    @RogersHelps 5th day with no internet. haven’t had service come back since The Big Disruption™. what are we supposed to do?! 😩

    @Rogers I know Rogers is telling people they will be giving everyone a refund for the outage time… but current download speeds are under 15 mbps. That is not the service that I am paying for, so I don’t believe the problem has really been resolved.

    @MarkMah98975156 @Rogers If you're still having the same issue with ignite tv call Rogers. They can fix it - fixed mine overnight finally! Hopefully it stays working. You'll be on hold for an hour but its worth it.
