  Love that I’m traveling and my phone doesn’t work despite having a plan for the country I’m traveling to. Call help @RogersHelps and the answer is were to busy call back later. 25 year as a customer and it’s just gone to complete crap. why not fire more staff.

  @RogersHelps Multiple people tell me they call and it goes straight to voicemail when others call the same time and it gets through. Also, my bill has gone up twice in the last year, with the lack of consistent service and no customer service help I demand a reduction in my bill

  Hey @Rogers. My father passed away in February 2026. I have been trying to cancel his service for months. Called 27 times on hold 2 hrs and then told there are no agents and you hang up. Store won’t cancel for me. I can’t be alone. Class action seems in order. #rogers

  **Fraud Alert** call claiming to be Roger’s threatening to cancel phone within 1 hr unless speak to Ottawa Police. Claim to transfer call to police then fake cop with badge # says to download Secure App to make visual complaint. Yeah so they have photo ID @Rogers @OttawaPolice
