RogersHelps So if it happens a lot it's even more important to plan for contingencies. Not letting Rogers off the hook, but no service will have 100% uptime.
