    @garry_keller @Rogers Left Rogers for TV and internet 3 years ago because if service problems. Only have cell phones there since I don't want everything with one vendor.

    @RogersHelps Thanks for the information, I always ask the question whenever any corporation asks for money to support a cause, regardless of how great a cause it is. You would be suprised how often the person asking for the donation has no clue, and is annoyed I asked the question.

    Hey @RogersHelps The last two mornings I have had major issues with my internet - which means no TV Rebooting the modem makes no difference Is there an issue in my neighbourhood? This is extremely frustrating - and it's a good thing I don't work from home!

    @Rogers I left Rogers. Went to Bell. Ended up getting my phone at the Source. New Bell contract same plan for 8$ less. In an hour new phone case screen protector. I was a long time Rogers customer and got nothing but grief with them. Not customer friendly at all.

    @RogersHelps in my area installing fiber lines. Was told it won't impact my normal service yet I'm lossing service all day. They dug up my lawn and moved my Christmas decor, if it flies away I'm expecting reimbursement rogers.

    @RogersHelps this is the 3rd time for the past 2 weeks, internet is down. There is a group of Aecon ppl outside doing something and my internet is gone. Every time they come, they mess up with the internet. I work from home and it’s very inconvenient. Please look into this asap??

    @RogersHelps Thanks I will give this a try but I'm sure it will continue. I just feel it's unfair we pay a very high premium for mobile services and we rely on our phones more than ever and still deal with this. I hope for a real solution soon.

    @Rogers Your service sucks !!! Been waiting on the phone for an hour just to change my internet package and no one is answering the phone!!! Show the packages online and let us choose what we want by ourselves.
