    @ServiceOntario Ontario public services should not be unavailable because a private company cannot deliver contacted service. Please ensure @Rogers and any future vendors have backup contingency plans in place for operational disruptions.

    @AboutRogers This is absolutely NOT true. Our service has not been restored, not even intermittently. Zero internet, cable, wifi. I called again a few mins ago…can’t reach a human. the automated message acknowledges we have no service and they’re ‘working on it’. @RogersHelps @Rogers

    @RogersHelps hey, I need help. I can’t connect my PS5 to the internet. I’m using an Ethernet cable. I also tried wireless and also didn’t work. Everything else works fine internet wise.
