@garry_keller @Rogers Left Rogers for TV and internet 3 years ago because if service problems. Only have cell phones there since I don't want everything with one vendor.

Is anyone else having issues with @RogersHelps wifi? Mine’s down, which means ALL of my services are down. They told me that it was a widespread outage, but a few neighbours I asked aren’t have any issues…weird.

My Internet with Rogers was unstable for a few month .They said to upgrade to Ignite with the same fee, without telling me additional Ignite setup fee. The Internet is still unstable with Ignite. Called Rogers, hold me for 2.5h nothing resolved. @Rogers @RogersHelps @RogersBiz

@RogersHelps My wife returned her cellular device to one of your physical locations. Her bill still shows $457 owing after 4 phone calls! Two months later! And after a representative confirmed Rogers received the phone! Terrible customer service. Please rectify.

@RogersHelps Make it free with my Rogers cell phone plan. That would help. It doesn't matter what platform I use. Firestick, cell, tablet, Playstation the app freezes and I have to restart the game I was watching. And not being able to select my teams home feed sucks.

@RogersHelps Thats just it how do you not understand that nothing has been rectified or reimbursed ? Ive already had 40 plus agents and technicians try to solve the issue but keep being told its either me or my devices I use which I can tell you a $4,670 PC with 2.5GBPS network card can do it
