    @RogersHelps my house is near Dixie/countryside and our neighborhood is having very bad internet service for over a week now. It's almost always down .most recent case number is C167313186 . Not sure why it can't be fixed for good.

    @Sportsnet Most of us can't watch it, because we don't have SN1. If you think broadcasting game 7 of Bucks/Nets ONLY on your extra fee channel is a good business move, you are sorely mistaken. I will never give @Rogers another dime, and will be switching my cable and internet service asap.

    @Rogers @RogersHelps what is wrong with your WiFi at Skymark Drive today? It keeps going off. Esp when we have Ignite and your TV phone, PC and tablets are connected using this system. Terrible system and they were working last week fixing it in the condo. Give us a refund

    @RogersHelps Talked us into switching to Ignite. Have had nothing but problems and apparently your technicians don't know what's wrong either despite having zero problems prior to switching.

    @RogersHelps To bad they will not take responsibility and actually provide any info about the outage. We recognize that systems will fail, but it is how you treat the customer that matters. Keep people informed.

    @Rogers The moment I raised the issue on social media, Rogers started harassing me, my internet is not working. What a coincidence… I am sure Rogers reply on my tweet would be “We’re sorry for the inconvenience, please DM us”. They’re highly efficient at lying and fooling.

    Missed game 7 last night and will miss tonight's game 7 because @Rogers is putting the games on super premium SportsNet One. This is a terrible disservice, @NBACanada.
