@Rogers hey so 2 hours for customer support and 3 minutes for sales is unacceptable. I’ll be converting everyone I know away from you. First person will be saving over $100 a month!

@RogersHelps @Rogers upgraded to infinite, real slick. Giving credit where credit is due. Only been a day but it's way too easy to set up and the functionality is beyond what I thought. Waiting to be let down, which I will be lol. Recommend the upgrade :)

@BenKlass “logging in” should not be required. What should be required is actually sending the bill to the customer, not asking customer to log in. (also: required that @RogersHelps setup their email servers properly so Fido emails advising of invoice being ready are not sent as spam).

@RogersHelps I keep getting calls for Fibre deals but my neighbourhood doesn't have it yet. I get told how amazing it is and better than the old option only to be told I have to keep the crappy old service. I want this stopped but also to know when I'm getting Fibre!

@Sportsnet "you've reached your device limit". No, no I haven't. I'm using one device. You're owned by @RogersHelps so I'm not surprised that you can't provide a stable service.
