@Rogers no wonder you have a 1.8 rating on BBB. Absolutely criminal how you operate. 10 years and once this contracts done you’ll never see a cent from me again.

27 hours of no service @Rogers @RogersHelps and all we get is “there’s a problem in your neighbourhood”. You are the most inept and corrupt excuse for a business I’ve ever come across and I’m making it my mission to get everyone I know to switch to @BellMediaPR

  • trailblazer4204 TrailBlazer4204 (@trailblazer4204) reported

@Rogers The "all Canadian staff" is screwing up accounts left right and center. Cause they're to stupid to understand basics. Are you guys ever going to do anything or just go another company and not pay Rogers for the troubles they've caused by selling out to India.

On and off and on and off @rogers fix your ******* internet

  • kcporteous Ken Porteous (@kcporteous) reported

@RogersHelps When I dial out I get nothing. When I hang up it simply says Call Failed. We have a big wind tonight so perhaps that’s the problem.

  • JoelAlleyne Joel Alleyne (@JoelAlleyne) reported

.@Rogers I fell for your pitch and got all 3. But service in my area goes up & down frequently. Problematic for #WorkAtHome. What gives? C.C. @CRTCHearings

  • MarloKravetsky Marlo Kravetsky (@MarloKravetsky) reported

@RogersHelps internet is down again. Can you assist? Your link does not go to an outage map.

  • KimPottruff Kim Pottruff (@KimPottruff) reported

@Rogers what is going on with ignite TV??? Blank screen and my Roger's apps are no help. Of course can't get a live chat either to see what's going on. Terrible service.

  • JenniferKerwood Jennifer Kerwood (@JenniferKerwood) reported

@RogersHelps As a loyal customer of almost 20 years why are you trying to charge me more than $15 more than you'd charge a new customer for the same service? Are you REALLY #commitedtochange? Maybe it's time me me to change service providers...

  • themuskbros TheMuskBros (@themuskbros) reported

@StephenPunwasi The stupid network went out this morning resulting in lost revenue. This is the fifth time this year and I am not taking any chances with @Rogers going forward.

  • OMGitsJosh Josh L (@OMGitsJosh) reported

@RogersHelps home internet has been down in Britannia area of west Ottawa for nearly 24 hours. Any ETA on this?
