@Rogers @YMCAGTA I have this on going chat with myself. Why do they call different shades of Brown people Black? Really they are various browns. I guess just saying Brown doesn't sound mean enough. You gotta say Black. Even though it's stupid. I'm different shades of colours, really not White.

Was sick & tired of the rubbish lineup, opinion dressed up as news, paying for bundled channels that are bundled b/c they would not survive on their own, & refused to continue paying for inept service. @RogersHelps has been suspending my account once a month or more, resulting in hours of my time wasted, costing on average almost $100 extra in fees per month even tho I was up to date on my payment plan. Fantastic customer service, Rogers. We've been loyal customers for 10 yrs
