@FidoSolutions 3:30pm and still haven't any wi-fi internet access. Very distressing if Emerg. occurred but now phone is working again & any access to internet eats up all paid phone data. Can't use tablets or other devices without @Rogers @FidoSolutions finally fixing this issue. Agenda???

@RogersHelps MyRogers is showing no outage at my location, internet still out; my wife and I have tried to contact you by live chat multiple times, and by calling in. One call we were hung up on after one hour, and the second your service was so overloaded that you weren’t accepting calls.

@chethosahalli @RogersHelps @Rogers This a very ignorant comment to make. Did you ever think how someone could make a 911 call with no cell service? It affects every aspect of our lives and it’s not okay.
