@Rogers no wonder you have a 1.8 rating on BBB. Absolutely criminal how you operate. 10 years and once this contracts done you’ll never see a cent from me again.

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Im gonna assume you are too low IQ to get the answer yourself but maybe ur just rhethorically asking. Anyway : because canada minimum wage cost more. It very easy to understand. Its also why LIMA temporary works, importing poor to work minimum wage instead of raising salary

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers Rogers outsources their help desk to someone else. It is not a Rogers employee you are talking to, but a call centre.

@RogersHelps Bull! The call cuts off after 2 hours, and I’m Not starting again. Either someone contacts me for a service appt, or I’m returning every piece of your ****** equipment to one of your useless outlets

After being on hold for 2 hours waiting for some to take my call, I was able to get through. I was told they would look into my situation and call me back. Silence. No callback. Terrible service again @Rogers @RogersHelps

@RogersHelps Sometimes I got the message: This service is currently not available. Please try again later. Sometimes, I just got a blank screen.

Not sure what @Rogers Bank execs are thinking. November changes to their credit card products remove 99% of the incentive they have provided to date to stay with Rogers telecom services. I will certainly be switching credit card AND telecom services once these changes take effect and as service contracts expire. There are more affordable providers with better service and without the financial incentive provided by the credit card there are no more reasons to stick to their mix.

@RogersHelps @Rogers I’m planning to move to a new address & you’re not able to same Internet service in the new location and giving me option either to downgrade or exit the contract and ask me to the early termination. For a network limitation at your end you imposing on me .

@JustMeJamie64 @Rogers I just did the same with Telus they operate out of El Salvador and the Philippines. The service is fast and they are well trained. One guy had chickens in the background, but i wish they were operating in Canada.
