@Rogers so not only did I not have service for 15 hrs I couldn’t use my bank card or access anything ,,and all you offer me is 2 days credit what’s that worth like 3 bux

  • PS33860987 PSmith (@PS33860987) reported

@RogersHelps Ignite TV is still glitching constantly! Can't watch a show, every 4-5 seconds the screen freezes and/or sound stops. This is absurd if the only issue was a bad 1 time update - sounds more like your network is still being attacked.

  • tfmmontessori Terry Fox Montessori (@tfmmontessori) reported

@RogersHelps I have fido and had no service do i get the 2 day credit

  • SlikMGC1 Mike Ciliska (@SlikMGC1) reported

@RogersHelps Ignite TV is still not working right. No channels are watchable. Still freezing and glitching no matter what channel I try and watch. And yes I've rebooted my gateway and TV boxes too many times to count now

  • LeezerShort Lisa 🇨🇦 (@LeezerShort) reported

@RogersHelps just not going to address the ignite TV issues I guess.
