@RogersHelps Tv and internet service cutting out every 5-10 seconds... again. Never had as consistent problems with any other service provider. I'm just curious if the money being saved on horrendous infrastructure is worth the potential customer loss.

@RogersHelps hey, list night my home services were canceled out of nowhere without my permission. I have been on the phone with at least 6 different people and have received no help. This isn’t how I was expecting to spend my Saturday.

@GlobalTV unwatchable in Toronto on Rogers cable for >1wk w varying audio + visual issues. Currently SNL audio is 8 sec behind the picture + wrong image ratio. On ch17 Global feed is simulcast; correct ratio but no sound. Told @RogersHelps looking into it for a week now.
