I spent over an hour in a chat session with @RogersHelps; tech was booked and went immediately to dad's nursing home. He refused to be swabbed for mandatory COVID test and left without investigating or fixing the problem. What gives? #nohelpatall #mightaswellcancel #worstservice

@Nonnomay17 @Rogers My brother has had an android box for years. He has one now that has everything, and I mean everything. He has it programmed with a guide for sports, movies, ect. He gets all the international soccer games. He pays about $80 for 6 months for whatever service he gets on it.

@Rogers admits to illegally charging me for a service that they admit they weren't providing but now I can't replace my phone unless I pay for the illegal charges they have documented saying they already have reversed but haven't.

@RogersBiz Last month on 24th I purchased a plan with Rogers for iPhone13 Pro Max. And a network. First I received the product with a delay which is fine due to backlog now after two weeks I am told to clear a over credit of 449 CAD to continue with services. Just within 2 weeks.

@RogersHelps I will never get the NHL LIVE package ever again. So sick of your blackouts. You or the NHL really need to pull your head out of your ***.

@RogersHelps funny how my bill shots up this month and now we have an outage I’ve been told could last 24 hours. Some of us work on the weekends and rely on our internet and 24 hours is a lot to ask to be down. I was told that’s just what is in the system.
