    @RogersHelps 6 hours trying to buy an in stock item from Rogers. The only thing they were actually able to accomplish was closing my account. Thank you Rogers for at least doing that. #support

    @erincandy @RogersHelps Shaw would send me someone same day all I'd say is it's a hardware issue. But yes my years in Freddy NB instilled a healthy hatred of Roger's horrific customer service.
