WOW Just got my @rogers @RogersHelps @MarthaLRogers bill. Not one credit for the outage. This company is beyond the pall. No one else has forgotten about the outage but they sure seem to have. Time to move forward with someone else.

Chose to not pay my @Rogers bill b/c of their ineptitude and poor service. I've recieved 18 automated calls about my overdue bill in the last 4 days. When we all needed @rogers a month ago we were left in the dark but if you owe @Rogers a dime they harass the **** out of you!

@RogersHelps I have a premium device protection from Rogers, it’s likewise. Now when my screen got broken rogers asked me to go to Apple Store to get it fixed, where I find out the insurance for which I have been paying for 8 months is not even linked to my Apple device.
