Oof I remember that day they had in July 2022 - I bet that got Ottawa and Toronto onto calls (@Rogers network went out for almost an entire day). Single points of failure are dangerous.

Been on hold @rogers for almost an hour now and still waiting! I don't know how they can ppssibly eliminate 25,000 positions. The service os already horrible as it is.

Why does the ceo make 31 million a year and still have to down size its work force? @Rogers

Between @TekSavvyCSR and @Rogers who do I blame for my internet being down for over a week now. They point the finger at each other while the paying customer suffers. Yet, if I turn off my CC so they can't take more money for said service, I'd be in the wrong.

@RogersHelps I would like a call back from somebody to resolve this..I’m not going to use an app..if Rogers can’t take the time to call me then I will cancel ALL my services and go with a provider who actually cares about customer service.

@RogersHelps outage in Cityplace area downtown Toronto- I have reset the router but it has been out all day. Please advise.

@Rogers I’m subscribed to Sportsnet through my Cable TV package. It doesn’t matter though. Rogers routinely doesn’t get it right. I’m ALWAYS getting pushback (instead of assistance) from Sportsnet+ support when your service constantly errs & I report it.

@Rogers So let me get this right....you offer other customers $60 1G internet but my price on renewal goes up $15 to $115 a month for just internet.....god damn greedy assed criminal company.

I'm curious how @Rogers thinks dumping 10,000 employees will improve customer service. #cellphones #telecoms #CustomerComplaint
