    @RogersHelps my internet stopped working yesterday at 2PM and has not been back up for more than an hour since. I have had to call your support five times in 24 hours and an hour after I get thr "it's fixed" text it's down again. This has to stop.

    @Rogers WORST SERVICE PROVIDER in Canada. Almost every month I have to call due to improper bill. And first they justify it and later say that pay now and next bill will be less. But next month again its higher

    @RogersHelps Your tech support team has confirmed there is a network issue impacting MMS messages.. It'd be nice if you posted something about it so that we don't have to spend an hour waiting for tech support to call you back...

    @Rogers & @RogersHelps you are losing a customer that has been with you for more than 25 years over $60/yr + tax. I pay close to $2400/yr + tax. Your agents gave the wrong information. Now want even more money from me. I don't think so!
